The rice bowl was literally the worst thing I've ever had in Cleveland. It's like they are trying for it to be as bland as possible. They also charge you for a cup of water.

My new favorite place for a quick work day lunch. Located in the Tower City Center food court ... seems like the only healthy option. Had a great Dubai panini today.

We had the Cleveland Panini and a cup of their veggie soup of the day. Fresh tasting, not very expensive, served quickly and no waiting in line.

If you want good service dont go here. Already having a super bad day and do not feel good so I just wanted a salad. Get some veggies in my body. First time ever coming here and will be my last. Salad tasted like bad vibes and negative energy. Worst customer service I've ever had

I've come here several times for a variety of things - some of the hot sandwiches are good, the smoothies are ok. Most often I always just get the house salad though - for $8 you get 3 toppings, a small 4-5oz portion of meat, and choice of greens. Fairly expensive for a salad with only a few toppings - but everything's fresh and they have a good selection of stuff + really good dressing choices and overall it's a big salad that will always fill you up and leave you satisfied. But the last few times I've been here the salad has been like nothing. I get the box and it feels like it's empty - totally skimp on greens, on toppings, cheese, meat. It looks like half the salad I used to get here. Somewhat disappointing to see them starting to skimp on ingredients, considering the price. If you have the time I'd recommend the nourish cafe next door for their salad bar - but you'll have to wait longer. This place never has a line so at least you'll through quick.

I had the chicken rice bowl. It came with rice black bean corn salsa cheese grilled onions and peppers. Let me start with the grilled onions and peppers. Barely “grilled” ZERO taste. The rice is Uncle Bens minute rice. The black beans are canned. No seasonings just cold from a can beans. I suspect the corn is too but that’s okay. That’s why I rated it one star. You can’t mess up corn. This was the most bland and cold meal I have ever had. If you happen to find yourself inside Tower City eat ANYWHERE but there.

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie from here and it tasted like watered down, artifical banana flavor. I should have took my 5 bucks to the smoothie place on the other side.. At least the long wait would have been worth it there.

Sweet ladies. Excellent lunch. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Turkey Press Panini was DELICIOUS, and the PB&J smoothie was also great.

Friendly, polite, clean place to eat in tower city. Variety of food options including paninis, select your own salads and wraps. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Great healthy food options SMOOTHIES are GREAT !!!! I will be regular customer from now on ... Out of all the different restaurants in Tower City, I can honestly say this one is the WINNER

The worst smoothie I’ve had in Cleveland. Do not waste your money. Just go over to rebowl or milk and honey. 3 mins away. They’re really bad
