Located across the street from "The Q" this was where we stopped for a quick bite before the game. Two people were staffing the place, and seemed a bit disinterested at times. Tacos were quite tasty, and a good value from a menu that seems a bit overpriced. Pierogies are Mrs. T's, which you could have at home, so quite overpriced (6 P's for 9.99, for which you could buy about 3 dozen at the grocery store). Bar was stocked pretty average, with no great selection of beers. I had to track the waitress down for the check, but that could have been due to the number of customers for a small staff.

I was only in town for a few days and honestly went here because it was close, but it was surprisingly nice. The staff were friendly and gave me my space since I was on the phone. It was fairly quiet, but friendly inside. I only got an appetizer, but it came quickly and was yummy. I'd come here again.

I had the pierogies and was very disappointed. They were dry and chewy with the edges crunchy. No butter on them. I guess I like authentic food and these are not even close. Waitress was pretty rude. Only went here because it was so close to the q and it was cold and rainy out. Maybe the other menu items are better but I don't recommend what I ate.

Went to a show at Quickens Loan Arena. Parked on the lower level of the East Parking Garage which opens for special events at 5:30 p.m. Walked across the street to the Gateway Bar and Grill and were seated after just a few minutes. Had some delicious burgers, fries and onion rings. Finished our meals and paid our bill just in time to go over and enter the Q for the show. We got a better meal with great service at a more reasonable price than we could have gotten in the arena. Loved this place!

Liked the atmosphere, waitress was funny and joked around, bartender let us sample beers before we purchased. Food was great. Bathrooms very clean. Definitely would go back again. We had a party of six and all of us agreed!

Walked in last night and it was very busy because there was a concert across the street at the Q. We luckily saw 2 stools open up at the bar so we sat down. I assumed it would take a bit of time to be served because of how busy it was, and how clearly under staffed they were, but we sat at the bar for 30 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. When I finally got an employees attention he was so incredibly rude to me. From someone who worked in a restaurant for years, I understand how stressful it can be on a busy evening, but to completely ignore people isn’t acceptable. It takes no time at all to acknowledge someone, and explain that you will be right with them. If someone would have told us (and the other customers they were neglecting) they didn’t have time to serve us, we could have left and found somewhere else to go instead of wasting our time. We planned on having a couple drinks, and dinner but that never happened. It’s very rare that I have such poor service, and actually take time to write a negative review, but this was indispensable. I would never go back.

This is possibly the worst food I’ve ever had in my life, not only were the chips stale and the meat completely cold on my nachos, my entire family and other families in the establishment were complaining about the food quality. Nobody enjoyed their food, everything was either cold, stale, molding, or rotten. The service was terrible, there was only one server in general. I’m not even sure if there was a cook and she did it all itself. I can’t even think of a good thing to say about this place, if you’re looking to eat here, DON’T!

For being practically inside a hotel, this place is great. The server, Damon was fabulous, the food was really good, the Stout was tasty, the screens were showing a variety of sports while I was there, and the setting is inviting, warm, and classic while still being stylish and clean. Great job to all involved! Thanks for all the goodness.
