Just about the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Very disappointed. Checked in, went up to my room. No a/c. Went back to lobby to ask for another room and there was a guy behind me with the same complaint. Leticia, who was working the desk, was pleasant, smiling, gracious, apologetic. Got my next room and it had a/c. But. The room was far below expectation. Pillows were so flat they could have not had any at all and I wouldn't have noticed the difference. Even with a/c, the room remained humid. I couldn't use the television because the remote didn't work, was missing the back, or maybe the batteries were dead. The hotel was not well kept, the rugs are stained, wallpaper is peeling, bathrooms need caulk removed and replaced, etc. The pictures tell the story.

This is a dump. I can't believe Sheraton is ok with it's name being on this hotel. I have stayed in Motel 6 hotels that were much better. Nothing was working. The pool was closed. The restaurant was closed. Even the credit card machine wasn't working and the elevator was scary. Stay somewhere else -- anywhere else.

If I could give no stars I would. My family and I just checked in and we are mind blown that this is a Marriott. The place is absolutely disgusting. The cleaning service absolutely did no cleaning one of the beds had brown spill stain on the mattress liner that came through the sheets. The bedding was completely wrinkled and the beds were just thrown together. Mold and mildew everywhere in the bathroom. Grout crumbling showers are awful. If we didn’t have our car packed to the max and our kids with us we would have slept in the car this evening despite the dark parking lot. My 8 year old even described this placed as disgusting. The smell smells like cheap perfume was sprayed in the room so it’s labeled as “clean”. Horrible experience and now reading about the management I doubt anything I say to them in the am will do much. This place needs to be gutted to the max and revamped before anyone else stays. Absolutely unacceptable about how dirty this place is.

This place is disgusting. The landscape has weeds and grass over 3 feet tall in the front of the hotel. The appearance on the exterior is worn. The room had stains on the carpet and and furniture. The floors had not been swept. The beds were terrible to sleep in. There were boogers on the bathroom wall. The shower was molded. The website advertises free parking. That’s not true. It is $10 to park a day. For almost $200 a night I expect a nicer place to stay.

The rooms are clean and basic. Bed was clean but a bit lumpy. Bathroom was large and clean. The front desk lady was very friendly and nice but they were out of water and slips for the room keys. The shuttle to the airport was convenient and the driver was friendly. They are in the middle of renovations and some of the upgrades look poorly done. When I went to my room, the door was actually already open. I only had a couple hrs to sleep so I just checked to make sure no one was in there and that it locked. I actually felt quite unsafe here. The halls were poorly lit. The elevator was iffy. The security on the room doors didn't feel like enough. The lock to the joining room was jiggly.

“The Shining” in Ohio. Creepy, empty feel. Reasonably updated room, comfy bed, low price, and the positive news ends there. As of Oct 2023 there is no airport shuttle, no restaurant, no pool, no working ice machine, only one working elevator, all empty shower soap dispensers (and random, stingy supplies of the little bottles). The Mexican place next door is below average at best, so plan to drive a good bit for food if you stay here. The fitness facility is small but at least has multiple working hamster wheels. My room had a very slow shower drain and a toilet that ran all night. Avoid, else set very low expectations. The staff will not attempt to accommodate you in any way. Likely this place is on its way to closing or re-branding, as it is a far cry from what other Marriott Four Points are like.

I travel a lot for business, so I am very familiar with all the national chains and have a high status with two of the national brands, one being Marriott. I can say this one ranks in the top 10 worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, regardless of brand. Everything is atrocious. You get the feeling the place gets rented by the hour. All the furniture outdated and worn out. TV didn’t work. Room was unclean. Hearing conversations right outside my door so I had to turn the a/c fan louder so I could sleep. Deadbolted the door for safety and got out of there as quickly as I could in the morning to ensure I wasn’t caught up in some situation I didn’t need to be in. Hotel is behind some sort of car wash or wrecker place. Read the reviews and be forewarned! I wish I had, but usually don’t have to with Marriott properties.

Staff was extremely rude. The entire second floor smelled like weed the entire time. They tried to downgrade us to a queen room when we booked a king when they said “they had no rooms available” but suddenly rooms were available when we asked them to check. The staff didn’t care about our concerns or even ask about the card used to book the room or ID during check in. Anyone could’ve been “us” at check in. We didn’t even have 4 pillows and they had none available. There was no shampoo or body wash in the shower. Trash cans in the lobby were always full and there was a traffic cone propping a door open. A door that is supposed to be only opened with a room key. The building is deteriorating and you’re better off any other hotel. Stay far away.

