    I would give this location zero stars if I could. The workers are RUDE. And when they are out of something and you order online, they just let you order it anyway and pay for it and then not put it in your bag or tell you. Then when you receive your order and it's wrong because they don't have something, they tell you it's not their problem and you have to request a refund via their app or by calling. Also, every time I request double or extra ingredients I NEVER get it but always am charged for it. Pictures attached. I ordered a bowl with extra rice, extra pinto beans, double chicken, and lettuce, chips and queso, and received a half empty bowl and no chips. But I definitely was charged for all of it.

    I would give ZERO stars if I could. Truly the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Horribly managed, always out of ingredients, awful customer service, and they are never open! They regularly close by 7 pm, even though they are supposed to be open until 10 pm. And if you are lucky enough to make it there before they prematurely close, you can't even order in person. They make you order through the mobile app to where they proceed to mess up your order every time. Most recently, I placed and paid for my order through the mobile app for pick at 7:20 pm. Upon arrival, the restaurant was closed and I could not pick up my order, which was already paid for. I could see employees in the back of the restaurant doing absolutely nothing. Corporate needs to fire everyone there and completely overhaul the staffing at this location as this is unacceptable. In the mean time, I have been taking my business to Ohio City Burrito which is wonderful! I highly recommend everyone else do the same.

    I was pleasantly surprised by the good service and food. The person preparing my burrito was very nice; he was also very fast! I went during the lunch rush and I was in and out within a 10 minute time frame. My burrito bowl was very good! I also got chips and Queso for later. Overall, very pleased with my food and the service.

    Probably the worst location in NE Ohio. Always out of food, vinaigrette, crispy tacos, half the time you'll walk in and they'll tell you they're not taking orders. Why bother even having the door unlocked? Covid really messed this place up. Do yourself a favor and go around the block to Ohio City Burrito for your 9 dollar entree. Atleast it's worthwhile

    I placed an order online and came into the store waited 25 minutes before I just had to walk out. It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to make a burrito. They knew I was waiting for pickup. I could have had my food quicker at a sit down restaurant. Out of multiple items and lack any sort of process.

    This is the worst Chipotle ever. I’ve tried to eat here several times over the past 6 months. The ice machine has been broken every time, but they don’t tell you until after you’ve paid for a beverage. They are always out of at least 3 ingredients, and the employees are consistently rude. The serving line is always dirty, proteins are cold, and employees cross-contaminating. Attaching photo of my “chicken bowl” upon opening - very small portions compared to other locations.

    Service was horrible no drinks no chips no salsa no cash no pollo asado even though it was advertised was how you were greeted. Store not very tidy if I weren't in a time crunch I would've left employees in fighting amongst themselves got a clump of guacamole that was actually 2 big pieces of unripe avocado.

    Every single time I stop by 15 minutes before closing they're only taking online orders. If that's the case fine but can they explicitly outline that dine in and take out end at 09:45 instead of turning you away at the door? Really annoying. Food itself is fine but I'm tired of being turned away at 09:45. If you stop doing take out at 09:45 then make those your hours permanently.

    Absolutely awful. I walked in and the place was a disaster. Whoever was running the line well call her A was yelling at another coworker B to get back to work while the line was waiting for A to add a customer on fb. (Very important 🙄) She finally got to taking my order and instead of helping my husband who was right behind me she asked the person behind him for his order which split up everything and confused everyone so it help up the line even more. Employee A was so incredibly rude to everyone - employees and customers (except her friend in line whom she added on social media lol) Whoever was working cashier was very sweet and apologetic and was also confused by the actions of her coworker. We got home and opened our orders which were THROWN together. Almost literally. We then had to dig through our burrito and bowl to pick out all of the rock hard crunchy pinto beans. Once those came out the meal was decent but let’s be honest. Not a whole lot to enjoy after that experience.

    Worst chipotle ever. Never have any chips or guac. I ordered a full veggie bowl with almost every topping, I received lettuce, sour cream, and rice in a bowl. Food was cold and missing almost everything that was supposed to be on it. Ordered chips and quac, didn’t get those either.

