PRO-TIPS: there are BEAUTIFUL LAKE VIEWS inside this convention center to have breakfast or lunch. There is a Starbucks inside the lobby. It's Very easy to navigate this convention center floor with clear signs - the center is actually underground. Lots of seating with USB Powered chairs. All the hotels make it easy to walk to the convention center without using a rent-a-car. There is a UPS store On site for shipping your convention booth containers home . A FED-EX store is roughly 2 blocks walk (very long walk). Its actually cheaper to use fed-ex or UPS to ship booths home than using the convention vendor. There are BEAUTIFUL places from windows around this convention to see including Browns Stadium, the Science Center, raised bed gardens, and bee hives. In my opinion, the best Off street parking is across the street near Marriott & that water fountain statue in an underground garage. Expect to pay $$$$.

Very big place. But well laid-out and very well signed also. I was here for a fan expo. Even with the amount of people that was here they still kept the place very clean and the bathrooms were well-stocked with toilet paper and paper. All the escalators work which is a major plus when you walk around all day at a convention. Also the employees working there were very pleasant. They also had a nice underground tunnel went over to our hotel and a parking garage also so we didn't have to go outside back and forth in the rain or cold weather.

Quite a maze of a facility, but it accommodated our conference and a couple others at the same time. The rooms were great, technology reliable, food delicious, and staff were super nice. Loved taking a break to watch the critters in the urban farm on the north side of the building while being able to charge my devices. Close access to a couple hotels and some restaurants, and we were able to walk to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

The place is incredibly well built and organized. It has plenty of restrooms, so you'll never have to wait in line, and they're everywhere. The upstairs is very cozy with many benches to sit on. It has individual cushioned chairs with a tray for a laptop or food. Each entrance has their own escalators. For this volleyball event, they had plenty of vendors with different foods at reasonable prices. We've been to other places with one or two food vendors with terrible food and expensive. Excellent venue.

Was at the 2023 Fan Expo, and it was amazing! Large venue, modern, clean, OPEN, nice building and set up. Definitely would go to other events held at this center.

The Huntington Convention Center had bright lights, very well lighted for the evening event I was scheduled to attend. Which was really nice. The Womens bathroom were clean and spacious. The event room was well ventilated. The event had a full course dinner meal, with desserts. The servers were helpful and friendly. The place is huge with alot of event rooms, they had a person sitting at the service desk to direct you to the room you were looking for. I gave a 4 because of the parking.

This was a wonderful event center. Extremely spacious and cleanly. Went here for beerfest and I couldn’t believe how many booths they stuffed in here. If you walked a full lap of the just the main room it probably took a solid 5-10 minutes. Very great space for holding events with great lighting and sound acoustics.

For a convention center, It is entirely located at underground level. You can get more clarity looking at Google satellite images since the top part of the convention center is all grass. Yet the place is super big and in my experience easily held a conference for 1700 attendees this past week. The outside parts of the convention center are so pictureworthy that you can't resist taking a nice photograph especially during the evening. Across the convention center there's a beautiful walking ground, again one can take nice pictures there. The whole area has beautiful architecture.

I temped here for 3 days in the concessions department. This place is huge, They're still under construction in areas but easy to navigate. The workers are nice and knowlegable in there areas. I have yet to go to any of there events but I hear great things about comic con and the tattoo convention and garden fest

Fantastic modern convention center. In town for a trade show and was pleasantly surprised with this location. The bathrooms were for the most part very clean with touch less technology for the hand soap & faucets. Few stairs and escalators to get to the bottom floor but not bad at all. ATM’s available, vending machines etc.

Went for the Bridal Expo - looks like a great place but needed a wheelchair for my fiancé as he hurt his back and cannot walk/stand for more than a few min. Tried to call guest services in advance and they don’t answer on weekends. Went in person, paid the $20 special event parking, and the nice lady at the guest services desk informed us that people had been asking for wheelchairs throughout the day but they “could not find the wheelchairs” and essentially had no idea where they were. Just really disappointed in their lack of accessibility.

Went to see my granddaughter play Volleyball 1/14 & 1/15 tournament. Place is huge. We found our court without any problems. They had a map of the courts. Everyone working there was very nice. Pretty expensive for water & Tea Tried to find the garage to the Convention center. There were no signs visible for me to see where to go & park. Need to place a sign that says Huntington Center parking garage. Never been there before. It was frustrating trying to find that garage. Ended up parking at another garage. It was okay. Other than that it was an pretty good experience

It's a good place for vendors, clients and people to come together and share ideas, products and services. Good people work here... See the best in what it has to offer with large venue easy to find your way around ...parking nearby. Overall a great experience and met some great clients at the Realtor Convention

Very clean facility, the carpet looked new, and plenty of hotels within walking distance. I did not see a lot of food options close by.

I was at the convention center yesterday and today for Content Marketing World Conference 2021. The facility was being kept very clean and was constantly being disinfected. The staff was very attentive, professional, and a delight to interact with. I'll be back there the next two days and don't expect anything different.

Was here for FAN EXPO Cleveland. And was AWWWSOME! Nice facility, only deducting a point for the food or the lack and quality there of.

We love the wonderful NARI home Improvement Show at the Convention Center, easy indoor parking, they do a wonderful job keeping it clean and the food/drink is wonderful. They have Cleveland's own Platform Beer and other local favorites. The NARI Home Improvement Show is a great way to meet and interview local professional contractors from Greater Cleveland to remodel your home. Pictures are from the NARI chef's table featuring Greater Cleveland's finest Chef's showcasing their talents and giving attendees samples of great tasting food.

👍👍 Was here one day for jury duty, pretty fast in and out. Mask required but provided. Security checks. Card only beverage and snack stand. WiFi is embarrassing but beggars can't be choosers. Mobile data is much quicker.
