Love, love, love the Jack! I was so close to busting the pig! That machine is cool and addicting lol. There are many machines to choose from! If you haven’t had a chance to check it out, I totally recommend it. Great atmosphere. Great fun!!!

Jack Casino has great restaurants, including a fantastic buffet. They have roulette tables, craps tables, poker tables and lots of different slot machines. The facility is extremely clean, glitzy and flashy. It is really just like a Vegas casino. There are multiple levels too. They have a covered walkway that goes over the streets and leads directly into their parking garage. Their gift shop, which is called the Swag Shop is also in the same building as the parking garage. Years ago, the building was previously home to the Higbee Department store. The decor is very high end and tastefully done. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They do a wonderful job. Well done.

This place is awesome. It is connected to Tower City Mall. It has a hotel there as well. They serve food. A full buffet that runs brunch and dinner. Everything is served fresh. This place also has a great service. Some of the workers that work there have been there from the beginning. 6 years it's been around.

Great location. Parking is free with play. Variety of slot games, and very friendly staff. Perfectly positioned in the heart of Downtown Cleveland providing access to locals, business travelers, and visitors alike, it’s a great place to have fun and win $$. The casino is clean and accessible from various Downtown locations.

We always have a great time downtown Cleveland at Jack's Casino. I like the side up and the bar areas are nice also. From the parking garage to the casino they have a tunnel that leads you to the casino so you don't have to be walking outside which was great because it was pouring rain. I'm a big Roulette fan right now so I didn't do too bad here and left with a profit!

The most gorgeous casino I’ve ever been to. Glad everything isn’t card- or phone-based and can still insert cash directly into the machines. I love just taking $40 and playing slots and/or roulette and then, heading home having lost $40 or having won a bit.

This was our first trip here. The gaming experience was actually pretty good! It did let us play enjoyably for about an hour without just taking our money like most other casinos tend to do. However, the 4 stars were deducted because, not being familiar with the area, we found the first entrance to the parking garage and did not realize it was the "flat rate parking" that costs $60 regardless of how long you stay. SERIOUSLY? $60?? We were there for an hour and 10 minutes! There should definitely be some prominent signage specifying that it's flat-rate ($60) parking. Not only did we toss away money while gaming, but the parking also hit us pretty hard. Definitely won't recommend the parking garage!!

I mean hey it's a casino you win some you lose some. Overall the atmosphere is pretty nice and the staff are protective of their guests and help to clear out panhandlers from the street near the entrances and exits. I saw a poor limo driver get harassed across the street for like a good 15 minutes by someone before his clients arrived and he was able to leave, too bad he didn't have his own bouncers! I haven't tried the food but their drinks are pretty good for most anything you order as well as the atmosphere being fun and entertaining. I may recommend you bring some sanitizing wipes though as I'm a bit picky and if you're like me you may find visible greasy fingerprints unnerving.

Clean, easy to navigate, don’t feel the crowds like many casinos. Good food choices in facility, ample parking. Now if they could just guarantee me a big win (many times I leave with a full belly and a few more dollars than I entered with) I would find a way to get them an extra star. Go here for a fun time, you won’t regret it.

Awesome spot. The games were fun. The tables had great options. Many floors to explore. Indoor smoking area is available. AND a sports viewing section that feels like a theatre. So cool!

This place is garbage. Very dated and dirty location. If you're not an infinity member, plan on waiting in line for 30 minutes plus for the cashier. Very shady dealers as well. My dealer took advantage of an intoxicated player at the blackjack table and told him he pushed with his 21 against the dealers 20. I came out ahead on this trip but it will be the last.... oh and prepare to get robbed for parking fees when you leave. If I didn't know better, I'd think this place was ran by spirit airlines

Great atmosphere. Good variety of games to play. Poker room is great with friendly dealers and bosses. There's an indoor smoking area they say is super ventilated, but the whole area outside smells of smoke. Not the worst thing ever in the grand scheme of things, but something to note.

The place was packed It seems everyone I sat next to all said the same thing. Why does MGM pay so well and Jack does not. They are closer to Jack where they live, but are now willing to drive further to win. Oh, we all win something, but not for what we spend. The food in the buffet at Jack is never the same twice. The only thing that is the same is the fried chicken. It is always over fried and you can't eat it. What a waste of money. Why feed us food we can't eat. The salad bar has a wonderful selection. However it is nasty most of the time. Especially the salad dressing. People slop it all over, and no one cleans it up. Soup is good. Granted, we are the ones who slop it up, Sorry. I just don't like eating food where the food area is nasty.

Had a great time. Just out for some fun. 1 click on the slots off of 40k... that would've been nice. Buffet was decent, wouldn't say great. The prime rib was pretty dope. Dessert left A LOT to be desired. Glad there is no smoking. They really ought to add some live entertainment somewhere. Recommend for a fun afternoon if you're willing to drop a couple hundred bucks. Drinks ARE NOT cheap. Employees I encountered were all very nice.

We always leave this casino winners! I love the atmosphere and the flashy or traditional slot games and the best part is you do win on these machines. The buffet is phenomenal and the Thursday night Prime Rib was nothing less than heaven! Always check your promos too because this casino has some good ones regularly. Have been 4 times now and will definitely be going back here to my favorite casino in Ohio so far!

A very clean facility although awkwardly laid out due to it being in an old store. The buffet needs some love as the food was fairly bland and heavily carb/starch focused.