I was placed here back in June by Marriott because the original property I booked at the airport had closed. Part of the reason for booking the original property was it's proximity to the airport and available shuttle service for 24hr pickup. I was arriving after midnight and required the shuttle service. The Four Points staff assured me over the phone that they would pick me up. This didn't happen. I had to take a $35 ride share there and was told I would be reimbursed later. That also didn't happen after multiple emails and phone conversations. Once there, the room I was placed in first had a broken air conditioner. The staff put me in another room with working AC. At best, I would describe the rooms as a flea bag motel quality. Definitely not what I would expect for the price point I paid with Marriott for the original property. I would avoid this place at all costs.

The Four Points by Sheraton Cleveland was booked for guest traveling out of town for a wedding. To say disappointment in this hotel is an understatement. We called multiple times to make sure a family member had a handicap accessible room reserved for two nights, we were assured they did. When the guest got there they were told they didn’t have the handicap room available for them until the second night now. Most guest did not have towels in their room and they didn’t have anything but hand towels to offer us, and if you were in need of a bar of soap make sure you ask for it because its not in the rooms. The air conditioner did not work in many rooms and they did not have anyone that would fix it. There was a 10” knife found under one rooms mattress and dirty sheets on another’s bed. When guest called down to front desk asking for sheets to be changed was told they didn’t have anyone working that could do that but they could come get new sheets and do it themselves. When guest went to get new sheets was given queen sheets for a king bed not once but twice. We were not given refunds or even an apology. ***At least we had a beautiful wedding weekend celebrating our son and new daughter in law at the beautiful Pearl Center.

I was supposed to stay June 20-22 (keyword: supposed). After driving 6+ hours from Virginia, my heart sank when I pulled up to the Four Points by Sheraton Cleveland Airport. The hotel is in an awkward location behind a restaurant. The first thing you'll notice is the raggedy parking lot. If you're brave enough to overlook the parking lot, the second thing you'll notice is how awkward the entrance to the hotel is. How does your main entrance look like a side entrance? Most hotels have space for guests to pull-up, go inside and check-in, and then park your car once check-in is completed. Not here. Maybe because of the proximity to the airport the property assumes most guests won't have vehicles? The hotel could be gorgeous inside, but I would never know because I never got out of my car. I sat right in front of the hotel and booked reservations for another property. There was no way I was going to be comfortable with my vehicle in that parking lot. There was not way I was going to be comfortable allowing my family to stay in this dump. As a Marriott Elite member and former Marriott employee, Marriott corporate needs to take a look at this property and probably remove the flag. Marriott, this property is giving Motel 6.

Worst service I’ve gotten at any hotel. Stopped here for two nights but ended up staying for one night instead. Got a room on the fourth floor. Once I got there key did not work. The scanner thing was broken. Called front desk 7 times and no answer. I had two bags including a huge heavy army book bag and a baby who is also pretty heavy. Did not want to go all the way the hall to the elevators which were still not close to the lobby. But I did anyways. Once at the lobby, the older gentleman realizes the phone was disconnected. The younger guy who checked me in was there and was a little bit unprofessional to be honest. I asked to be put in another room on the first floor and they did. I walked in and the room smelled like smoke. But it went away after a bit. All in all, the experience was very frustrating. And expensive for two nights. Which I’m still waiting on my refund for the second night that I didn’t stay. Pool and restaurant were closed. Place looks dead. Needs update. You can hear everything through the walls/door.

Not sure why this is rated a three-star hotel. It provided a mediocre bed when my flight got cancelled but otherwise I would not stay here again. Lumpy pillows, scratchy sheets, flimsy "bedspread," rubber curtains, and a shower that definitely needs to be overhauled. The restaurant is closed...only food is next door at a so-so Mexican cantina. No bueno.

Don't stay here. The hotel needs to be renovation! It was dirty. And had a strong burning chemical smell. No breakfast and no coffee. The only good thing was the shuttle bus drivers they were great.

