Our meal on the patio at the Harp was so nice. I had the Parmesan crusted chicken and my husband had fish and chips. My compliments to the chef, both were great! We also enjoyed our homemade chip appetizer and especially liked the Chipotle ranch dip with them. Our server, Kim, was efficient and very personable, and one of her co-workers, Martina, was also super nice. This restaurant is not far at all from Edgewater Park. Update 9/4/23 another great meal at the harp! The soft pretzel appetizer was also delicious. And the view of the air show while we were eating our dinner was fabulous!

This is my first time here and Claire was my bartender she was so friendly and helpful it was amazing it's certainly nice to see a refreshing face when you sit down after a long morning of work she recommended the salad that you see in the picture below. I haven't had a chance to eat it yet but I will finish my review when I'm done to let you know how it tastes but from the looks of it I'm sure I'm going to be very pleased this is an outstanding location and if you ever have the opportunity to stop in I don't think you will be disappointed the price was fair for the amount of food served keep up the great work it was a pleasure to meet you, Claire.

A Cleveland staple. Took some out of town friends, service was really good and everyone enjoyed their meals. It was a Sunday with a limited menu (brunch). I had the corned beef benedict, everything was perfectly cooked (including the poached eggs). We went for their fish, which unfortunately wasn't on the menu. I recommend including a fish option or some boxty's on the Sunday menu.

The vegan burger was the best I've had anywhere. Great, professional service. Very clean. Noise level low considering there were so many people talking. Great view of Lake Erie. Patio service in good weather. Will return.

Service is only 3 stars because we received what we ordered, but there was no intermittent service. The food was absolutely amazing. I think this was my 1st time here, and if I go back, it is simply because of the food. We all ordered a variety of things, and neither of us had anything negative to say. The atmosphere was nice. I'm sure we got in before the Friday night rush crowd which is what I appreciated most. It was not too noisy, we had a nice table by the windows, and it was a nice relaxing way to finish the work week.

First time dining here and it did not disappoint. My wife and I looked for an English/Irish pub which to celebrate our anniversary at, as we did each year in Chicago, and this place came highly recommended. The atmosphere was perfect, the service was friendly and super quick, and the meal was delicious. We will definitely be back

So glad we went to The Harp. You should definitely sit in the patio and just breathe in that beautiful view of the city and the lake. They have these mixed draughts like the Guinness mixed with black currant and the Guinness mixed with shock top called the dark side of the moon. I’m telling ya- pretty unique and delicious! I tried the crab cakes which were good but the two items that were really exquisite were the Irish boxty and the shepherd’s pie. We had the corned beef boxty and it just melted in your mouth. The shepherd’s pie was absolutely delicious with the creamy mashed potatoes piped on top like icing on a cake. Now that’s the kind of dessert that I like eating. Honestly, I’ve eaten at a lot of different Irish restaurants and bars and this was by far the best. They also have some dessert that was featured on the Wall Street Journal, but I didn’t get to that yet. I’m probably going to have to return to try it. It’ll give me another chance to eat their delicious boxty and shepherd’s pie again!

It was a girl's dinner at The Harp, and a return visit for all 3 of us. Our server, Megan, took good care of us and we loved our dinners and drinks before showtime. We'll be back again! My credit card was left at the table, and Megan ran out to my friend's car to return it. That kind gesture was so greatly appreciated!!

This was our 1st time stopping at The Harp. We had a very friendly server, who explained the specials in great detail, and answered all of our menu questions. The shepherd's pie was delicious, the Fish and chips were cooked perfectly and our daughter enjoyed the Salmon. The view was superb as it overlooks downtown and the waterfront. They had a wonderful beer, wine, and cocktail selection and the drinks were stiff. We will definitely be back.

Another great meal at the harp! And this time, we had the privilege of having the Cleveland Air show that we could watch while we ate. Great experience.

It was my mother's Bday, and decided to try a new place, glad she did, we sat on the patio, we arrived and were seated a little after 3pm, was not crowded, we sat facing the lake, enjoyed the whole experience, the meal choices were great, we had the hummus and beef rolls for appetizers, both delicious, I continued to comment on the hummus, the beef rolls flavorful and crispy, we both ordered the Shepards pie, it was hot, plentiful, well presented, and every bite was like the 1st, tasty, the service was excellent, our waitress, continued to check in on us, and it was and was very informative on the menu, and any questions we had. I would return often, if I lived in the city of Cleveland, I am from Cincinnati, but will make it a stop for sure when I am in town.

Really good place. The steak boxties were amazing and flavored so well. The crab cake sandwich was also very good. The bread pudding is a must have we finished eating it in five minutes. Service was very friendly and quick.

The ambience at this restaurant was really pleasant. It was very tastefully decorated. Our server Ana took care of a party of 14 effortlessly; she brought refreshments, took our food orders after answering any questions as well came back-and-forth in good timing despite waiting on many other tables in the same location to meet our needs very quickly. She was very pleasant throughout, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend her. I found most of the food I ordered was delicious with plentiful portions. I had a burger with Swiss and mushroom which was yummy. I split half of it with a friend and she likewise found it delicious. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of from the burger meal was the home made chips. I also shared appetizers with a friend which were the corn beef rolls, crabcake, and pierogies. I loved the corn beef rolls which were well seasoned and the flavorful crab-cake. The friend I shared the pierogies with wasn’t a fan of them either. They were somewhat bland. And lastly was dessert. I had the Guinness brownie, which was shared between three of us. The ice cream was good; however,, we felt the brownie in it was too hard and crunchy taking away from it. I would definitely recommend the service, food and ambience at this restaurant.

An iconic restaurant-bar that's a must visit if traveling to Cleveland. Always great food, service and drinks. This past weekend had a meatloaf special for dinner. Very good!

👍 March 2022: Stopped here for lunch on a comp from the Jack Casino. They gave me $30 that I used to get the Double melt, tots, vanilla shake, and chili to go. 😠 The best thing about this place is the decor and the gift shop. The food is more salty than a crusty old pirate. The server was great. My drink order was wrong, got a new one. Slow going on all accounts. Hubby couldn't eat his food- hard chicken, freezer burnt shrimp, salty broccoli, yuck! Stroll i...