It’s not bad for what it is; it’s a casino in the heart of the one and only Cleveland. I go here every now and then as I do enjoy gambling a bit. The casino itself is huge inside with several floors. It’s relatively clean for the most part and quite pleasing to the eye. I like going because they offer a buffet in the basement floor that I always get free coupons for, so that’s always a nice addition. I don’t think the food is anything super crazy or world renowned, but it’s good for when you have a free coupon. Their drinks at the bars though always seem to be hit or miss; some bartenders make it perfectly, and other bartenders just miss it awfully. That’s obviously not a make or break point though. 4/5 for a casino. I like going here.

We love the atmosphere of the Jack's downtown location. It is centrally located in the city with access to valet and a parking garage. There is a great variety of games. The buffet is good when it is open. We enjoy the perks of free play and prizes. Our only complaint is the people loitering outside the street entrances. It does not feel safe to park on the streets and walk in those entrances.

My review is only three Stars not because it's not a nice place, but because of the excessive cost to do business here. The parking alone is $30 flat rate. Table minimums are very high. The buffet can be upwards of $35, and it's not even really that great for that price. The promotions suck. You can't even get a free buffet in your birth month anymore.

It's been years since we've been here and we had a nice Saturday afternoon watching the Ohio State football game and playing slots and tables. My wife and I haven't played roulette in years and it was really nice to try it again. The dealer was really patient with us and helped out. It's nice to be able to order drinks and access the wallet from the slot/video machines but so many of them have issues working properly. The touch screens don't work right, get getting errors trying to access the wallet but other than that it was a good day and we will be back.

This place will steal your money. They barred me from re entering because they ID from 2am-4am and my ID was misplaced. I have a perfectly valid secondary ID but they wouldn't let me retrieve my money or phone. They finally got my phone for me but they took my money from poker table and locked it away. Now I can't get money back until I replace my ID and I live 3.5 hours away. Very poorly trained staff and unwilling to use what little minds they have.

I have been to alot of casinos accross the country. This one just didnt do it for me. Only one spot on the first floor to get a drink. The slots were extremely tight. Couldn't find any food inside the casino. The second floor was more active ,but still on the dull side of things.

Table games are what you'd expect. My only complaint is that the high limit baccarat table is on the main gaming floor, it is not separated from the chaos of the regular minimum tables. If you're a casual player, there are only a few 3/2 paying blackjack tables, all with a $10 higher $25 minimum than the normal 6/5 paying blackjack with a $15 minimum. High limit room offers a few $100 minimum blackjack tables with craps, roulette, and baccarat available on request. Dealers in high limit are much better and you will pretty much always have your own table. Revamped poker room is very nice with the best dealers out of any casino I've played in. They keep the game moving and interact well with players. Poker floor staff is hit or miss, some are really nice and others clearly hate their job. Dining options are average and overpriced. If you have extra comp dollars, the buffet is a good option, however, the hours aren't the best. One major flaw is casino comps. Since Caesars left, the rewards are garbage. No Vegas trips for high tier members. The best you get is a once a year local dinner comped and a cruise you have to pay upfront for. Parking is convenient, however if you're not a C or K member and don't play long enough it can get costly.

Enjoyed playing a few games of chance at The Jack in Cleveland. It is clean and has an exciting atmosphere. I highly recommend it as a place to go if you're in the area ready to let loose and enjoy some games. In my opinion, if you can go to a casino with an amount you're willing to lose and play conservatively for 2-3 hours, it's a great deal. When we go to a sporting event or concert, we spend at least $200 for 3-4 hours of fun. I do the same at a casino.

Nice Casino. It was my first visit so I needed more time to play. The atmosphere was great! The service was very attentive as we were shown around the first floor and upper level. Food Court and Bar looked good! I will go back and try to play and win! πŸ™‚πŸ‘

A short, indoor walk from Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, Progressive Field and The Renaissance Hotel, The Jack has both table games and slots. I like to play black Jack and craps. However they had no $5 or $10 tables. Black Jack started at $15 and caps at $25 minimums. All of the first floor tables were closed and it was difficult to find a seat at the Black Jack tables. Why not open up more tables?? The food court only had two places to order food but we found the burgers very good. We did not try the buffet. Trying to get a drink at times was a challenge as they didn't have enough bartenders. Ditto for cocktail waitresses. I'll never understand why any establishment is not over staffed with alcohol servers - especially a casino. Overall we did have a good time and I would recommend Jack Casino.

Parking... Apparently as a customer we need a training manual on how many "tickets" need to be scanned just to get out of the OVER priced self parking garage attached to the casino. The garage employee in the booth was quick to Scream at us scan BOTH entry and exit tickets from the kiosk. Who knew you needed such proof just to get out of the OVER priced parking garage. The employee was WAY to busy watching videos on her phone to be interrupted to ACTUALLY provide customer service. One more reason to stop going downtown and head to Columbus where parking is free and employees are happy and not rude!

Buffet is over priced and selection is limited. Casino is clean. Bathrooms are clean. Machines are super tight. Forgot why we stopped going. Good reminder for next time we start thinking we want to hit Jack's. Go knowing you aren't going to win. Sit with someone you like and at least you'll have some fun!

Stopped by to play some poker yesterday after the Browns game. First time in the room since it moved from the 3rd floor. Room looked very nice, and Nick behind the desk was very helpful and genuinely cared making sure all my questions were answered.

Went while visiting my friends home town. We purchased TWO DOUBLE SHOT beverages and were caught off guard when the service staff threw out the drinks without asking or confirming. It was very off-putting being that I spent $36 + tip on a beverage meant to enjoy the atmosphere. The manager, Lacey, needs better hospitable and client resolution skills.
