Excellent breakfast spot inside the amazing (and sadly underused) Arcade along Prospect Street. I have stopped here now on two occasions for a delicious, low-cost breakfast. Had bacon, eggs, and toast both times - the staff here obviously knows what they are doing. Very good service - nice people. My only regret is that they don't have iced coffee beverages, or perhaps an espresso option. Both are easily found elsewhere, and a short walk away. I hope to be back again soon.

Small diner, big service. Was seated right away. Order was placed and received quickly. Tasty omelet with hash browns, toast and coffee... under $15. Highly recommend

It was billed as “the best breakfast in Cleveland” so of course we had to go there since we are only in town for 2 days. I mean, it was good, and my eggs over east were absolutely fine and the breakfast burrito was equally fine. Ok so the toast could have used a bit more butter, and the bacon was pretty thin, but no big deal. The wait to get in, was long (25 min) as this place is very small (7 tables inside, another 5-6 outside in the atrium, and space for 1/2 dozen people at the counter. Servers were polite, but not overly friendly. We sat at the counter and the best part was watching the main cook work non-stop like a machine. Also, prices were very good. So, it’s a fine place to go, and you should, it’s just not 5 stars for me. VictorB

This is a decent little breakfast spot in downtown Cleveland. It's a bit of a hot mess with seating. I got there at 9:30 and didn't eat until 10:45. And I was party of 1. The breakfast was pretty standard. Nothing to write home about and nothing bad about it. I will say the bacon was as cheap as you can probably buy it. It tastes fine but it was paper thin, nothing special, diner bacon. I'd go back but I'd get there earlier next time. Also the bar area is not first come first serve. Edit: I'm downgrading my review to 2 stars since I've come back again and the service is just terrible. They were not busy with only 8 people here. It took 20 mins to take our order, and 20 mins for the people next to me just to get a menu. Also the woman was the least friendly person to ever serve me breakfast.

Addys is a cute diner with a homie vibe it was pretty busy Saturday early morning everything looked great omelette pancakes etc everything looked great. I didn’t like that you couldn’t add things on or substitute your order . I ordered a spinach omelette and was able to add cheese but normally I would have ordered a spinach mushroom ham maybe even tomato so it’s upsetting that the choices are so selective. Everything looked great and tasted great would have loved to tip the cook ! What was more upsetting was my server she easily had an attitude or “tone” about her. I understand it’s busy but don’t rub that energy on your customers. She had a very snappy irritated attitude! Also my friend does not eat pork he asked her 3 times to make sure it was plated SEPARATELY so it doesn’t touch the rest of the food. Not hard right ?! Your job is to serve the customer but unfortunately this wasn’t done correctly and the whole plate had to be sent back. I understand this is upsetting to a cook it was upsetting to us because we were hungry ! I’m unsure if the food was actually remade or just re-plated but is it what it is. When someone has a preference it should be HONORED this women rolled her eyes and huffed while making the order .SMH. I personally feel it was rude to give us our receipt right after asking our food to be remade it was giving pushed out the door vibe but again whatever. Despite this we did tip or15% and kept it moving. Was an affordable meal

This diner is a cozy little spot conveniently located in the heart of downtown. It is a good walking distance from many of the apartments in the area. It's got fast service, a cozy atmosphere, and, most importantly, delicious breakfast food! I would recommend it to any breakfast lovers out there!

We had an amazing meal. Thank you again for the great company and amazing food. We were impressed with the fast service and high quality food. The manager and server were so helpful. They helped us find markets in the area that we enjoyed very much. Keep up the great work. We will recommend and be back next time we are in Cleveland! The Coopers.

Eggs Benedict done perfectly. Home fries were crispy. Sausage links had a great flavor. Pancakes were great. Coffee was good and they kept it filled and hot. I'd come back without hesitation!

We had a fantastic time at Addy's on a busy Saturday morning. Joe, the line cook, was the only cook there that morning and absolutely crushed it. Great food, amazing prices, and a very cool area.

My new favorite breakfast spot when visiting Cleveland. Get there early, its a small diner and it's gets very busy. Everything is made by the owner and good food takes longer to cook. No shortcuts here. This is one of the few places I have ever been to that knows how to cook breakfast and does it all fresh. The staff is quick and on top of things. They all run like a well oil machine. Thanks for the good food yet again. Keep up the hard work!!!

Hands down the best chicken fried steak in Midland Texas! Okra was cooked perfect, and homemade mash potatoes! 10/10

The only thing good was the home fries, which weren't actually home fries. They were American fries. Which is better of course. Staff is friendly enough. Prices are very fair for the area. The fact they were open when nothing else was was nice. Portions were adequate. They need a few more tables for outside. They don't know how to make an omelet either. They just scramble it all up and fold it over.

Great food. Friendly staff. I've been here twice this past month. Last time, my friend from Texas couldn't believe what you get for $10. We dropped in before a ballgame. Today, we had a group of 10, and the service was fantastic. Quick and all orders were spot on. The 10 year old in our group asked if we could come again tomorrow!!!!

The food was amazing! I got the eggs Benedict and everything was cooked perfectly. The staff worked very well together & seemed to handle the quickly growing crowd. The space was kind of small but still had a fun vibe.

👍 March 2022: Stopped here for lunch on a comp from the Jack Casino. They gave me $30 that I used to get the Double melt, tots, vanilla shake, and chili to go. Pros: * Clean restaurant with a bar and plenty of TVs on the walls. * Friendly staff who were attentive to my needs. It was not very busy so...
