Cleveland Heights Aladdin’s is missing the mark. This is the second time they have messed up my order. I ordered a vegan pastry for my girlfriend, and they forgot to put it in the bag. They did refund the pastry, but when I got home, I realized they didn’t give me pita bread or the extra sauce I asked for. Lastly, my curry pitza wasn’t hot. My falafel was the only thing that was on point. I will give them another try in the future. They say three times a charm.

Really enjoyed the food here today. We ordered family style and all 5 of us loved tasting different flavors and dishes … tabouli, hummus, baba, fatayar, falafel, grape leaves and more. Our server Eva was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be back.

Another Great Choice! For the price, the quality of food and taste is superb! I recommend the specialty Lamb plate w/ Tahini or Flavor Savor Plate. Also, get a side of the Spicy Cauliflower (it’s NOT spicy ;) but taste AMAZING. All plates come with Pita. This place got the most coveted 5 stars because of the quality, quantity and price. Go give Aladdin’s a try (Note: this is a franchise, so quality control can be hit or miss.) This one is good to go! Tell’em #OuttaTownTony sent you!

My friend and I came here for a to-go dinner, and we both loved our meals! The employee taking the orders was knowledgeable and was eager to answer any questions I had. I got the diwali and the Jasmine's favorite rice with lamb. Both were absolutely delicious!! I also got the baklava assortment - this was fantastic! I would visit again!

I used to go to Aladdin’s all the time when I lived in Cleveland, and glad to come back and see the food is still excellent. Parking is very easy, there is a free lot in the back of the store that is shared with Buffalo Wild Wings. Menu with a wide selection of apps, plates and pita sandwiches. Service was excellent and food came quickly. I usually go for a pita sandwich but the soup was exactly what I needed for a cold winter day! Aladdin’s will always be on my list of places to frequent while back in Cleveland Heights.

Stopped in Saturday night around 7:30. Place was not busy, no waiting for a table. We started with dessert - tiramissu and baklava cheesecake. The tiramissu was good. The baklava ontop of the cheesecake made it difficult to get pieces with a fork. Mishwee Salad and a shawarma pita pitza were good.

An absolute Gem of a Mediterranean restaurant. Cleveland Height is tye first of many locations that I tried, nearly 20 years ago. My family and I enjoy this several times a year whether dining in or takeout. I'm a huge fan of their Pita rolls, and my wife loves the flavor saver entree. Of course you can't go wrong with their hummus, kibbe, or vegetable plate appetizers. One of the best parts about this restaurant, is you walk away feeling as if you've had a healthy meal and that you haven't over-eaten. A rare and delightful experience for any restaurant to offer its customers. The food, the customer service, in the overall dining experience are all top-notch. Furthermore, these characteristics of this restaurant are shockingly consistent and superb across all of the several locations that I have visited. Whether it's in Columbus Ohio, or several locations throughout Cleveland ohio, or even Canton Ohio... the food is always delicious, the customer service is always warm and welcoming, and the overall experience leaves you looking forward the next time.

Great place to stop and grab lunch, there was a nice selection of Middle Eastern cuisine. The staff was polite and helpful, they gave us great descriptions on many items on the menu. I also noticed a great selection of Ohio based beers, overall I would love to come back.

I got the Aladdin's favorite combo with the house dressing, the hummus dip, and a baklava cheesecake for dessert. The server was very attentive, and we got our food after a relatively short wait. The food was decent. I wasn't blown away by the hummus dip, and the house dressing was a bit too sweet. On its own, the main entree was very good, and the cheesecake was very rich in flavor.

My daughter and I go here often when we are hungry and what comfort food! We both get a cauliflower appetizer! It's cooked just right in the sauce is amazing, just a little spicy, perfect! She gets the chicken shawarma rolled and I get the chicken curry rolled. The service is always great! And the carrot cake is really good!

As restaurants come and go, this is one of those places I need remind myself on date night. It's lasted the test of time and with good reason. The food is fabulous and it's easy on the wallet. Even a bottle of wine is under $30, and Lebanese reds are seriously delicious (the stemware needs help)...Yum! Already getting hungry just thinking of this place.

A wonderful taste, a wonderful restaurant, and a host named Eva, who is kind, beautiful, and wonderful in Cleveland Heights. She is cheerful, cheerful, and helpful, and provides excellent service. I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to her for her manner, fun, and cooperation.

