The workers are so RUDE!! Never having been to a Moe's before I needed some extra time to place my order. She repeatedly asked me what I wanted in my quesadilla and I told her that I was looking at the options and she became agitated. I did tell her that I had never been there before but that did not change her attitude! I also let the cashier know my dissatisfaction about my visit reminding her that not everyone is a Cleveland Clinic employee. There are people at this hospital facing life and death situations with their loved ones and could use a little patience and compassion.

This is located inside the Cleveland Clinic main campus. My husband had serious surgery that morning, and the Cleveland Clinic staff were highly professional, kind and just absolutely amazing. What a difference, though when I ran downstairs to Moe's to grab dinner to take back up to my husband's room. The servers acted as if they didn't care about you as a customer. The guy serving around 7pm on that shift had terrible service skills. He had an attitude, and as he was putting my bowl together, he would literally throw the food in the bowl as I chose items. After the kindness we had received all day at the Clinic, it was kind of a slap in the face to be treated so flippantly just getting dinner, especially when I was so tired.

I’ve been to a couple different Moe’s before and every time the food has been great! They have a salsa bar with a few different types of salsa and you can take as much as you want for free! Not here. On top of the disgusting food, you only get up to 2 tiny sauce cups of salsa and then they charge you extra. I asked for one of my sides of salsa on my burrito, and they said they’re not aloud to. So I had to take apart my burrito and put it on myself. On top of that they have some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Definitely not the type of service you expect at a hospital where people are visiting sick loved ones.

The people who work here are not nice at all. The food is mediocre at best. They slop the food on to your bowl/tortilla like they don’t care. The toppings are spilled all over the counter and mix into the other toppings. They told me they don’t have salsa. How can a place that serves nachos not have salsa? I will never eat here again.

The burritos are great!!! My wife has been at the Cleveland Clinic for a week and a few days and my family and I have eaten in the cafeteria nearly everyday! They have a great variety, but my son wants to get a Moe's Southwest Grill burrito everyday. Event a few days he's had two! He says that they are one of his top favorite burritos. He doesn't like when his burritos are messy, and he says that the ladies at this store make a good burrito that's not messy. With all of this I had to try them! :) They do have a great taste, and I like the way the ladies fold them as well. It's almost like art! Roll to the left, Roll to the Right, Back, Front. Roll wrap Foil Wrap! Bag it up!! I'm not sure if that's the true Moe's procedure, but at the end that burrito looks and tastes great! We will definitely be back!

Good food but service should be improved. It is located in the dining area in H-building 1st floor. You will find subway and Aladdin eatery in in the same vicinity. Also you will find the main campus H-building cafeteria which is open 24 hours.

Food wasn't to bad, lettuce had a bad taste. I'm in the hospital,my husband went there to eat, his first time there, he said the staff was really rude. If I could get out of bed and down stairs, I would ask why have attitude and where is a manager.My husband will eat else where for the duration of my stay here.

A place that you can get very average "Mexican " food and the price is reasonable. Customer service iand competence are about what you can expect from any food service worker at the clinic. 90% seem upset and don't want to be there. I get their jobs probably suck, but they don't have to work there.

A mixed experience here. The overall product is fairly good but they do charge extra for the chips and salsa unlike most locations and the service isn't that great and on occasion rude. I get that this location is very busy during peak times but that doesn't excuse poor service to those not familiar with all the options at Moe's. My parents are older and sometimes a little confused, they didn't need to be scolded by the cashier. I'd like to add there is an extensive cafeteria in this hospital building near Moe's with many options including a Subway, a pizza place, Aladdin's Café, and a place that serves a great breakfast. Have had much better experiences at these other options on CCF's campus.

Im only giving a 2 stars because the staff was so rude and laughed and made comments while customers were ordering. Very rude and disrespectful when dealing with the public but even more so in a hospital setting. The food was not good enough to make up for the rudeness of the staff

Waited forever to get wrong order. Even after waiting another 10 minutes, got cold food that still wasn't what we ordered. Got 2 stars because they gave us free deserts for the delays.

Ate there four times while daughter at the Clinic. Food was good, did not mind waiting a bit. There were 3-4 people serving while I was there and all of them were extremely rude to me. But the food was good. Fours stars based on food, not on staff. Staff would have earned a zero.
