Can’t thank you enough for the delicious idea 😅😀 This place gives you an option to bear fruits of your creativity and labor. So many options to choose from and so many sauces to design your Mongolian bowl. The service is great and the chefs deserve a big round of applause for the welcome, explanation, and the sincere hospitality they provide to each customer. In love with B.D’s!

Last night our group of 4 visited this fine establishment. We’ve never had a bad experience here. But last night… our waitress was not only managing our table along with other tables, she was also holding down the bar on the opposite side of the restaurant. Even with that burden, she was the best waitress we’ve ever had here. She asked if I would like tortillas to take home for my leftovers, I told her no even though I really did. She read my mind & brought them out anyways. She was extremely nice & attentive during our whole experience. It wasn’t my birthday, but it felt like it was. She didn’t make us feel weird for bringing our own bag of cheese, which I will definitely be doing from now on. If Ashley isn’t your general manager already, you need to make her the GM. I will be asking to sit in her section every time we stop by from now on. Thank you Ashley! 😘

This place used to be the best. But it has gone down hill rapidly. It's understaffed, the waiting staff disappears to the bar to the point where we were going to get unlimited bowls and instead just left because we never saw our server after 20 minutes of waiting. The one good part is the skill of the ONE chef they have cooking 12 stations at a time. She deserves a damn raise. She's amazing at what she does. PAY. HER.

Food was ok. That's about it. Quite dirty & sticky floors & tables. The entrance to the place itself looked shady. Food was served in old & broken dishes. Sauce containers & silverware were very dirty. While the meat and vegetable options in the buffet counter looked somewhat hygienic, the overall experience made me extremely skeptical. Wouldn't be surprised if I fall sick or if this place has major health code violations. Food was cooked fine but at times burnt or undercooked. Quite inconsistent & made me feel worried. Shrimp wasn't deveined. Calamari tasted weird. Staff was nice. Unlimited bowl is very expensive & not at all worth the price. Wouldn't recommend and would avoid going here again.

So it's been over a year since I first went here so I figured I'd give it another try now that their Covid restrictions are not in effect. What a mistake. The servers were kind and friendly, and did a good job even though for some reason they had tables on both sides of the restaurant. Not the most efficient way to run a floor. The host was unfriendly both times I interacted with her, although she was not rude. The food is mediocre at best, with the fried apps being terrible. The grill top is not cleaned well enough between dishes resulting in lots of charred pieces in my meal. The atmosphere is terrible, not welcoming, not clean, not comfortable. The men's restroom was nasty and I wish I would have gone there first so I wouldn't have spent over $30 for lunch for one person. Won't be back.

If you love meats, this is your place to eat!!! All you can eat as well. The building needs a little work but the restaurant was clean and neat. The staff was polite & serves was on point. You select your uncooked meat, vegetables, sauces & spices. You then take them to the giant grill where they are cooked for you. Always a good, tasty & filling meal. You can get a single trip or the unlimited. Parking can be challenging but it worth it.

What a fantastic experience! You have the opportunity to select your preferred meats, vegetables, and sauces to create your own personalized bowl. They offers an extensive range of meat options, and they skillfully grill the ingredients right in front of you. It truly is an enjoyable experience, and the food tastes delicious too!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant in a decade. *Edit* No manager wanted to speak with me now or at the time of service, he was "busy". I responded to the email address they posted and got a weird automated response that just wanted me to sign up for their app.

We’ve been here twice in 3 weeks and both times our experience was horrible. Food was just okay it was my first time going on our first trip there. So it would’ve been nice if the server or someone explained the protocol on how to get your food.

June 8th- Very disappointed with our last couple of visits. The restrooms are always dirty… the handicap stall in the restroom has been completely missing the lock for at least a month. One of the main windows is broken and taped up with cardboard, the lines are always full of food on the countertop and floor. I really hope to see some improvements at this location. Don’t bother emailing guest relations they don’t respond. Went back a month later and place was just as bad. Had to request food to be filled because everything was bottom of the barrel or empty…. Got charged for unlimited after going up a second time to actually get what I wanted. I confronted the manager a second time about the lock and the manager LIED to my face and said he replaced the lock on the bathroom door. Here are pictures taken July 9th. The one picture is a broken acrylic nail sitting on the table next to us during dinner…yum

If I could give this 0 or negative stars I would for the food and service. There was one server, and one griller. The server wouldn't bring cutlery for the 40 minutes it took to order and have my bowl prepared. They wouldn't bring tortillas till everyone was pretty much finished eating. It took forever then to get the check, I was about to try to take it up front to pay several minutes later when they finally came back to grab the card. Then another 8 minute wait to get my card back so I could finally bring an end to this nightmare, 75 minute outing for a single bowl of incinerated stir fry. I say incinerated because with just 1 griller who didn't understand to wait to put the food out so it isn't burnt black if he can't get to it fast enough, it just sat on there burning for the better part of 30 minutes. My wife, who had the good sense to just order some appetizers, was about to come looking for me when I finally got back. They've actually made the grillers job even harder by adding rice dispensing and preparing carryout orders to his job, with every additional task meaning the food just sits and burns there longer, and longer. While they do have the option to let people know if you have an allergy, you better take that seriously because different people's meats were getting tossed around and mixed together, as well as being sent flying off the grill when he would just literally slap the food repeatedly. It was a different technique that Inhave never seen in coming to different BDs around Ohio for 17+ years. About the only thing that saved my bowl from being a total loss was that I had doused it before it hit the grill in sauces, as is the included pictures include some of the incinerated pieces. This location needs to get more staff. I would have paid more to get additional bowls if the first one didn't take 30+ minutes, instead I left hungry and more than a little annoyed.

