Well, being the bougie, better-than-most person that I am, I'd never deign to live there! But then, I'm too good for Cleveland. That notwithstanding, there's nothing wrong with the place. Decent enough for the price. And located conveniently close to meth dealers, if you're into that.

The owners of the building are not accessible and are very incompetent. The office is only open three hours a day and they never answer the phone. If you have an emergency and it is not between the hours of 12pm and 3pm, you have to figure it out for yourself. There is only one clothes dryer that works in a tiny room in the basement. Speaking of the basement, it is horribly roach infested. During the summer, roaches that are two inches in length will scurry along the walls and floor. It would not be as bad if management actually sprayed to keep them away. Also, leaks happened to me frequently because of how old and poorly maintained the building is. Another thing I want to point out is, the entire apartment is covered in very ugly carpet. The kitchen and the bathroom had carpet. This place is a nightmare to live in and I want to make sure that other people avoid this place.

Better cleaning needed in the hallways and too much exposed electrical wires. Makes me worry about my mother's safety. And from time to time she has no water without notice a few times in the middle of the heat wave. They know way allow air conditioning I get it cause electrical is included. But she is an elderly on the 3rd floor and heat rises. They need the water to have dignity to wash their bodies and drink water to hydrate their bodies. It's a hotbox enough! And ty

Didn't give me all of my deposit back. I cleaned the place and took pictures. He's full of BS. They really don't care about who lives there. One woman on the 3rd floor, 315, would not stop singing and shouting in the middle of the night. There was also a shooting on January 31st, 2023.

Can't say anything nice, except that it looks good from the outside albeit creepy in a scary movie type of setting. They had problems with bed bugs years ago, still have roaches horribly. Hate that my kid's family is there even if it is just a matter of time before their place is ready. Depressingly small, not worth the amount they charge.

For small temporary place, it is okay. Anything longer than six weeks, seek something else. No bedbugs. I got my deposit back, but I did call three times to see what the holdup was. Again, this was for temporary use.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Roach infested. The entire building is under kept with maintenance and is very dirty. The staff make it hard to want to talk to them or request anything. Especially Paul, he thinks he can do whatever he wants and hangups on people. Very unprofessional.

They want you to pay 700$ while the roaches live rent free!!!!!!!!!!!!! SMH. BYE.

Every room out of the four we saw had a different noxious odor. It seems that everything that would normally have a metallic texture has several layers of spraypaint over it, giving everything a worn out plastic look.

Very weird built structure.....kinda puts me in the mind of a scene from American Horror Story.

My favorite place to be is in my home sweet home. I have lived here for almost a year and it's just great quiet comfy and cozy property management and maintenance are solid I recommend it to anyone looking for a decent priced downtown living experience 15 minute walk to public square and a lot of interesting things to do In the neighborhood . I love it here

I moved into that place in December. It was going good at first til things started to happen for me. Paul kicked me out because my ex tried to kill me and shot through my window!!! Then somebody tried to break in my apartment and he played dumb like he couldn’t look at the cameras… then they had a rat in B2 and I was very mad. Then it’s leaks there it’s very unsafe there. Nobody should move here it NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWNNNNNNN
