Service is so consistently incompetent it honestly makes me laugh out loud. Don't ever go here if you're vegan- no matter who helps you the whole staff always acts like they've never heard of the word vegan and what that entails. They have vegan options that are delicious when made correctly but you'll for sure still get cheese and meat in your food if you don't watch over them like a hawk. Not sure how this place stays in business with the kids they have running the show. Won't be surprised if they don't last another two years.

This location is a MUST Visit‼️ I experienced the absolute best customer service that I have had in a long time, even from a sit-down restaurant. Kaden, Morgan, Lexi, and Eno are an exceptional crew! 👏🏾 They were so friendly, and even patient when letting my 2-year-old place his order. And the food was great to top it off! 😋

This was my first time going to this specific Piada. It wasn’t busy when I went around 3:30 on a Saturday. The menu is large enough to read and I like the variety of options. I got a regular carbonara, which tasted just right. My bowl had a lot of different healthy ingredients and I appreciated the generous dressings on top of it. The bowl was yummy and filling, and I had leftovers! The workers were all nice to me. The bathroom was clean too. I’ll come back and try the cannoli cookies; they look good!

Went here a couple of months ago and the food was fantastic! Great quality and selection- it maybe a little bit of a higher price then other restaurants but not by much. And it also it was nice to see a diverse group of down to earth employees working together very well. It I get the chance to- I might stop here again. UPDATE- Purchased lunch for me and relatives the other day. Very good service and the quality of the food is phenomenal! If you get the chance- I would highly recommend stopping in!

Solid food experience, but perhaps a bit disappointing on my last few visits. The food portions have gotten much smaller suddenly. Getting a very small amount of pasta when paying for the larger portion was noticeable and the common thing for all of us eating there the last few trips. That being said, the quality was still very high. I try to be cognizant of the modern day and employment difficulties. I am patient with slow service when teams are short staffed. It was frustrating to see 7 people working during this visit, but only 2 of them actually doing anything. Those 2 were running around like crazy and the other 5 were not. Some were standing there laughing with on another and a few were just on their phones. This is one of the few cases I’ve seen lately if maybe too many people working at a restaurant. The 2 working were a bit aggressive with us when ordering/paying, but I think that is reasonable considering the very uneven workload for them. I’ll visit again, but I must say this place can do better and should.

Went into Piada in parma to order take out order- my wife and I already looked at the menu online so we knew exactly what we wanted. Upon attempting to order our meals- the gentleman taking our order said he had no idea what we were trying to order and that they didn’t make it. Weird because if I would have just ordered it online- you would have made it… continued and ordered a pepperoni stick and asked to confirm that it was coming with the sauce and the cashier said nope we don’t have anymore. Again weird because I’m literally LOOKING at the sauce you just need to put in a to-go cup. It was terrible service overall. Food was decent.

I live very close to this location. Every time I go in, I’m greeted with great energy! Kaden is awesome! He always listens to my specifications and has an easy going/positive attitude! Love this place! Thank you to this great team! Would recommend to everyone who likes good food/great service!

I went in on the snowiest day of the year and the workers greeted me with such positive welcoming energy. The manager Melissa is so sweet and even gave me a gift card to come back and get food again. Not to mention food was prepared exactly as expected, definitely going to return here!!!

One of the most wholesome dining experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food type of restaurant. Immediately was greeted with a smile and the service was excellent! The pasta was so delicious and they even gave my son fresh strawberries which he loved! I thought that was very thoughtful! It’s very welcoming considering my family just moved to the area. We will definitely be back!

This place serves some pretty good fast food. They have some pizza sticks that come with cheese or pepperoni and a sauce that is super yummy. The wraps and salads are so good and fresh. My teens had the pasta and loved it and said they would definitely come back for more.

Came here on a whim and was delightfully surprised. Very clean with no wait. Asked to try the chicken and steak meat so I could choose and I chose chicken....the steak was very well seasoned but the temp was not warm so the chicken was hot and fresh. Very good piata very flavorful and I have half for later. Try it you won't be disappointed!