We had a great family night out at BD's Mongolian BBQ. We all enjoy watching the grill as the grill chefs prepare our individual concoctions. If you desire a little gourmet stir fry with a side of fun, this is a great place for dinner.

This place has seen better days. I know a lot of places are short-staffed, but the cleanliness has gone downhill. We sat at the bar and went to fill our bowls. They only have one side open, so you have to wait for the person ahead of you to finish before you can grab the tongs out of the meat or vegetables of your choice. The tongs were too short, so the chicken tongs were completely lying on the raw meat. If you're short like me, you have to reach over the dirty counter to grab tongs and don't get me started on the area with the sauces! I grabbed the sauced closest ones near me. And what happened to the large selection of seasonings? The vegetables needed to be restocked, but it wasn't worth waiting because all the employees I saw were busy working hard and waiting on customers. Be sure to wash your hands after you give the grill your bowl since touching on chicken juice tongs. Maybe lunch there would be better, but who knows. Sadly, that'll probably be the last time we go there

Overall, the food was pretty good. The service was very good, and our server was polite and helpful. There is definitely room for improvement in cleanliness. I unfortunately found a bug in my drink and also, there was bugs flying around while we ate. Not the most pleasant experience but I feel like if these things were improved it would be a good retestaurant.

Great stop fod Asian themed bowls. Great variety of dishes, different meats and lots of veggies with something for everyone. Their signature bowls seem small in portions but are actually large and filling. If you're a bit adventurous then there is a buffet style option to build your own bowl with raw ingredients and sauces for the staff to cook and bring to your table. Good option for a casual stop with friends or family, but not a good idea for a quiet or relaxing meal, as the environment is always busy and somewhat limited on space between tables. For the price it's not bad, the flavors are great, and their drinks are amazing. Awesome stop!

Could tell they are definitely short staffed. The waitress was awesome. My shrimp were overcooked,as well as my chicken. The restaurant was not clean. We were there at 11am when they opened. Floors had paper and the grill area needed some cleaning. Was not busy at all,a shame because it used to be a very good place to eat. Another good spot going downhill

Been going here once in a while for years, and haven't really been let down at all. Occasional mix of other ingredients from other bowls, but that is kind of expected with how it is cooked. I believe you can ask for your food to be covered off if necessary which is nice. It's changed, where before you would wait around the cooking area, but now they bring it to you at your table, which is also nice and lessens the crowding in the area. Usually get the fried Oreos w/ ice cream to finish it all off and be full of regret but happiness at the same time.

I like going to BD’s Mongolian Grill as they have options to create a bowl without rice or noodles and make it as low carb as possible. So basically you go here and get a bowl from the server to fill with your choice of carb-rice, noodles etc., meats, veggies, sauces and dry spices. Make sure you don’t pour your sauce in the bowl, but pour it in those separate stainless tiny cups up to the grill master. Then you can go back to your seat and then the grill master cooks it up in this Mongolian grill and you’re all set! The food is pretty good and comes out fresh and hot- I like getting the shrimp, chicken, tofu, and egg, with bell peppers, onions, garlic, jalapeños, carrots, water chestnuts, mushrooms, etc. (basically all their veggies!) with all their super hot sauces. My only qualm about this place that the restrooms could be cleaner. Also, I don’t know why the floor is so sticky - perhaps the cleaning product that they’re using! Other than that, the place is pretty good for a quick lunch!

Stumbled upon this Mongolian buffet while looking for somewhere different for dinner. We enjoyed it so much we went twice in one week. This create your own Asian bowl buffet was great for us since we’ve had WLS. We were able to load up on protiens like chicken, steak, and andouille sausage with eggs and veggies. They also had options like calamari and crab. They let us order the kids bowl and it was enough for 2-3 meals for both of us. Once you choose your proteins, veggies, and sauces you drop your bowl off to be cooked on a large grill kind of like a hibachi. Our first night there we had a wonderful waiter who was friendly; the second night’s waitress wasn’t as pleasant. Since we are recent bariatric patients we get judged a lot when we ask for kids portions and it’s usually not until they see us not even be able to finish a kids portion that they suddenly realize we are legit. This waitress refused to give us standard to-go containers and instead gave us small boxes that barley fit our leftovers. When I asked for the larger one we received the night before she stated they weren’t allowed to give those out anymore. At the same time there were waiters taking those same larger containers to other guests and they were sitting up by the grill. I should have just gotten them from there but didn’t realize they were there until after I had been told no, and boxed ours up already. My husband felt very judged by our waitress, and I’ll admit she wasn’t overly pleasant even though we were low maintenance customers. Other than that hiccup everything was great.

Horrible Service from the Server. The most nasty, sloppy, unprofessional display of customer service. No one like this should ever be permitted to be in service to the public. Aside from the atrocious appearance (low class 3 inch nails, shedding party city wig & an ill fitted crop top), the service itself was beyond piss poor.

Great food and appetizers at reasonable prices. You make your own bowl of ingredients and it's cooked right in front of you. Spice it up the way you want it. 😋✌🏽😊

So this place doesn't look like it will be in business much longer if they don't revamp it. It has gone way downhill over the years. We went tonight. Half the seating was closed off and already chairs on the tables at 7pm, place is dimly lit and dirty, hardly any staff. One person on the grille but the normal fun atmosphere at the grille is gone. The salad bar is long gone. The overall atmosphere is just dead. It used to be fun and lively and now it seems like it's barely scraping to get by. If your the owner, wake up please or sell to someone who will bring it back to the way it was. Our waitress was very nice, I almost felt bad for her because of how dead it is.
