Been here for drinks many times and always had a pleasant experience. My local friend who took me here the first time has been going here for over 20 years and we now make it a ritual to stop here every time I visit northeast Ohio. Food has always been good but today I had the kielbasa and pierogi dish that was one of the best meals I ever had -- so flavorful and authentic and generous proportions. My local friend who is a frequent consumer of Reuben sandwiches raved about his sandwich. See pictures. Wait staff is very attentive and friendly, and clearly well taken care of by my proprietors. Place is on the small side and can get busy, so plan accordingly especially during holiday season what with The Christmas Story movie attraction right across the street.

This was my first time here and I wanted to order everything! It was a little busy when we arrived, was offered right away bar seating but we waiting for a table which didn’t take long, maybe 15 minutes. The food was amazing! For the fried pickles they used decent sized spears and it wasn’t mostly breading like some restaurants. Pretzel bites with the cheese sauce was great. It was hard to decide between the omelet of the day and chicken and waffles. I went with the omelet of the day since the chicken and waffles is on the menu. The everything but the bagel breakfast was delightful. You can tell everything was fresh and homemade. Misty was our server and she was excellent! You can see she was busy but that didn’t deter her from making sure we had a top notch experience. Don’t worry, I’ll be back for those chicken and waffles, plus almost everything else.

Wanted to check out The Christmas Story house and we were a bit early (tours start at 10am) so we decided to go in and grab something to eat. I was excited that their full menu was available on the Sunday morning I went because I had the Basic B burger with ranch seasoned French fries. My friend had the massive BLT sandwich with seasoned ranch fries as well. Food was very good. We are at the bar and our server/bartender was super friendly. Really enjoyed this spot. I bet it is a blast at Christmas time. The nostalgia would be amazing. There are photos of the Christmas Story movie all over, and of course, an infamous leg lamp is proudly displayed in the window. Highly recommend if you are just passing through or are there for a tour.

What’s not to like… happy hour $2.50 drinks. The tots are super fried with SPICY chipotle dipping sauce. The Mac and cheese dishes are phenomenal. And the chicken sandwiches are great! Kudos to this establishment. Small seating area.

Stopped in for breakfast on a rainy Saturday. What a great choice. Friendly staff took excellent care of us and brought us amazing food. Had the bacon wrapped tots. Amazing. The shrimp and grits. Amazing. Great coffee too. Highly recommend. Plus, you're right across the street from the Christmas Story house.

The atmosphere and service of the restaurant were very nice! It wasn't super busy when we went so that was definitely a plus. All the food was good, but we weren't huge fans of the Loco Moski. The Hot Chicken Dip is a must try!

My husband and I ordered takeout from the Rowley Inn while staying overnight at the Christmas Story House. The employee who took our order over the phone was friendly and welcoming. We couldn't believe there was only a 15 minute wait for our food. Picking it up was quick and easy! We enjoyed our meals as the food was delicious! Highly recommend.

Nice little bar restaurant that I went to for lunch after visiting the Christmas Story house. It has not connection with the Christmas Story house or theme that I noticed. I had the Buffalo Chicken Mac, which was filling and really good. It was a big serving so I ended up taking leftovers home, which was still good. Would definitely recommend if you're in the immediate area seeing the Christmas Story house.

Great corner bar! Right by the Christmas story house! Cozy bar with some great food! The loco Morski was amazing!! Perogies were on point, the Reuben was not good. Meat was dry. Service was ok.

We decided to try the Rowley Inn after it was mentioned in our tour of The Christmas Story house. Glad we did! Not a fancy establishment, but rather one where you can get some hearty grub at a reasonable price! We started with the Poutine, which was some of the best we have ever had! The gravy had a nice black pepper taste and the white cheese curds paired nicely with the seasoned fries. We had a Reuben and a Rowley Melt. Both were large portions and we were able to take home leftovers for a late night snack! My favorite were the Shaved Balsamic and Goat Cheese Brussels! (I saw a negative review, but had to try them for myself) They were amazing! I could eat those every day! The staff was friendly and very attentive! I think we had three different people checking in on us during our meal to ensure all of our needs were met! Also, try the lemonade, it had to be homemade!

This place was one of the best kept secrets and until Guy fieri showed up and put it on TV and put it on the map. That doesn't take anything away from this amazing little joint. Their food is fantastic. The service is amazing and I highly recommend the Ovaltine drink. It's a little pricey but it is delicious. The chicken and waffles is absolutely my favorite dish. Not to mention it's probably the best chicken and waffles in Cleveland. They open early and cater to the early risers who want an early drink and a delicious breakfast. They have a great bloody Mary as well.

