Oh my God. Cold sandwich. Ordered a veggie sandwich and all I had in it were 2 bigggggg roles of cheese. So unhealthy. Why can't they put more veggies and less cheese. Threw out the big chunks of cheese and then ate. Will probably not go back.

Worst customer service I've experienced in a LONG time. I walked in the door (there was ONE other guest in the store at the time) around 4:35pm on Saturday 4/1, me an out-of-tower sightseeing and spending the weekend seeing the museums and a show at the Conner Palace. I greeted the crew Standing way way behind the counter with a cheery "HELLO" and got nothing in reply. Nothing. The cashier walked up like I had interrupted something and I said "Hello" again. Again, nothing. I said jokingly "No one speaks English?". She said "I said Hello" to which I replied "No you didn't". She proceeded to debate and argue at length with me to whether or not she said hello, and I asked for the manager on duty. Recounted what happened, finally asked him for the actual Managers name and number after I realized it was going nowhere with this crowd. All the while the cashier was smirking with attitude about the situation with her coworker right in front of me. When he wrote down their names and telephone number he didn't even bother to write the area code, even after I had told him twice I was from out of state. What's amazing is I went next door to Chipotle with a line all the way to the door, but the staff was cranking'm out with all smiles and THANK YOU's and it was a great customer service experience all around. Jimmy John's in Pittsburgh isn't this bad, I've had some good experiences there. This particular JJ in Cleveland scores a big fat ZERO STARS.

The service was low class, cashier sat and talked on her cell phone the entire time I ordered and ste my food. They claimed to be out of straws for the drinks and, I had to search for napkins. The men's facility had an out of order sign posted on the door . I didn't know they could get any worse than Cincinnati. But, they did.

Jimmy john's prides itself in delivering your food quickly and this location used to deliver your meal in ten minutes, but now they seem to be unable to deliver anything under 40 minutes. Over an hour wait for a jimmy john delivery is ridiculous.

Reasonable prices, friendly staff. The sandwiches are good, although a somewhat thinner sub bun would be nice. Right now the meat and condiments ratio to the bread is not even, way too much bread.

Great quality sandwiches from this location. I would always have my food delivered and I have not really had many issues. I felt that at times the delivery was a little slow but it is because the people who deliver have to take out multiple different orders so they can do them all at once.

If I could only give ZERO stars..I would. I walked in and there were about 8 employees sitting around (in the customer area) talking SO loud about their personal issues I couldn't even hear the gentlemen that was taking my order. One of the girls was screaming the F word left and right and another was talking about a nude text he got from a girl, completely inappropriate. I don't know who was managing but this seemed oddly normal considering no one stopped their conversation. I sat down and ate my sandwich and the conversations just continued on and on, it was very uncomfortable. Clearly the customer service here is not a priority, I won't be back.

It seems as if the owner of this franchise doesnt care anymore. This was one of my favorite places for lunch. At peak lunch time The staff is standing around joking and laughing with a line of customers behind me. The cashier was so engaged with the others she forgot she had a line of customers. Then your shift lead is screaming at another employee in front of customers about the sidework at the end of shift. Im not liking the vibe anymore...

I really wasn’t gonna write a review out of sympathy but then I found a hair in my sandwich, so I changed my mind. Took an hour to deliver when my location is not even a mile away...order was wrong and I’m still hungry. Would do zero stars if I could and re staff that whole location.

I used to love this place. Quick lunch on a 30 minute break working downtown. Now over the past month and a half, theres never any chips or cookies and the fountain drinks are always watered down or no syrup at all. I will not be going here anymore.

👍 March 2022: Stopped here for lunch on a comp from the Jack Casino. They gave me $30 that I used to get the Double melt, tots, vanilla shake, and chili to go. Pros: * Clean restaurant with a bar and plenty of TVs on the walls. * Friendly staff who were attentive to my needs. It was not very busy so...
