Creative and beautiful decor, cheerful atmosphere. Warm, welcoming and thoughtful staff. Many choices of bowls and smoothies with fresh and healthy ingredients and so delicious. Highly recommend!

Bowls? Interesting place. I do see a lot of protein bottles. I'm guessing they use those for the bowl even though they don't say this on their website. I had the coconut bowl with all the stuff. The coconut tasted like yogurt ice cream. I guess it's not for me. Fruit on top. I guess it's an acquired taste. 300-700 calories. Don't expect to get full on this stuff. Recommended

Will go back. Cold brew coffee drinks remind me of west coast Dutch Bros. Yum! Cold brew smoothies available too. Green juice with mint was excellent. Will order again. Tropical Acai bowl was very good. I like their granola a lot. Happy they are in town!

The Electric Mermaid bowl, add strawberries, is my new favorite obsession. 🤤 Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Take my money! lol

The charge went through but the store is saying it didn't. They wanted me to pay again. This is the worst place ever. Now I have to dispute the charge. Don't bother ordering online or you will only have issues Edited: the business just replied which wasn't true! I have my own account and showed the receipt for the bowl. Your manager told me I could order a new one and he would charge me for the bowl. He never offered to make me a bowl based on the proof of the email that the order went through and my card was charged. You could have just replied that it was a mess up but come on! Why put lies on the reply? Your reply makes me for sure never to go there again since you cannot treat your customers correctly.

I'd like to start out by saying I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of respect with the staff especially for my first time at this location. I will NEVER go to this location again after the disrespect, attitude, and horrible customer service! I've never had to write a bad review and this will be my very first time. The blonde lady making the bowl did a horrible job at making the bowl and my order was for DINE IN yet she put the dressings on top of my bowl with a lid and all the fruits, peanut butter, and nutella got stuck to the lid. I told her I was dining in and this looks horrible and to please redo it, but she gave me attitude instead of apologizing and saying sure! She also refused to give me her name!! The staff members are very rude, not approachable, and look like they hate seeing customers. I walked in and nobody even greeted as well. AVOID this location! Go to the Northville or Troy, way better bowls and respectful/understanding staff.

The “Electric Mermaid “ is my go-to bowl! I add hemp seed and blueberries for an added touch! You can’t go wrong with this delicious, healthy treat!

I’m a flight attendant who lives in Vancouver, Canada — I’ve been to Hawaii many times and have had many acai bowls. I accidentally stumbled upon this place last October and I find myself here again but IT IS SO DARN GOOD. From the vibes coming off the decor and colours used, the friendliness PB employees, great music AND super delicious bowls with amazingly fresh ingredients — it’s an absolute WIN in my books!!! Would give an additional hundred stars if I could. Keep it up, Playa Bowls!!! You’re giving acai bowl places in Hawaii a run for their money! So good!

Love the bowls at this place. I also love ordering ahead on the app as it saves my favorite custom bowl creations to make reordering even easier. Lately the local store hours on the app are not in sync with the actual hours, so when I try to order my bowl for 830am pickup the app won't let me select anything earlier than 9am :(..this is my only complaint. also is there anyway to store a gift card on the app as payment method?

Delish bowls and smoothies. Bright atmosphere. Ordered via their app for pick up and everything was ready on time and correct. Definitely makes for a healthy and easy breakfast or lunch. The bowls are a pretty good size too.

Nutella bowl is very yummy and it was ready within a few minutes after I ordered.

The staff is always very helpful and the bowls are ready quickly, great presentation, and they are yummy!!
