Okay,
first
off
I
am
going
through
a
difficult
time
in
my
life.
I
walked
into
Star
Beauty
Plus
and
there
was
a
gospel
song
that
was
playing
in
the
store
that
almost
broke
me
down
because
it
was
speaking
to
my
soul.
As
soon
as
I
walked
through
the
door
5
star
customer
service
started
with
the
cashier
who's
name
is
Em,
greeting
me
and
making
me
feel
welcome
already.
She
was
helpful
and
sweet
at
check
out
too.
Then
I
went
through
the
aisles
getting
what
I
needed
(kind
of
blindly
because
my
mind
was
somewhere
else)
and
out
of
nowhere
here
comes
Drew
with
his
friendly
smile
and
kind
demeanor.
He
was
so
helpful.
He
made
me
feel
like
we
had
known
each
other
for
years.
He
was
dealing
with
something
himself,
but
he
put
himself
aside
and
made
sure
I
was
cool
and
had
the
help
I
needed
in
the
store.
Then
let
me
tell
you
about
Tootie,
she
was
sweet
and
helpful
too.
Helped
me
get
everything
I
needed
together.
She
shared
encouraging
words
also.
I
walked
in
that
store
feeling
alone,
but
they
changed
that.
The
customer
service
was
stellar
all
the
way
around.
The
store
also
has
a
huge
selection
of
products.
Go
there!
You
won't
