Fantastic food. High quality meats and fish here. Many options of herring to choose from. The lox are fantastic. The corned beef is top notch. Fresh homemade bagels and a nice selection of homemade bread. Tasty pickles. The matzo balls are very large and tasty. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you are receiving. Try the brisket sandwich. There is plenty of parking. They will be busy during the lunch and dinner hours.

So so good!!! We went for lunch the other day and everything was fantastic! I highly recommend the Challah French Toast! I love that their focus here seems to be on making good food. They don’t add a bunch of unnecessary items in their recipes. Just simple, delicious food. I can’t wait to return and try more menu items! I also am excited to come get meat from the deli soon so we can make sandwiches at home. PS: be sure to look how fresh the fruit was in the photos!

Felt like we were transported to New York at this great deli. We didn’t indulge in all the meats but shared a grilled cheese - choosing the cheese and bread type along with a few bowls of soup. A nice warm meal in a cold rainy Cleveland day.

I really can't come up with a real complaint for this place. I've been to alot of delis and restaurants and this is top 3 in northeast Ohio in my opinion. Very popular for a reason. Been in business for decades for a reason. Highlyvrecommended for lunch or takeout. I recommend the Cleveland sandwich.

1/5/24. Stopped to have lunch. Server seemed decent, never brought pickles to the table had ask another server. Also, ordered our food waited the usual 15 to 20 minutes. When the server brought out my wife's food he informed me that they were out of chicken soup. So no lunch for me. They also lost out on a to go corned beef sandwich and a order of blintzes. Also, after being a customer for over 25 yrs they lost me. Been nice Cheers!!

Every time we visit Cleveland, Jack's Deli is a must. They're very nice and the sandwiches are great. Especially the corned beef. When our relatives visit us, we always ask them to bring us a couple of pounds. Can't wait to go back. Jack's Deli is now selling Papa Bruce's BBQ sauces. If you've never tried it, pick up a jar and let them know what you think.

Classic Jewish deli with huge sandwiches and breakfast all day. Modern decor with ample seating, and take out. My Reuben was good, but the bread was toasted a bit too crispy and the corned beef was a bit greasy. It came with a small side of basic potato salad which was rather bland and needed more potatoes. The star was the complimentary side of yummy pickles they bring. Service was efficient and friendly.

Basically, when we want some good deli food, we go to Jack's. The kids love the chicken noodle soup. I'm a fan of the sandwiches. Carry out is easy. I especially recommend using them for parties. The trays are amazing and the folks are so helpful, we won't go anywhere else when we need a good sandwich tray or soups.

On February 8, 2024, I placed a to-go order at Jack’s, which included a giant corn beef sandwich. I usually buy the big ones to use the meat and additional breakfast treats. It might not look so in the picture, but this giant corn beef sandwich was mostly ALL FAT! After a few bites, I threw half of the sandwich away, but when I looked at the other half, it wasn't good. I must say, though, that the cheesecake and the onion rings were good. It’s sadden Me; what I was looking to enjoy turned out to be a mess. I’ve eaten here before, and I’ve had a Fantastic experience. It was my first time ordering a to-go sandwich.

We have been going to Jack's Deli for over 20 years. It remains one of my wife's and my favorite local eateries. I confess that we have become stuck in a rut, but the food is so delicious that neither of us wants to change. My preference is the classic Corned Beef on Rye and hers is the Rare Roast Beef on Pumpernickel. It's a classic Jewish Deli and it never disappoints. Service is prompt and attentive without being intrusive.

My first time dining on inside. Pleasant place to sit and eat. Food was plentiful and priced very well!

Unbeatable corned beef, and rye! Great owners. You will never have a problem they will not correct! A real old line Jewish Delicatessen - compared with a "deli."

Love Carmen and Hollywood, they are the best two staff members ever. They make my visit which is generally every Wednesday enjoyable! Thanks for having such wonderful employees. Oh yes, the food is tremendous!

Great local deli and restaurant. Always visit whenever I am in town. Busy, but worth the wait. The real hot corned beef and pastrami. Accept no substitutes. Photo is takeout with Jack's rye bread.

Was excited to try Jack's. My husband had the Rueben and liked it, but was pricey! He had one very small side which I sampled...horrible because the potatoes were mushy like they used frozen . I ordered Mama's Potato Cakes and again mushy like they used frozen and greasy galore. Come on I make my own and these were no way acceptable .

We have been here at least 20 times because the food is very good. However, every time we go the same host seats us. He is absolutely the rudest man I have ever encountered in a restaurant. He stands about 15-20 feet away from us and yells "Come in! You two! Let's go, let's go!" and points at a table that he wants us to sit at. He always acts angry and like the customers are annoying him by coming in to the restaurant. He is always very loud, and shouts at the other staff and customers coming in. It is not a relaxing meal to say the least. Ever. The only thing that keeps us returning is the good food and the hope that this man will one day get fired.

I LITERALLY eat here all the time (over 10 years). The food is always great. It’s really the only place I’ll get breakfast from. Decided to order out for the first time instead of dining in… big mistake! The order was made wrong, no problem, it could be fixed. But when the young lady at the front counter asked the cook to remake my eggs he wanted to argue that there was cheese added in the eggs. Umm sir… are you eating this food or am I ?? Better yet… are you PAYING for this food, or am I ?? I eat here very often but after today I won’t be returning ever again. I’m huge on customer service and all it takes is one time and I’m done. Very disappointed customer.

We have not been here in a couple of years, but we loved it in the past. It was about 6:30 when we arrived and we were surprised to find that they close at 7 PM. My wife has been wanting their piled high corned beef sandwich for a while and was excited to get it. What she got was a disappointment. The beef was not sliced, but ground up, probably for corned beef hash the next day. It was single scooped out onto stale rye bread and all fell apart as soon as she picked it up. It lacked texture, taste, and freshness. She could not finish it. We took it home and I added it to hash browns the next morning, but it was lacking in flavor even then. The cost of the sandwich, with tax and tip, came to almost $22!!! They used to have Tuesday night special discounts on corned beef, but they discontinued that. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this restaurant.

My family absolutely love their family feel of a restaurant. Great service and Great food. I have been going here since I was a teen and I’m 50 years old. Now my son and I share this w experience. I love the deli, the corn beef grilled sandwiches. The cheese blintzes are to die for. The safe make us feel right at home. The staff have become like family
