It is one of my favourite place for Italian food here in USA or In India Delhi.but this one disappointed me...no.no do not get me wrong. The food was excellent but the way the hostess behaved was not good..she asked for order for drinks we answered ..plain water with no ice...she frowned..asked for the order...we ordered for veg soup ..while taking the order she asked us ..that will we order anything else or just soup....served us lukewarm soup n disappeared..After some time another hostess came..she was very polite..she completed rest of our order..n kept asking if everything was o k..yes we loved Cathy....it is for her we would love to come back to this place...

Hostess has no common sense. Sat a limping senior at furthest point in back. Can't see he can't walk? Wt..? When I asked if she could seat us even further back, she slammed down silverware and walked away. Server, terrible, kept forgetting food items and took forever. Chicken Alfredo came with no chicken. Will NEVER go back to this location. Management needs to make sure his employees are better trained. Will tell everyone I know that goes here about this location. Wish I could subtract stars.

Customer service was pleasant but the quality of the cuisine has gone down since my last visit a year ago. Maybe it was just the day I came, still will give them an opportunity next time.

Overall very disappointing experience. When my friend and I walked in, we waited for a hostess for almost five minutes. A bartender actually came up to try to help us and looked all around the restaurant to finally find both hostess' in the restroom. When we were brought to our table it had watermarks and bits of food still on there that we had to wipe off. Our waitress was prompt and courteous but our food was disappointing. The breadsticks tasted stale and the pasta didn't taste fully cooked. The broccoli was watery and undercooked. Our soup, salad, and grilled chicken tasted fine but did not exceed expectations. Will provide an update when the takehome cheesecake is consumed.

Ordered two tiramasus for $18 and both looked like this. Called restaurant and they said they'd send a gift card over. Will adjust rating if they make it right.

The food is pretty good but don't have that mom and pop homemade taste. The service could have been better and the wait was a little too long.

I wish all Olive Garden restaurants were run like this one. I love Olive Garden, and dine there often, but this restaurant Just seemed to be a step above the others. The help was very courteous, attentive and polite. They also seemed to want to help each other with various tasks such as serving the food with tables that weren't their own. It refreshing to know and see that in real life. Even the person bussing the tables was very attentive to details, but efficient with his tasks. The manager should be proud of the staff that they have assembled

My wife and I went for dinner Thursday April 28 around 4 pm. Simple order 2 martinis , Tour of Italy and rigatoni with two meatballs. This was our favorite spot. Conveniently located ,priced right and good food. Last night was the exception.Poor food .....The sauce was different. The meatballs were not as good as before.The tour of Italy needs to be evaluated. Just different. Someone needs to eat their menu from corporate. They are not living up to the standards. What is with the baby rigatoni. If I knew the were for non adults I would have ordered another selection.Last thing Evaluate. The cost and profit of the martinis. Steep price for wanting to get regular customers back to the restaurant.You are losing a regular retired customer base.Goo Luck.Nothing will change.

Was able to make a reservation for a large party - 27 people. We were having a Celebration of Life for our Grandmother and Olive Garden was her favorite restaurant. Our server was Kathy S. She was beyond amazing! She was able to get everyone's drink and dinner orders without one mistake! Many of us have worked in service and totally understand that mistakes happen, but to get 27 drinks and orders right is really awesome! She was super-fast, efficient and friendly. Thank you so much for helping us celebrate our amazing Grandma. I will definitely recommend this Olive Garden to friends and family.

The location of this restaurant is really nice and right off of the highway. Bathroom was fairly cleaned. Food was good. The only thing I didn't like was that even though the restaurant ,at the time, had plenty of decent seating available, the hostess... (who couldn't stop conversating with the other staff members) When she finally decided to seat us she immediately put us in the most convenient place, for her not to have to walk any further than she had too... Which equated to the most uncomfortable place, for us. (by the Bathrooms, GROSS next to the FREEZING front door)... Thanks Which annoyed us because We noticed that there was plenty of other customers scattered about inside the restaurant seated in comfortable areas. She was simply being lazy. I feel anytime you're going to take your family out and pay that kind of money, if nothing else the staff needs to respond well and respect that. On the other hand our waiter was extremely professional and he gave us great service.

It wasn't the best, I haven't been to Olive Garden in years. I have great memories of their food, but after black Friday shopping we wanted to fuel back up and get back out there. It was all bland or over cooked. I am sad to say I wouldn't go back to this Olive Garden.

Loved our server, food was good, it just took a really long time to get our entrees. Good thing we had salad to keep us patient and happy. Extra bowls of salad go a long way in buying time

The fire alarm light flashed for more than half our time there. It made me sick feeling. I was with my aunts and uncles, so I put up with it. Waitress took care of us well, however the place is filthy. The front door was gross. I am afraid to know what the kitchen looks like. It cannot be hygienic. I finished a small portion, was up all night sick. Just said I'm Middleburg HTS you can't count on a clean restaurant and clean food. I will never agree to go to this location again. I never ate this hard, however this was a horrible visit. I did not feel like family unless it was a family like pigpen from Charlie Brown.

