    Yuck!! Save your coins the food is very generic at this location, in California its amazing over here it is generic and poor quality I just spent 20 bucks to be dissatisfied DONT COME HERE!!! btw my noodles were hard and it wasn't real chow mein noodles and my chicken egg roll was super weird it looked like someone threw up in it. And the food is super dry like what the heck you need 8 oz of sauce to get some type of flavor the only thing I liked was my walnut shrimp and my Dr. pepper.

    Store was clean every nick and cranny around the food service counter was clean food fresh everyone appearance uniform and presentation to the customer was A1+. Want to give our server Morgan a shout out great customer service amazing patience skills knowledgeable about the foods flavors and the level of spicyness in the food will definitely like her services again. Recommend any time cashier also thank you for your service apologize for not getting your name, next time i got you.

    This food was terrible, actually this location needs to be closed. The chef obviously can't cook the vegetables wasn't fresh nor was the food seasoned very blanned I must say. Restaurants now don't care what they feed their customers all their concerned about is the money. This is alot of reasons why Restaurants are closing.I will never order from here again the location in Warrensville food taste much better 🤔 what a waste of my money.

    I’m a big fan of the Panda Express food chain but the past two times I’ve gone here I’ve left so unsatisfied. They messed up my order both times and when I asked for extra and got charged for extra I wasn’t even given a normal amount on my chicken and my drink was super watered down no silverware so I had to wait till I got home when I was in a rush and also the lady who took my order and money seemed like she hated her job and I’m just disappointed because I love eating here but I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location again

    I have been to this location twice now. Both times could have been a very positive experience had it not been for the young black girl cashier, with long braids who is one, not only incredibly snobby and rude, but totally screwed up my order the first time by over charging me by $27. She added four EXTRA meals of something that I did not purchase at all. Luckily, I caught it on the receipt and went back with my order in hand. The manager was very kind and refunded me, but when I brought it up to her at first, she rolled her eyes and was like, "how did I overcharge you? you got this, this and this.." I told her, "no, I didn't get these four items here." She then began to get mad and annoyed, as if it was my fault this happened. No apologies from her at all and she acted like she did nothing wrong. It took three days for the refund to hit my bank account. Second time I went, she didn't greet me or say thank you, goodbye, etc. Just handed me my food. What happened to having good customer service? Is it a forgone thing these days? I don't mean to come off rude, or like a "Karen". I believe in good customer service and not making mistakes like that in an industry where customer service makes up for a large percentage of a positive experience while dining out.

    In mobile orders, the portions of the meals are not given as they should be. I went in and showed this plate and the answer I got was this; “That's all we have left, we put in this much, if you want to wait for Grill Chicken Teriyaki, you have to wait 25 minutes”.. If you are out of a product, you suggest one of the other options. Putting the crumbs left at the bottom of the pot on the plate and defending it is very amateurish and funny.

    Always clean, friendly, and fast. There have been rare occasions they’re out of a certain meat, but it’s still faster to wait than go anywhere else. Food is always tasty and it’s always consistent. Don’t remember ever going and it being worst than the last.

    Lazy workers that lock the doors 10-15 minutes before 9pm. Purposely running out of every single entree so it feels more justified for them to close early.

    I do like their food from panda express. My only thing is they need more variety and options in their selections. I'm not sure how many times I will choose orange chicken or beef, but the food is good for want they have. Maybe have like a special of the day to keep it interesting.

    Ever since Covid I have got bad service most fast food experiences… tonight was the night I’ve been waiting for! So excited I got everything I wanted other than sweet and sour and I realize that’s out of their control. Long story short the crew went out of their way to cook an item that wasn’t out and I greatly appreciate it in this day and age! Give them kids a raise!

    Really felt good that I stop in Good great service excellent and they really give you your money's worth in their servings. Their team work is excellent as I was observing. Very pleasant. One of the servers named "Violeta" young lady excellent rep for the Panda. Really good place to go to eat.👍👍👍👍👍💯 My wife thought so too.

    Received a coupon in email. Walked up to manager and asked if they accept that coupon. Manager said yes, ordered food than at register cashier couldn't figure out how to use the coupon. Called the same manager that told me yes they accept coupon than she tried to say that coupon is not good. Refused the coupon. Will never go there again

    The rice is always undercooked/ hard…today it was REALLY undercooked. That doesn’t make for a truly satisfying meal!!! No fail recipe*** If you’re using REAL rice, use 1 cup rice to 1 1/4 cups of water, bring to a boil reduce to simmer and stir, put a lid on and Plz cook the rice at least 30 to 33 min on low low heat. Of course up the size ratios to your kitchen needs.

    First time I've been to any Panda Express since I used to go to the mall years ago. The orange chicken wasn't as great as I remembered it being, but was still good and everything else was great. We've already been back twice.

    I don't get what all the fuss with place is all about. As far as Panda Express goes, the food here tasted great! My one complaint would be that the chow mein didn't quite taste as good as other locations, but it was still good, just not fantastic. The teriyaki chicken was flavorful with a sauce packet added and perfectly tender and not fatty or anything. They made me my string bean chicken fresh to order actually, so it was hot and fresh. The sesame chicken was probably the best thing here actually, super flavorful and the veggies in it were cooked just right. Overall, the food was mostly really great and they practically overfilled my container, more than what I usually get at Panda Express. I definitely recommend this location as long as you're not going there especially for the chow mein.

    Speaking for this location only, it's terrible. We've ordered the family meal online, expecting to get something made fresh. Not the case every time. The food looks nothing like the panda express pictures. These are not fresh ingredients, they're over cooked, and just a terrible experience all around.

    Very gentle and humble staff. Empowering youth too. Most of the staff are young and energetic guys. Very pleasant welcome to each and every customer. Clean and Hyegenic place. Enough parking outside. I had a decent experience.

    Went here for the sole reason that I had a gift card that had 9 dollars and some change on it. Restaurant cash register staff could not figure out how to honor it. Manager came over and also couldn’t figure it out. Intense apathy all around from the employees and an utter unwillingness to help. I should have walked out without the order, but I don't like to waste food and figured maybe I was wrong and there wasn’t any money left on the gift card. When I got home I called the number on the back of the card and sure enough, 9 dollars and some change left on it. Not cool. Do better.

    Ordered through Uber Eats so that everything was written out for them. They didn’t give me one of the two sides. They missed one of three entrées. They didn’t give me the correct cokes because they ran out but they decided to charge me for the more expensive ones. It came all bunched together, and everything was cold and not to mention they were tears in both the bags of the appetizers. Horrible quality I would not recommend.

    Chicken is always good but the Sunday night crew overloads the chow mein with veggies. It’s probably 70% veggies / 30% noodles. And when you ask for no veggies they just argue with you. I just want some regular chow mein, not veggies with chow mein. I recommend white or fried rice when coming here