Please do not stay here, especially with small children. Outlets are exposed, the elevator malfunctions, and everything (sheets, towels, doors, literally everything) is filthy. The bottom of the bathtub was disintegrating and there was no wifi even though they advertise that they have it. I can't remember ever staying in a hotel this awful. I stupidly thought that I didn't need to check reviews because anything with the Sheraton name would have a minimum standard of quality, but boy was I wrong. I don't know if I'll ever stay in another Sheraton again.

Do not stay here. No housekeeping if staying more than one night, front desk won't answer their phone, rarely is there someone even at the front desk. Had to change our sheets ourselves. Pool is gross, all the lobby women's bathroom toilets were nasty. Shuttle bus was 25 minutes late to take us to the airport as well. Not good management/service at all. Very unhappy.

The restaurant attached to the hotel is closed, so don't plan on eating there. The room wasn't that bad. It was a bit old and it showed it's age. The bathroom was smaller than the average hotel bathroom. The elevators are in dire need of maintenance. Sometimes the elevator would start moving before the door fully closed. Wouldn't recommend staying, but if it is your last option, staying here wouldn't be disastrous.

Well where do I begin is the question. I’ve stayed in many hotels — predominantly Marriott brands, and this one definitely stands out. Firstly, the nightly rate should be a dead giveaway, but the minute you walk into this palace you immediate get the vibe if you already didn’t driving in. The rooms were a throwback to the early nineties — which I think the bedding is from, this spot hasn’t had a refurb since about that same decade, and it generally just feels run down. The staff were quite friendly, though not your typical Marriott welcome. Walking to the room was a pungent stench of weed — with no entrances near by — that set the tone just nicely, and it’s not very often I hold on with both hands when using an elevator. The bedding was hard and sheets felt like 80-grit sandpaper, low quality everything you can lay your eyes on, and quite frankly, I think a low end motel would have very easily rivalled this place. They have a restaurant called The Hub — which is anything but, and was very closed. I didn’t have high expectations, but I probably shouldn’t have had any. Very disappointing for a Marriott brand, and honestly an insult to their brand. I highly recommend finding a different spot to stay even if you have a pay a couple bucks extra.

This place is run down and dirty. Not consistent with Marriott brand. Trash in the lobby and halls. Floors dirty and greasy. One poor man I spoke with in the elevator said he promised his daughter to swim for her birthday and the pool was closed and the TV in his room didn't work. Tub in my room was dirty and moldy. Passed on a shower. Also loud, Kids crying can be heard through the walls. Staff was nice but sounded overworked.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING! Visiting from California, expected a lot better. Everything everyone says in the reviews is true..wish I had looked at them before booking. Will not be staying here again or recommending this hotel to anyone. Peeling wallpaper. Broken drawers. Missing towels. Hole in wall

We used this hotel for their park and fly option. We paid to park there and they shuttle you to and from the airport. The front desk was friendly and the shuttle was quick. But when we returned, we called over and over for our pick up and there was no answer. We finally got in touch with someone from corporate and found out the hotel had a fire and was evacuated the day before. While this is obviously unexpected, it would have been nice to have some sort of email or text letting us know so we weren't trying calling with no response. It felt like there was not a great process in place for park and fly. But it was cheap

Like sitting out in the cold? Like calling 10 times about a shuttle that was supposed to be there 40 minutes ago and no one answers the phone? Like staff being unmasked while you have to sign that you will wear a mask at all times? Have I got the the hotel for you! This was probably the worst hotel experience I've came into contact with and would highly recommend everyone use anything else, and I mean anything! Left 14 of us out in the cold and wouldn't answer the phone. 2 eventually left and got an Uber instead of waiting for the shuttle longer. Probably the rudest customer service once they did arrive ( I had to load the luggage into the shuttle as the driver just sat in the seat ), and then blamed us for not contacting them despite 5 of us calling repeatedly to not be answered.

Where to start. Shuttle needed repairs when we left. When we came back it was still out of service. Lift driver reported they never have a shuttle. Talk about false advertisement. However car was safe and free parked with over night stay. Room and hotel were sub par for marriot brand. No hair dryer, no shampoo, bath tub felt like floor was going to give way and around bath mat was gross. Beds were really nice but it was supposed to be to be a king and at 2 am we weren’t asking for a different room.

