If I could give this place 10 stars I truly would. The volunteer staff are phenomenal and very helpful. What an asset to the Cleveland area community. Helping families from around the world and their own backyard. The facility itself is very well taken care of and very clean. If you are in need or know of somebody in need, send them here. If they can't help you they will point you in the right direction.

The experience here was great!! Very clean accommodations were beyond my expectations. I will support the fund raising so other families in need can have the same experience. Thank you so much to all the volunteers for everything that they do.!!

We are one week into a three week rehabilitation program for my daughter at Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital. The Ronald McDonald House has been WONDERFUL! The staff and volunteers are friendly, the building and grounds are kept meticulously clean and welcoming. Most evenings there is dinner provided by a local organization, and often other meals are provided. Guests have access to two full kitchens, a large laundry room that is centrally located in the building, and multiple outside patios, walking paths and a play area for younger kids. My daughter has immensely enjoyed the outdoor spaces, landscape, garden and of course the birds and bunnies who live here. :) Parking is secure with keycard access to open the gate. We have seen therapy dogs and rabbits and there have been other activities for children. I can't express enough how much of a blessing the Ronald McDonald house has been for our peace of mind. Financially, stay in here has allowed us to make this extended trip.

The best place you'd ever want to be if you had a sick child. This is such a loving, cozy, caring place. The building and grounds are so well cared for as well. We volunteered there, and it was one of the best experiences.

This is a truly wonderful place. They do so much to help families whose children are in the hospital. I have a friend whose child had been hospitalized for a very long time and they had stayed at RMH during that time. Words alone can't express how wonderful and caring the staff and volunteers at this location are to the guests and families staying there. I'm so thankful for their kindness and compassion. The facility is always very clean. There is a wonderful area for children to play in filled with toys and books. A very nice laundry room, brand new kitchen/ dinning area where they serve dinner each night. You can also use the kitchen to prepare your own meals.

Generous, kind, and accommodating. My family recently stayed here while myself and our newborn son were hospitalized at the Cleveland Clinic. Due to some personal health issues, our son was born at the CC and was early, so he spent 2 weeks in the NICU. The Ronald McDonald House was generous enough to let my mother, husband and myself stay there. They provide clean hotel like accommodations with lots of extra amenities like play areas for kids, and community areas for adults. Simple breakfast, lunches, and dinners are available as well. A large laundry room is also available to use for free. Shuttle service to and from the CC are also conveniently available. For families like ours who needed specialty care far from home, these Ronald McDonald Houses are a blessing beyond measure.

Great staff and a place to respite for an affordable long term stay while visiting the Cleveland Clinic. They provide meals and even offer event tickets every so often. We were able to attend a Cavs game with seats just off the court and Chairman’s Club privileges. What a special once in a lifetime opportunity. Helped my wife and I get respite from the concerns that come from having a child in the hospital. Not all have that opportunity, but I mention it as an example of the care that occurs here. We feel blessed to be able to stay here.

Meals, a place to sleep, and a hot shower to recover so you can be there for your child while they're in the hospital. We've spent several weeks there already and I cannot say enough good things about the hospitality and the peace of mind this place provides its users. Thank you to the staff, the donors, and everyone else who works to provide this crucial service to parents like us.

When I was in high school back in 1997, I was injured pretty severely playing football. By the grace of God, my mother was able to stay here and have the support of the RMHC. Back then we were struggling financially and it made a life changing difference to me. Fast forward, each year I participate in as many events for RMHC including the upcoming Wine, Women and Shoes. If you've ever been blessed by the House, you should definitely support the event every year and spread the word!

Great experience while our newest child was in the hospital. The staff was wonderful and the food was great! Plenty of activities for the kids to do to pass the time. The passes to local attractions was nice too.

😠 The facilities are fine but the staff leaves A LOT to be desired. First off, it took three separate visits for someone to figure out how to sign me up for a membership. Then I later found out they signed me up for the wrong type of membership that was nearly twice as expensive. I’ve now been trying...
