Wife took us to Cleveland and we stopped by this Vietnamese restaurant since we craved for some Viet Noodles again. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable. The servers were nice and the food was good, somethings needed improvement (overcooked pork feet, too tender beef) but overall food are very delicious and we enjoyed them. Highly recommend to local and tourists. Thanks

I have been to most Vietnamese restaurants around Cleveland and haven’t ventured to this one because it’s located in downtown. In terms of the food, I have to say the one dish I ordered was excellent! I had their special rice plater(cơm bì sườn chả trứng ốp la). The other ingredients are standard, but the meat was delicious! It was moist, balanced between sweet and salty, and a nice subtle hint of lemongrass. Their meal also includes a nice broth to go with it. This is very traditional Vietnamese. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because parking was difficult to find and I didn’t know where the entrance was for pick up. I had to drive around for 10 minutes before I find it. Despite me being 10 minutes late, they didn’t know what my order was and didn’t even have it ready. I had to show them my receipt! Overall, if you work in downtown, this would be a great place for Vietnamese food and I would highly recommend it.

Had a lunch meet with a vegan friend. The food was fresh well-seasoned and came out in a timely manner. Definitely enjoyed myself. It can be hard to find as it's in the back of an office building.

A solid, unfussy Vietnamese spot by downtown Cleveland. The pho is pretty good, and service both at the bar and the booths is wonderful. The atmosphere is pretty chill, definitely feels like a neighborhood family-owned restaurant, even if I didn't get to inquire.

The pho here was pho-kin good! Had the house special, pho thang, and it was very good. Everything in the restaurant seemed very authentic. The service was very fun and nice. Food was fast. There is plenty of tables and a big bar (has TVs if there is a game you want to watch). Will be back many more times! Best to enter from Rockwell St...goes directly into the restaurant. If you enter from the Superior side, you need to keep walking back into the building and down the hall before you get there.

i used to come here a lot after my photoshoots usually there’s a nice young lady that would serve me with great hospitality and i always made sure to tip well. i’m not sure if she still works there but recently i came here with some friends after i recommended the place. we walked in with great energy saying hello, there was a older woman serving this time and immediately her energy was nasty. she didn’t greet nor seat us properly. when we said dine in for 3 she just nodded toward the tables and we sat ourselves. but later a older caucasian couple came in after us and she made sure to greet them at the door and take them to their table… she had an attitude the entire time. didn’t put our pho in the containers when we asked for them to go just sat the containers on the table and walked away. didn’t ask if we were done ordering just sat the bill on the table and walked away. when it was time to pay i was having some issues with my card and had to transfer over some money, i apologized for the inconvenience and was patient. she started talking very rudely about me to her coworkers right infront of us and assumed i wouldn’t understand her because she didn’t do it in english lol not to mention despite the blatant disrespect we still said goodnight and left with good energy while she continued to mean mug us from behind the bar and make remarks. if i could put 0 stars i would, definitely lost a loyal customer i will take my money elsewhere. that was the worst experience ever i’m extremely disappointed.

Peaceful atmosphere. Speedy service. You have to pay for parking. Second time there. I will be back. Vietnamese cuisine. Fresh ingredients.

At Phờ Thẳng Café, the Beef Pho delivered a flavorful broth that really hit the spot. The atmosphere and service surpassed expectations, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience. The restaurant's simplicity adds a charming touch without overwhelming the senses.

I got the Pho House Beef meal. It was delicious. The meat was done well, and the broth was good. I wish I could have made it spicier. I needed just a little something to kick it up. The jalapeño and seracha sauce got me close but just shy. It's definitely worth another visit, though! If you like pho, make this a stop.

Best. Pho. EVER. Seriously, I cannot stop talking about how much I love this place. Introduced to the location by my brother, I have now been back with my fiancé and friends multiple times. Their dark meat chicken pho is out of this world. Ask for extra lime and thank me later! The boba tea is the best taro tea I’ve ever had. The food and the service are great! The atmosphere is a little rough… the inside could use some interior design and remodeling but it’s clean and functional!

I had my heart set on Pho but didn't have enough time for the full dining experience. The hardest part for me is that some of the best dishes on the menus don't fit my dietary needs, but they're not without options. I ended up ordering an appetizer that confirmed I need to come back.

This place has gone downhil. I went for lunch in January and had flies swarming our table throughout the meal. Flies. In January. There were multiple dirty areas at our table and near us (pictured). I shuddered imagining what the kitchen must look like if this is what the dining room looks like. It's a shame because the food is okay for what it is. And they serve tofu! But I will likely not return any time soon.

You want to eat good food you come here. This place is so delicious, the food was just as I ordered, it came quick, the portions were beyond great, the flavor of the food was just down right perfect. The employees were very nice too. I’m definitely gonna be coming here some more in the future.

I have to be really impressed to leave a review. This place is my new favorite! The food was delicious, the staff was patient, kind, and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Portions were big and prices were very affordable as well. I can't wait to return!!

I love Vietnamese food and have had Bun with pork many times. I think this was missed some of the touches that I’m used to. Fresh mint has typically always been apart of the equation. I could eat there again, but would try another place before I’d make this my go too. I expected the jasmine tea to be more jasminey

Ordered to go a steak and brisket pho and paid $14 for what I consider just a veggie broth, I had just a couple of pieces of meat! It was ridiculous! Not to mention I forgot my card and they don’t do Apple Pay which it’s very inconvenient so I had to walk a total of 30 minutes just to get my food on my desk. Very disappointed, I’ve been in places where they give you a generous amount of meat and this is clearly a rip off

Great Pho. Spring roll was excellent. Rice plate with Chicken was plenty of food for my wife and I.

Definitely one of my favorite pho spots. I had the white meat chicken noodle and it was perfect. The house made chili paste is incredible. Susan was an awesome server and I will definitely be back.

Everything I've ever ordered here is fresh, delicious, and high quality. This is NOT American Thai, it is the real stuff. Our favorite place to eat, my kids would live on the Pho and Summer Rolls if we could.