    Walked a mile from work to get lunch walked in all the customers were scattered and staring at me while the employees was behind the counter standing around looking also. I asked what was going on the man behind the counter says you can come up. He proceeds to say may I help you while I asked what was the problem as no one was being serviced. He said it’s been a long morning and they were only taking online orders. How is that possible? With the doors open? Customers standing there? I assume they got overwhelmed I’m not sure but there were a lot of employees there. However I asked for the carne asada steak and they proceeded to tell me they were out. I’m like in the store out he says no as in we haven’t made any. I ask will you make any he says I’m not sure. I als for the manager and she comes out with the exact same shirt on as the employees giving the assumption there’s no manager there. She says it’ll be a hour wait if you want that steak. I begin to tell her chipotle offers the customer a free meal if they don’t have the meat cooked the customer wants. She gets an attitude and ask, “what”? I repeat and now she’s offended. I said you know what nevermind and walked away. These are reasons why people not visit a certain entity never again in life no matter how many locations they may have. This might be the standard customer service you will get in greater Cleveland. It’s out of control. So I’m left with no lunch as I spent my entire hour with this mess!

    I can see the whole staff in the back while one lady remains up here to do online orders, they also apparently only do online orders because it’s been this way the last three times I was here. One employee is standing by the door to tell you that when you come in. I genuinely have no clue what the whole staff is doing or why they don’t have the capacity to make a bowl in front of me because that would definitely speed things up for the ONE person who is doing her job.

    Went there today for lunch. Was met with rude staff that will hardly give you any chicken on your bowl, and when you ask for more they’ll finally give you a normal sized scoop, but charge you for double meat. On top of that, the food was cold and not very good. Honestly, just going to go to any other restaurant next door next time. I’ve heard Rebol is pretty good.

    Worst location EVER!!! I’ve been to this Location three times, every time the staff is barely lackluster, they leave me standing at the register waiting for someone to check me out when there’s only one other customer in the store for more than five minutes. This happens every time I visit the staff is just not interested in providing any kind of good customer service.

    This is likely the worst Chipotle in Ohio. I used the app to order a burrito and bowl with the bright idea that I would have dinner with my partner while watching a movie when I got home. They had the order an hour in advance. The app took my money, but the order I picked up did not have the burrito and left half the ingredients out of the bowl. Oh, and they used steak instead of chicken. When I brought this up I was told I would have to contact the people I ordered it from.... I used the Chipotle app. Please safe yourself some grief and spend your money someplace worthwhile.

    Refused to serve an older man tonight in front of my girlfriend. Said they weren’t serving anymore food and it was only 920 with 40 minutes left til closed. Tried to tell us the same but she stated they were still open so they did. Been at this location twice and both negative and terrible service. Seem to be hiring anyone to work an not care about the location. Punk that served name was Corey

    Went in at 7:30pm on a Saturday night. The workers weren’t in a big hurry to serve me, even though it was relatively empty in there. They were catching up on cleaning and chatting amongst themselves. I will say that when I did get served, the employee was perfectly nice and helpful, and PACKED that burrito to the brim without me asking him to. They didn’t skimp on the fillings, and I’m grateful for that. My only real complaint was the fountain machine was down. Oh well.

    Food was cold had to warm up. Employees are rude when you ask for double portions of food they give you a mean look like they don't want to give you more. This Chipotle location is bad other Chipotle locations they treat you nice. Also it's somewhat in a bad area. I mean they do have security there but, security can only do so much. This location needs to do better with management rise and employees. 😡

    Worst take out. I ordered a quesadilla and a burrito (adult size) and got a kids meal. No cheese or lettuce in the burrito. Wait. Not there two thin slices of lettuce. This burrito was smaller than my hand and had busted open so I couldn’t even eat it like a burrito. My friend ordered a burrito bowl and no silverware or lettuce on hers either. My kids quesadilla barely had cheese and was all tortilla. Come on people. Do better. It cost me more than 20$ for a kids meal that I didn’t order and didn’t even come with kids meal items. At least give me a juice box if you are going to treat my order like a kids. Don’t order take out here.