The hotel is just beat. It needs to be updated and cleaned. The room was poorly cleaned. 1 elevator works, and it's scary that it does. The gentleman checking me in was friendly and helpful. Greeted me as a titanium member. What I'm assuming is a manager was friendly but decided to have an inappropriate conversation with me about staff and van drivers not wanting to put cones out or do what he believes is their job. The whole conversation was uncomfortable. He did get me a bottle of water, though, so I guess it's not a total loss. Parking lot have huge holes in it that if you have a low car, it will do damage.

This hotel is nothing like the description in the Marriott app. The indoor pool and onsite restaurant have been closed for over a year, according to the front desk staff. The hotel is very beat up-stained carpets, beat up walls, warped walls, dim lighting. It was extremely noisy all night with lots of doors constantly slamming. The lock on my door wouldn't engage, so just rolled with the safety latch. I did not feel safe here and would highly advise avoiding. I am shocked Marriott would have this property. The front desk staff were lovely and kind.

The hotel is overall dingy and not well kept. There are cosmetic damages throughout the entirety of the building, multiple services/amenities were out of order (2/3 elevators were out of order; etc), our room was not vacuumed, the room’s shower had mold and was missing a soap dispenser, and the hallways are dirty and smell like smoke. Additionally, the remnants of a shattered car window were in the parking space right next to the rear entrance. Lastly, I’m not usually one to complain about customer service, but the clerk didn’t say a single word to us when checking in so it was just awkward and weird.

Most disgusting hotel I've ever seen. We checked in and checked out 12 minutes later. The hotel was dirty and recently closed by the board of health. The toilet was running in the room and had feces smeared all over the seat, water filled to the top of the rim. The pool was closed, the restaurant was closed, the shuttle was broke down, the elevator was down. We tried resolving this with the manager prior to checking out and he would not speak with us. We were told to send an email with photos to determine if our complaint was legitimate. We also filed a complaint with corporate and Priceline. Do your research. This place is falsely advertising their amenities and is/ was closed for board of health.

THIEVES!!! Four Points by Sheraton Cleveland Airport cancelled my reservation, then they manually charged my credit card. I have attempted to talk with the manager a dozen times, but I get the run around from Destiny at the front desk every time I call. The manager is not in, or he is going to refund my card. One month later, there is still no resolution. DO NOT make a reservation at this hotel.

I don't recommend a stay here whatsoever. The 3 stars are for the location only, as it's very close to the airport. The elevators? Out of order. One out of three works. The ice machine on the first floor? Out of order. The pool? You guessed it. Out of order. The water is highly chlorinated and smells disgusting. The bed was comfy but the room was dingy. Coffee was awful. Mold in the bathroom. Front lock didn't engage so had to use the backup lock. Toiletries are cheap branded and scarce. I expected this stay to be much nicer, safer, and cleaner for this hotel chain.

Called and verified this place has a pool and shuttle, they said yes the day before we arrived. See pics. This place is run down. The manager is a lazy scumbag. Don't let them lie to you. They have nothing to offer. We arrived and they had signs everywhere stating every single thing you can imagine is closed. Restaurant, closed by board of health. Pool, closed. Elevator, shut down, shuttle sitting in spot missing wheels. They just don't care. They know it is a dump and a rip-off, so they charge your card before you can see it. Then they won't refund you for your stay. Manager is so lazy he won't come down to see guests, wants an email. Don't do it. You will regret it. Toilet had actual poop on it. Toilet was running when we walked in. Never stopped. Elevator has been broken, they don't date there papers so that you think it is short term, has been down for a long time. Also no breakfast even though they stated it had breakfast.. they charge the same even though they are offering nothing but a bed. How can you claim to have all of these amenities, but have literally nothing?

We had already paid for a reservation but when we arrived early in the morning to check in we saw this sign, we simply had nowhere to sleep! absurd! They did not contact us to inform us that the hotel was closed due to the system being down.

Not sure what room is in the picture, but our two rooms were musty and dated, and the bathrooms need an overhaul. The TV remote needed batteries and once we swapped them out, the buttons didn't respond well. Hallways smelled of mildew. Ice machine only on 3rd floor. Elevators- only one worked and it was slow as molasses in January and floor tile was shattered and not repaired. Bolt lock did not work on one of the rooms. They park their van right in front of the door of the main entrance, which is a narrow driveway. Parking lot with plenty of pot holes. Staff had a less than desirable attitude. We hated the place and will never return. I'm sure the staff does the best they can with the dump they are stuck in.

