We had a lovely evening here. I had wanted to try them before lockdown and now finally got here. We went with another couple and went a little crazy with the amount of food we ordered. The chicken korma was tasty. The momos we're outstanding. Loved the fried Chile Momo and wonderfully spicy 🔥🔥. The vegetable steamed ones were equally delightful. I also had this dish that was like a crisp cracker ball that you break apart and fill with this onion/potato mixture. I highly recommend. Our friends ordered 4 entrees to try and for the next day's meals.

Ordered veg steamed momos & veg chilli momos; loved the taste. Have tasted momos after years 😂 but yes, would recommend to give a try. Just disclaimer - Parking is like a mess, need to tackle parking of your own.

Lots a flavor. The Naan is delightful and chicken malai kabab was a great size. Can't wait to try more on the menu.

As a fellow Nepalese, I had eagerly anticipated trying out this restaurant. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment as the food failed to capture the authentic flavors of Nepal. The achars (pickles) and pakodas were excessively salty, and the paneer was undercooked. To compound the issue, the choila meat was served raw, a far cry from the well-grilled meat that was expected. It's disheartening to witness such subpar dishes being served under the guise of a Himalayan restaurant. This dining experience undoubtedly stands as the worst I've encountered, and it's truly regrettable to witness the reputation of Nepali cuisine being compromised in this manner.

Everything here is good to great. I enjoyed the momos. I loved the Samosas (order like 6 when you come here because they are amazing) and the chicken biryani was spicy and delicious! Make sure to get the garlic naan as well!

Excellent food and hospitality at this restaurant! We enjoyed a delicious meal and drinks (mango lassi) on a cold Cleveland evening. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

This restaurant offers authentic Indian & Nepali food that's fresh, hot and delicious! The portions are generous, perfectly spiced and flavorful. Several vegetarian options are available. I highly recommend the Vegetable Pakora, Chicken 65, Momo and Sekuwa. I ordered our food to go by phone, but they do offer delivery, as well as a beautfully appointed dining room if you wish to dine-in. What a neighborhood jewel!

I had the Himalayan chili chicken. Yum! My partner had a dumpling soup (sorry, forgot which one), also delicious. Portions were generous. Garlic naan was also great tasting, and quite satisfying. We shared a fantastic desert, and had Chai, and the bill was quite reasonable, considering we had enough leftovers to feed my 19 year old kid dinner as well. Will be returning.

I rode by this place all the time on my bicycle commuting to downtown. Well I was next door getting my muffler on a car fixed and decided to finally have lunch here. I was the only person here. The service was awesome, atttentive and super friendly. I had the steamed Goat Momo (I have never tried Goat) it was delicious and tasted so much more flavorful than Ground Beef! I also got a order of Garlic Naan. Absolutely fantastic.

Best buffet, they had a good selection of food on their buffet unlike what I have seen at other Nepali/Indian restaurants. $14.99 was worth it. They also have a decent Nepali menu which I appreciate. 👍👍

I visited this restaurant for their weekend lunch buffet, and it was an enjoyable experience. The buffet offered a relatively large selection, featuring a variety of fresh dishes from both Indian and Nepali cuisines. The dining atmosphere was quite relaxing, thanks to the limited number of diners present. I highly recommend adding this place to your dining rotation if you're a fan of these cuisines!

Couldn't decide between their selection of momos, so ordered their steamed, fried and jhol momos (vegetarian). You know their momos are on point when you can't decide which one's your favourite and I am glad to have found my new favorite place for momos in the City! An extra star if I could - brought my order home, and opened it to a surprising serving of gulab jamuns with a Happy New Year message -- made the experience even sweeter!

Absolutely delicious! The first time I came I had the Nepali food and was so impressed by the quality and taste that I came back two days later for the Indian buffet, which was also delicious!! The waiter was very attentive and the prices were great. This is my favorite Indian restaurant in Cleveland.

We love Himalayan!! We have tried a bunch of different places in the area but they by far have the best tasting chicken tikka masala. We also enjoy their chicken 555 and Jhol momo. The customer service here is great!

This place under the most recent ownership is outstanding. The food is soo good and there will be plenty to take home. To respond to some of the critiques: It's an ethnic restaurant. Like any cuisine (sit down Greek, Italian, ect) if you're looking to get in and out in a hurry, wait for another day. It's a family owned and operated restaurant so you might see the littles pop out of the back lounge area; I think that's charming but if you're looking for something upscale [and dull] then maybe keep looking.

This is an amazing restaurant. One of my favorite restaurants in Cleveland. I had the fried vegetable momo and the soya chunk choila. Incredible flavors, beautiful colors. Service was very friendly. If this place was closer to my house I’d eat here multiple times a month.

This place has gone downhill. We ordered the paneer pakora, samosas, chicken momo’s. All 3 were frozen and not made from scratch. They used to make the momo’s in-house. The lamb curry was very dry and definitely not worth $17. The only thing that was good was the garlic naan. We know the food is not homemade because, when we placed our order they said it would be ready in 10 minutes. And the quality of the food sucked. Do not recommend if you're looking for quality Indian and Himalayan food. There's is disgraceful.

We've always enjoyed all the dishes we've eaten at the Himalayan. Today was no exception. They upgraded the furniture a while back, but this was the first time we came in since the upgrade. It really added to the beauty of the restaurant. The servers are always friendly and help us to make our decisions of what to eat.

Momo (we tried chicken momo) were too tiny, please make bigger momo or drop this item from menu. Disappointing momo. Goat biryani had good flavor but the rice was not well cooked and goat meat was of poor quality; only bones with hardly any meat on them, very disappointing when you expect to eat a ‘goat biryani’ and get some bones with rice. You won’t feel the satisfaction. People were nice though. Good luck!

👍 March 2022: Stopped here for lunch on a comp from the Jack Casino. They gave me $30 that I used to get the Double melt, tots, vanilla shake, and chili to go.