Phenomenal food Portion sizes are decent. The fact you can customize pasta is absolutely amazing. It's like an upscale Chipotle. However certain days the staff is super nice. And someday you can tell they had a rough day or are struggling to live lol. All in all I keep going back because the food is great. They have out door seating for nice days too. And also are somewhat vegan friendly with a variety of salad options. Slightly up there in price but not a deal breaker for the good food.

I ordered online and there was a system issue. I prepaid but when I showed up my order showed it wasn’t paid for. I didn’t receive an email so I checked my credit card website and even showed it to the cashier. The cashier was extremely unprofessional, she looked and acted like she was on drugs. I stood there for a while and finally the cashier asked someone for help. They just gave me the order and I was on my way. I won’t return to that location, it went down the tubes.

I came in on a busy Sunday night. Even though there was definitely a lot going on the staff had me in and out super quickly and with ease. Aidan and Kaiden made my bowl and my boyfriend’s and it was super delicious. Lexi checked us out and had such an upbeat attitude, she was awesome. I know how stressful it can be working in a restaurant and even though the staff were swamped they were so nice and courteous and we both enjoyed our food so much. I just had to leave a review commending them!

Food is tasty. Nice ambience. Went with four people for late lunch. Clean and well-maintained. Service was good. This location is a nice dining experience if you haven't been to one of these restaurants before.

When they first opened it was a bit disappointing. I'm glad that I recently gave it another shot. Especially when I see Lexi working. Pasta has always been fresh as well as the sauce. Lexi is very bubbly and engaging, hard to find in customer service these days. Great with recommendations. I've been coming weekly now.

Food is always good but the staff.... they gave up. Everyone has an ear bud in. That looks bad to a customer. Girl with 8 foot hot pink dreads. She's rude. Doesn't smile. Touches her hair repeatedly while making food. Update. Just found plastic in my food.

The food here was okay. The sauce was pretty good, the noodles definitely could’ve been cooked a little bit longer and the spinach was completely raw in my dish. Sprite was watered down to the point it was more water than soda. Other than that, it was okay. The food came out fairly fast too.

An absolute amazing place to be, food is great and Chris’s hospitality, service and his BIG smile make it even better, he is the reason we keep coming back. Thank you Chris 😉

My order was incorrect and when I called and spoke to the restaurant they told me they would refund me for one of my pasta orders. Ended up having to split a meal. The food that we did get however was great. Had the lobster bisque, pesto pasta with grilled chicken, and the corn salad. Would have given 5 stars had my entire order been in the bag.

We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes away from home. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! My favorite is Mediterranean Piada with crispy calamari 😋. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable and the best part is the staff especially Chris whose service makes it even more enjoyable!! 👍

The ambiance and dining room was clean and nice. Lots of space and tons of tables to sit at. However I was disappointed by the food. Pasta was precooked and it was so starchy that it was fused into one giant pasta brick. There were 2 employees who made the food while the rest in the back just kinda hung around and talked. When we got to eat everything looked nice (visually appealing), but everything was room temp. I’ve gone to the Piada on the east side (Chagrin Rd) many times and this location (Parma) falls short in every category when compared. It’s a new restaurant so I’m hopeful it will get better but I’m not sure I will be back to this location anytime soon.

I get the farmers market salad and every time it’s always fresh! One of my favorite places to go. Calamari is also very good.

Good food, lots of choices and you can customize everything the way you want it. This was our first visit, but they walked us through how it worked. Had the bacon and blue salad with added chicken. Also had the penne pasta with Alfredo and grilled chicken, very good. The pepperoni sticks were good as were the meatballs. We will be back.

Yesterday me and my wife picked up penne and spaghetti We both had food poisoning When I tried to eat my penne because it was out dated some of the pieces are dry like rock I should've took the food back but it was too late and we were too hungry You can tell from the photo how my food is expired Thank god we are ok but my duty to worn others Please be careful when you eat in this restaurant