Best customer service around! Yes, they are under construction but it’s only to make it better. The room was still clean and the bed/sheets and pillows were extremely comfortable. My family will be staying again next chance that we get! As the consumer, make sure you are booking directly with the hotel and not a third party site. The actual hotel is very honest and helpful. Not so much can be said for a google provided third party.

I’m doing everything I can to leave a decent review, but I’ve been calling and emailing for weeks and I have not received a response. No one has ever answered the phone, it just rings and then hangs up on me. I’ll change this review when I get a response.

During my stay at this hotel I had to relocate in the middle of the night. Approx 2 am. The hotel does not look like a Marriott brand hotel. It looks like it was abandoned and someone decided to convert. But didn’t finish the job. I had a double room. Around 9pm that night while turning in for the night, I found the linen on one of the beds smelled of urine. I called the front desk who could not come up to change or correct the issue. We decided I would wait until the morning so that the cleaning staff could clean the room. I moved to the other bed. But woke up in the middle of the night face and arms itching and eye and face swollen from the linen. The room was not clean. I called customer service who arranged a hotel switch at 3am that morning. When I checked in the the second hotel, who knew the situation, I was charged a second deposit which withheld an extra 50 of my money. I was visiting from out of town for a funereal. The second location was better. I decided that I would not leave that Monday but extend my stay until Tuesday. The second hotel without my knowledge charged a third deposit. So I paid one deposit to four points and two deposits to the second hotel. This chain held 150 of my money. And their response from the manager who still has not called and only ignored the situation was it takes 21 days. Todate these issues have not been resolved. I have made several attempts contacting Corp. Unfortunately nothing done. I am very disappointed. After years of being a loyal customer, this experience makes me rethink my future hotel choices.

This location was not well maintained. The driveway and parking area had pot holes and a very worn surface. There were other signs of building deterioration. Three elevators, one was for the sixth floor where a convention was taking place. The center never opened and the other was shaking when in use with the doors banging open and shut. Our room door was sticking, had to lean and use shoulder force shoulder to open it. There was a hair clog visible in the bathtub drain causing a water backup when in use. The bathroom steamed up when showering because the exhaust fan did not work. The entry door to the room would only lock from the inside if we closed it with force because it was sticking. The ice machine was out of order. We had to go to the front desk and request clean towels on the second day. No housekeeping had been performed during our weekend stay. Hallway carpets were stained, wallpaper peeling off all over and obviously nobody seemed to care. I would not recommend staying here, shop around for a better place. Also $8 extra for a conntenental breakfast when any other place includes it in the price of the stay. We went to Bob Evans instead. Only bright spot was we slept well the first night. Where are the soda and snack machines? No microwave in the room either.

Read the reviews! This place is terrible. First impression is that it smelled of weed immediately! It has multiple types of carpet throughout the only thing consistent is the stains. The laundry is out of order The wall paper is peeling The rooms are musky. The Grille is a ghost town and open atmosphere to the lobby which carries that stench of weed. Don't do it!

Paid for a park sleep fly deal. Do not be fooled by the photos online. The accommodations were dirty and there were numerous very sketchy guests loudly meandering the halls. Not worth the savings at all. On our return, we waited over an hour in the cold for a shuttle back to a hotel that is 10 minutes away from the airport. After they ignored our third call, we called from a different number to be told that the shuttle “had a flat.” Paid for a $25 Uber back to the hotel and the shuttle was sitting out front. Got a refund from the front desk and while we were waiting, the driver meanders in and my husband asks, “hey, do you have a flat tire?” to which the driver responds, “no,” then proceeds to tell the front desk, “oh I guess I’ll go pick up [my husbands name].” Do yourself a favor and spend the money on a better hotel.

Mixed review here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable! However, the facilities were not kept up. The ice machines were out of order, 2 of the 3 elevators were out of order, the pool was out of order. The TV remote didn't work. Maintenance came promptly but only changed the batteries and it still didn't work. Maintenance said ownership upgraded the TV's but not remotes and didn't have any replacements since it happened so often. The cleanliness was questionable. There were numerous dust bunnies, cob webs in the room, long black hairs in various places in the bathroom including on the counter and peeling wallpaper in the room.