Most of our food was good. We were there last Sunday. The only thing I am not crazy about is the salad. It was different that I am use to. Everything in it was the same but the onion is already mushy and the salad dressing was in the bottom with some bits of mushy onions. Taste weird. I usually love the salad. Wish it wasn't served like that. We ate in Olive Garden, Bagley Rd.

I was in this establishment for the first time. The staff was very kind and friendly, the waitress who served our table had a good sense of humor and a wonderful smile! The chefs deserve special thanks, my taste buds were delighted :-) great place, good atmosphere, I would love to come back here again, I give 10 out of 5 possible.

The food was good. The Salads are always a plus. The Zuppa Toscana seemed perfect for a cold day. The Herb-Grilled Salmon was great. Even the Broccoli it came was had a ton of garlic on it. Our server was around the perfect amount of time. Not too much, not a ghost either. We never got the option of having shredded cheese on our Salad and we weren't provided with Andie's Mints with our bill, which was a shame. The place wasn't terrible, but there's room for improvement. Slide the table away from the wall when wiping them down. Clean the blinds from people's soups and pasta sauce splatter. Use a cleaner that doesn't leave water spots or wipe down your glasses and silverware before rolling them.

Food was typical Olive Garden. Nothing great, but predictable. The server was good, although never got a refill on any drinks. The restaurant was warm - noticeably so. Probably wouldn’t come back to this location.

Food was decent. Though prices were a tad high for the quality and what you got. We were greeted by the flies everyone else talks about. Seems to be a consist trend.

My favorite part about our visit to Olive Garden with our fantastic waiters Roman and Jack. They were very attentive and made sure that our party had a great time. The pasta was good the chicken parm was delicious oh, I wasn't very happy with my dinner but that was probably my fault for ordering something I wouldn't normally order. Our beverages were delicious as well.

We just dined with Olive Garden in Middleburg and I wanted to give a review about our great service. We had Madison L tonight. She was very attentive and quick with all requests. She was working really hard with all of her tables and everyone seemed super happy. We were greeted by a nice young man who was such a pleasure. Thank you for the great date night.

Our waitress was a older lady who was doing the work of 3 people by herself. She was helping a bunch of tables all at once, yet managed to stay Very friendly, made no mistakes, and made sure everyone was helped even before they knew they needed help. She deserves a raise! The food was also very tasty, was a decent price, and the place was clean.

Loved our server Janice. She has a future being a GM. It's the servers that do the work with helping the customers. I get it when a Karen comes in and has to be difficult, but that's a GMs job to deal with. As far as I'm concerned the GM going around passing out her business card is a waste of paper. Corporations always undervalue the hardworking. Sure I bet if it's busy they'd get a gift card, if they're lucky. While GM gets paid more to do less. Olive garden can do better with management.

Always friendly, efficient staff in a good atmosphere. Our server was very attentive. The food was good, yet we are still not able to get angel hair pasta as advertised, but instead, get thin spaghetti. The salmon was very good, as was the chicken Parmigiano .

We haven't eaten here in at least a year and we really enjoyed our meals. I tried the new Chicken Marsala Fettuccine. It was awesome! Saved leftovers for lunch tomorrow! Good service. Definitely plan to come again soon.

I absolutely loved my experience at Olive Garden in Middleburg Hts.!!!!! We literally waited ten minutes for our table of just two. Our very handsome server NICK was totally awesome and made us feel good. The food was good and hot. And the restaurant was clean and quiet even tho they were busy with dinner. Can’t wait to return! My bf and I came here for dinner tonight and the hostess was very nice! After we were seated the waitress asked us what we'd like to drink and never returned for about 10 minutes. Our hostess then saw we haven't been officially taken care of and stepped up and saved the day! We got to meet the lovely and very sweet Candy who SHOULD BE the assistant manager of this location. She was attentive and spot on with serving us, honestly made me feel like I was apart of the olive garden family! We appreciate you both!

We went for lunch to celebrate 24 years of marriage and a dear friend's birthday. Our server was nice, but not as attentive as expected. She did not offer more coffee, but she did keep our waters full. We all ordered the Neverending Pasta Bowl. The first bowl was so delicious and creamy. Our server came back quite some time after we had finished our first bowl. We did finally get a second bowl, however it was half the size of the first and very dry. Anyway, we decided to go elsewhere for dessert. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not the best.

Abby, our waitress, was very pleasant, checked in often, responded quickly to our requests. I would have liked the music just a bit louder. Only caught snatches at our table, but quieter is better than too intrusive. Overall, we were pleased to have gone out and to have had a pleasant evening date.