The waiter chased me outside the restaurant harassing me and my kids!! They need to do a better job training their servers. The waiter who served us was not friendly and when we asked him for a to-go containers he kept asking like how many? how many? I told him 8 as I have all my family with me, I was not sure how many and I left the unused ones. However, he brought a crumbled bag and tossed it on the table!!!!. He was not friendly. The same waiter (white short guy, kinda bold, with brown beard) followed me to the parking lot, harassing me, and terrorizing me and my kids yelling at me in anger at the parking lot because I wrote on the receipt "the waiter needs to be friendly"!! That is INSANE and I never imagined a waiter follows customers to the parking lot chasing them, yelling, harassing, and wanting to have a physical fight!! My kids were traumatized with this outrageous behavior!!!! I called and complained to the manager but I don't believe they are going to do anything. Regret to go there but never plan to go to Aladdin anymore whatsoever.

Just had an awesome meal today and wanted to leave a quick note. Thank you Aladdin’s!!! I just flew in from Philadelphia and was so excited to return for a great meal. I had falafel appetizer, soup and jasmine’ favorite rice with grilled tuna. Anyone looking for a great meal, try Aladdin’s!

My wife, toddler and I ate here yesterday and our server, "Odai K" – as listed on receipt – simply blew us away by his service. Probably the best I've ever gotten anywhere. 1st when he seated us, he said he was going to go get a high chair for our son – a lot of times I have to ask or look for it myself in other restaurants. 2nd he noticed my son was playing with our silverware while we were waiting for our food to come. When the food came, he said he'll bring us a new set. We declined as my son didn't get them dirty, but it was thoughtful of him to notice and offer. 3rd when we ordered a slice of chocolate cake to-go, he immediately suggested we microwave it for a few seconds before we eat it – which was a great suggestion! If I was a local to this area – we were in town from Columbus – I'd be a regular just because of this young man's service.

Love the new decor, haven't been to this location in 2 years. The food was good as usual. 4 stars due to so many bugs flying around. Mild annoyance, but really a pain swating while eating.

I have always loved it here, it is so dang good! Honestly, such a go to comfort food place ❤️ the staff is also so sweet! They used to come to a restaurant I worked since we were open later than them, and they were my favorite people!!

Had lunch here and it was just OK. Hummus was excellent, bread was warm day old, chicken was very dry, falafel was not crispy at all but flavor was good. I feel like it is just this Cleveland hts. Location. Also they brought out the food in pieces so we were almost done eating and the rice was no where in sight. Overall it was extremely average.

Aladdin's continues to be one of my favorite easy choices for great food at reasonable prices. Always friendly service plus terrific shishtawook, legendary lentil soup, and good shawarma and falafel. Hummus is also well known for it's wonderful creamy flavor.

What OUTSTANDING service by Nathan who served me and Karcen, the manager. Made sure I was able to find a nice warm gluten free meal that fit my needs. Didn’t give up on me. It was my first time there. Pleasant, fun, friendly service and a satisfying meal. I left well taken care of.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch by my clients recommendation and loved everything. The food was delicious, waitress and host were helpful and friendly and the space was designed beautifully. Definitely recommend this place.

Highly, highly recommend their catering for any and all events! We had four big lunch events in one month and Aladdin's was a joy to work with. Always on time with deliveries, very communicative and quick to respond to questions, and the food is incredible. Able to cater to most dietary restrictions. Couldn't be happier!!

It's a rather small restaurant, so there was a bit of a wait to be seated, but I had nowhere to be immediately after, so not a problem. The food was delicious, Aladdin's food never disappoints! I can't crow about the service overall though. While our waiter was wonderful...very friendly and accommodating, the other staff seemed to be a bit sullen...perhaps they were understaffed...the restaurant was pretty busy...so I won't judge too harshly.

Food was decent. Portion was small. Gave 3 🌟's because what I wanted wasn't exactly on the menu but the staff attempted to accommodate me.

Even after the height of the pandemic, nothing has changed other than new decor. The service, the high quality of food and the atmosphere is just as it always has been. Some of the Cleveland area's absolute best. This is one restaurant that would be seriously mourned if it ever left. Cleveland Heights would not be the same without it.

I ordered a folded pita. It was really delicious. A little too much sauce for my liking. It went all over. But still really good.

I was visiting Cleveland for first time and after quick search for places for lunch I found Aladdins Eatery. Place was cozy and smelled delicious. Easy parking behind the building with entrance from back door made our visit in cold weather even easier. Staff was very friendly and nice. Menu is clear and prices were reasonable. And finally the food was very delicious! I wish we had this place back in Southern California too.

Taza chicken salad with dark meat Aladdin's dressing. My favorite beautiful variety of ingredients in it!

Got kabob salad. Meat was dry , definitely not freshly made. Salad greens were wilted and slimy. Other locations way better. This was gross for $20

We dined in on Thursday, February 8th and it was amazing! The star of this location is truly Sebastian! He is very knowledgeable with the menu and he makes your dining experience special! The ambience was great as well as the food. Kudos, Sebastian! We will be back again!