Arrived to an unswept room with crumbs everywhere. No other rooms available. Second day no housekeeping had to ask for towels just to shower. And to top it all off went to leave next morning and start truck to find my catalytic converter had been stole from our truck. When went to desk stated sorry you park at own risk. Asked what are we gonna do was told not there responsibility we have to figure it out our selves. Did offer to RENT me another room while I took truck to get fixed so kids didn't have to sit outside.

Switched to Marriott this year due to issues with Hilton, I travel on average 100-120 nights a year. This has to be one of the worst rooms and services that I have stayed at. The hotel itself is falling apart. Room numbers have fallen off the walls. In my first room, the TV was disconnected from the wall with cables missing, second room had no working AC unit. Most of the wallpaper was starting to fall off the walls. From what I can see they have not put any money into the hotel in some time. The onsite restaurant was closed at 8 PM on a Tuesday. To top it all off the staff was either completely oblivious or didn't care. Made an emphasis to say that I was canceling my stay earlier to move to a different Marriot location in the area, and the staff just brushed it off. Some simple Customer Service training is needed. This location does not live up to Marriott's quality.

Everything about this hotel is unacceptable. Management should be embarrassed and Marriott needs to remove their name from this hotel immediately. Parking lot is dimly lit, broken asphalt, and too far from the front desk. Restaurant is never open. There are broken doors and equipment throughout the hotel. Elevator felt like riding an old wooden roller coaster and drops past the floors you are getting off on. Staff will leave you stranded at airport for 90 minutes waiting for a shuttle that is 10 mins away after you explained 3 different times that you were waiting at the rental car facility. The room is drafty and run down. I never removed my socks and there was no way I was stepping into that shower. The bonus was a boxing match happening in the pool room. I am most disappointed in myself for not reading the reviews prior to booking. NEVER AGAIN!

Checked in and initial impression was that it’s dirty and has a dimly lit parking lot. Got to my room and neither key worked. Back to the front desk, new keys and it worked this time. The thermostat didn’t work. So called the front desk and was told to use the one on the unit. I tried but it would not turn on. Gave up and checked out. Also found out 2 of the 3 elevators were down. I would not recommend this place.

Sheraton should be embarrassed of this hotel. The first room given to me was never cleaned. The second room's air conditioning was not working, just blowing hot air. Wanted coffee in the a.m. but only decaf and no creamer. Went downstairs to the lobby and there were no cups and no creamers and coffee was leftovers from the night before. Also asked for an extra bath towel, but none available so received hand towels instead. There was a positive, the lady working the desk in the evening was so friendly and welcoming!

These 5 stars go solely to the staff and especially the maintenance man that came in during his off time to fix the lock on my room. My daughter and I truly appreciate your dedication and friendliness. I know your daughter didn't play softball like you wanted, but maybe those grandkids will. You are the glue keeping this facility together and you deserve the world. Thank you to the front desk lady that is prepared to help at all times and has an answer for all questions. To those in management of the hotel you really need to consider investing and updating things so that your staff can work more efficiently and don't have to worry about things constantly failing. Make sure you value your staff because they are the sole reason I have given the hotel the rating it has.

Hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Mold in the bathrooms, hallways have wallpaper cut and falling down, hallways smell like someone used the bathroom in them. Shuttle vans are always parked infront of the main doors causing issues trying to get to the parking lot. Only one computer at the front desk works? Always seems like an excuse with the staff.

I would avoid this location if you have other options. The online information is outdated at best or perhaps purposefully misleading. They aren’t running an airport shuttle as advertised - without that it’s a $20+ cab ride from the airport and $20 back. The restaurant and bar are closed for renovations, but they’re still preselling breakfast with your reservation. The place is generally run down and my room wasn’t clean to the level I would normally expect from the brand. The bathroom didn’t have full size towels. Just a lot of small things that could have been easily correctable. Wish I had spent the $20 extra to stay at one of the other nearby places or left the airport area altogether.

This is more like a Two Points Sheraton. The staff was super but the hotel itself was just really run down. The restaurant is closed for renovations but I didn't see any work being done on it. Everything has a stain. The AC in the hall from the front desk to the was dripping condensation on the floor. The rooms were clean but clearly worn. The parking lot was full of large pot holes. This is not what you expect when you pay for a 4 Points Sheraton.