This is from almost a year ago. Look below for today's review. ⬇️⬇️ I had pancakes, bacon, potatoes. Pancakes were just ok. Everything else was great. Tasted my friend's chicken and waffles. It was amazing. Service was great. I'd definitely recommend and return. So today, I went with friends for brunch. We came at the right time because it got super busy soon after. Anyways, I freaking love this place and not just the food. Service is very laid back but still solid and good. I ordered the pulled pork melt, my friends ordered the beef tip bowl and the hot honey chicken. Everything was down right delicious. I don't know who's in that kitchen but baaaaby...they know what to do!!!

Anxiously waited for the Rowley Inn to reopen, and it did not disappoint. The place is intimate and friendly. Lots of customers seemed like regulars. There's a great happy hour menu, drinks, drafts and appetizers. The wings are some of the best I've had and the garlic parm was great. Also enjoyed the barbecue pork sandwich, it was huge and took leftovers home. The bartender suggested next time ordering it to wrap he said it's even better. So glad this joint has reopened and will definitely be going back again.

What a MAJOR AWARD eatery!...right across from The Christmas Story house. The food is so good and at least a third more than a stevedore could eat! Super fast service - everyone in there hustles while smiling and checking back on you all the while. And the food is GREAT! Very reasonable prices, too. Wish the Rowley was in my town.

We always enjoy going here. The food is always great, with an abundance of options. The staff is great although I wish they could stick with one dedicated server throughout the meal. It's more of a team effort, which can get a bit confusing at times. Overall it's a local favorite and you will not be disappointed. The wait is worth it if there is one.

I am ashamed that I did not know about this place sooner. Immediately walking in you are greeted by an employee. For appetizers we ordered their homemade Jalapeño cheese sticks (very similar to jalapeño poppers but in a stick form) that comes with a spicy ranch and fried pickles in a homemade batter with a sauce. I forgot to take photos of the apps. For an entree we had Pierogi and Kielbasa with sour kraut along with the burger of the month. The food was delicious.

The bacon wrapped tots were everything we’d hoped for after seeing them on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. 🤤 The meatloaf sandwich with bacon was excellent. My boyfriend said the Polish-ish sausage was also very good. I love that they use locally baked artisan bread - it makes a difference. 🍞 The beer selection is ample. We easily found choices we enjoyed. As busy as they were, the staff was super attentive and very nice. We both said if we lived in the area, we’d be regulars. Even though we have to drive from Buffalo (194 miles), we will most definitely be back. 🥓🤎

We were treated and seated fast. Bartenders were very attentive. The food was steaming hot and delicious. Burgers are original, inventive, don't have your everyday toppings. We'll be back.

Food was absolutely DELICIOUS! Service was ok but they were super busy so understandable...we got everything we needed just a little wait. Never thought I would be raving about a grilled cheese sandwich, but honestly the best I've ever had! Pumpkin n chicory salad also delicious. We got bacon wrapped tots....they were the size of your hand! And again Delicious. Definitely visit again when in Cleveland.

This is a Diners, Drive In and Dive place that was on the Food Network Guy Fieri show about a couple of months ago. We couldn't wait to go. Great corner bar/restaurant in Tremont. We sat at the bar and had our brunch. Food was great and our server was awesome and funny. We want to go back for happy hour. Thanks for a fun Sunday morning.

We were looking for a place to eat on Easter Sunday but got there too late, so we came back the following day when we found out it was directly across the street from The Christmas Story movie home. We had the pierogi omelet, Rowley breakfast and the everything but the bagel dishesf=omelet the menu. The omelet was basically an omelet in the casing of the pierogi which was kinda cool and quite good,, The bacon wrapped tater tots were really good as well. The staff was very friendly and provided great service. We were a little hesitant with an 8 year old but at the time we went it was fine at noon time. If we are ever in Cleveland again and in this area we will definitely stop by again and at the same time check out the A Christmas Story home.

Decided to try Rowley Inn because we were staying at an AirBnb across the street and so glad that we did! The atmosphere is so cozy and the staff is very friendly. Our server was busy but still kept our drinks full and she was very nice. I believe her name was Samantha. Would definitely go back when we are in the area again to try more things on the menu!

👍 March 2022: Stopped here for lunch on a comp from the Jack Casino. They gave me $30 that I used to get the Double melt, tots, vanilla shake, and chili to go.