Keys only worked half the time, bathroom was dirty & the size of a small closet, toilet was also clogged upon arrival, stained furniture, heat/air furnace was obnoxiously loud, hallways were super cold like the heat was off, went to the pool and it was colder in there then outside! Water was warm but could only stay in for 15 minutes due to the freezing cold air. Noticed a huge vent that was wide open to the outside. Room had a rubber glove over the smoke detector. Garbage cans had bags tossed over the side instead of in them. Tv was poorly mounted, scared it was going to fall off. Also seen another review after arriving about the parking lot being sketchy and it definitely is as it only has one tiny camera to cover the whole poorly lit lot. Hotel is very run down and poorly cleaned. Honestly looks nothing like the pictures advertised. Only plus is lots of restaurants located close & a gas station right next door. Overall just disappointed with the quality especially considering the price. Police showed up very loudly at midnight banging on doors because a guest down the halls phone was consistently going off for over an hour and her family had not heard from her. Which woke my 10 month old up from a deep sleep . 10/10 would NOT recommend this place at all.

This was the worst stay ever! Staff was horrible about not knowing anything that was going on. Elevators didn’t work, sheets were dirty. Receptionist was clueless! Are shuttle driver was missing in action as the front desk said so they paid for a cab to get us to airport. Called them when we landed to get shuttled back to hotel and they said they were coming and never showed up. We waited a hour then called a taxi… we get back to hote to complain and a family of 4 was there waiting to check in for over a hour n said no one has been to the front desk… we wanted to put a complaint in but they never answered the phone again and no one was there when we arrived as well… I honestly can’t believe they are still open and for $144 a night is ridiculous. Again horrible place to stay.

The only good thing about this place is the location. You're right next to the airport so they have a little guy who drives you to and back if you need to. It's not a shuttle, it's just a van so don't be looking for a shuttle. Our room never got cleaned in the 3 nights we stayed, if we wanted towels we had to go hunt someone down for some, if you wanted coffee you had to go look for some coffee bags. The rooms are very thin. People were yelling and we could hear all of it at night. If you're staying, I'd bring my own toiletries as theirs weren't the nicest.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told there were no rooms available even through we had made a reservation and pre-paid. The front desk did not offer any type of solution, would not even look up my reservation and told me she had to tell someone else too so I should feel sorry for her... what?? How do hotels overbook these days?? Will not stay at another Sheraton and extremely frustrated with how it was handled. Only reason there is one star is because the review would not post anything lower.

New staff person seemed bothered to check me in. Didn't tell me where to find the elevators which are a far walk from lobby, couldn't help me with entering in my rewards ( said she was too new so couldn't do it). Hotel is falling apart. Elevator was s ary to ride in - the doors make loud noises and barely close, no water offered at check in or in room, plugs are under bed for charging not on night table, pillows had mascara stains, and no bags were opened in garbages, they were just thrown into bottom of garbage container. Bathtub looked dirty.Very bare bones hotel. Comfy bed though so gave it 2 stars . Would not stay here or recommend.

I don’t recommend staying here. The door hits the toilet and you can’t close the beat up door. Things aren’t clean or up to date. The remote has electrical tape on the back to hold the batteries in. The restaurant next door is closed, which is not their fault but what is is paying extra for a package deal that the hotel is supposed to offer a food voucher for but do not give to you. The manager didn’t even have the decency to call me as told by the woman at the front desk or get on the phone when she called him. He would not come down from his office to even talk and his response was we do not offer that please contact Marriott. Stay away…

Don’t stay here. I arrived at the hotel close to 11:30pm and the front desk person was nowhere to be found. No other personnel was on site. A gentleman had waited another 30 mins prior to my arrival and had called the police. She finally showed up before the police arrived and checked us in just before midnight. Turns out she was on an extended break. She saw us drive in but thought we were existing guests with keycards. The last thing I needed after a long travel day and early morning. The hotel is so run down and is not fit to be a Marriott property. 2 out of 3 elevators are broken. The hallway smelled of smoke. The room was not clean. There was hair all over the tub and dried crusty stains on the nightstands. The carpet was heavily stained. Hotel looks like a place where drug dealers stay. Worst stay and night of sleep I've ever had in a Marriott hotel. A two-star motel would have been better than this experience.
