What a great place to stay. Our 3 families stayed here with young children. Rooms were big and very clean. The kids loved the pool. Thanks Ergys for making our stay so lovely.

Wonderful management who welcome us each year. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Motel is close to all attractions and shops.

We picked this motel to stay whilst in the area for a wedding and very glad we did. The gentleman that checked us in and out was very friendly.

Rooms are quite small but tidy, enough for us as just passing through, couldn't stay for more than 2 days. Rooms need more utensils ie teaspoons. Grounds and pool area nice amongst the trees. Fellow at reception was very helpful

Our original accommodation was affected by the storm so we had to rush to find a place as we were only 3 hours away when we were notified the owners here made the stressful process a lot easier and were very helpful through the whole stay, it’s a Beautiful little spot, very quiet, tidy and clean. Have had a great stay here. The area is so beautiful And will be returning here on future trips as it’s now one of our favourite places to stay as it is the perfect middle to get to both Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Stayed here for one night while in the area for a wedding. Motel was very well priced, easy to find and quiet. Very tidy and clean and well appointed.

No sign outside, missed it the first time. But we found it very neat and comfortable 😊

Great location, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and Redland Bay. Very friendly and helpful hosts, comfortable room with all facilities on hand. Reasonable rates.

At $185 for the night and no hot water at 930pm for a shower and only just warm the next morning it was far too expensive. For that price EVERTHING needs to be spot on

Second stay here in last 3 months and can’t recommend Ergys and Emma Lees motel highly enough.they go over and above with their help, the rooms are spacious and perfectly clean, also nice and bright. We will be back again for sure.

Excellent accommodation. Everything you need is in the room for a reasonable price. Our 2 room unit was self contained. Stove, fridge, kitchen utensils, extra bedding, dryers. The only drawback was a smell emanating from the bathroom that management did not realise and im sure will tend to it. Highly recommend otherwise.

Close to Cleveland downtown, and Ormiston. The North Stradbroke Island ferry landing is only a short drive away. Very helpful staff, spacious room, and a well cared for motel property.

Recommend a stay here, under new management. Very clean, lovely staff, quiet area, room has everything you need. Comfortable beds, great bathroom, tea, coffee and even 'real milk' supplied on arrival and probably the best toilet paper in town! Close to everything on the bayside.

A pleasure to stay here. The room was very clean and fresh. The location was ideal for our stay and extremely quiet- a very unusual bonus. We would definitely stay here if we come to the area again.

Nice room and very clean. Had a problem getting a taxi to the motel but owner volunteered to pick me up. The whole place looks cared for and they have a nice swimming pool. Good facilities to make your own hot food.

The criteria after surgery that day were cleanliness and peace and quiet and this was provided. All requirements were satisfied in an efficient and helpful manner and we would not hesitate to recommend them. On a subsequent visit for follow-up dental treatment we were again well served by this motel. Because of the nature of the visit our check-in time was moved forward to maximize our comfort. This gesture indicates the quality of managerial treatment. I can recommend this business with confidence, and have no hesitation in so doing.

I was heading out on the Big Cat charter boat at 4am the following morning, so needed to stay somewhere close to the Raby Bay public jetty. At a comfortable 10 minute walk from the jetty, this place was perfect! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was very clean and tidy and perfect for 1 or 2 people. They allowed me to safely leave my car there for the day while out fishing, and even offered to pick me up from the jetty when I got back. such a lovely experience. Oh, and so many food outlets very close by. I agree with another reviewer that the shower head was great!

We have had occasion to stay at the Cleveland Motor Inn twice and both times found the hosts Steve and Vicki to be most welcoming and hospitable. The room was spotlessly clean, bed comfy and it was a treat to have fresh milk supplied. Although we didn't take advantage of it ourselves, there is a lovely pool and BBQ area available for guests. Many great dining venues are within an easy 10 minute walk. We won't hesitate to stay again when back in the Redlands area. PS: The best rates can be obtained by contacting the Motor Inn directly!

Steve has been very helpful with accomodating us for almost 20 days. We are very thankful for his kindness and recommend the inn to anyone looking! The beds are lovely and comfortable, the shower is hot and the Foxtel is making lockdown bearable.

Lovely owners, nice quite location, clean rooms

This was a last minute booking for us as we were unexpectedly having to spend the night in the area. The fact that the property is tucked away from the main street was definitely a plus. It felt safe and was quiet. The room was perfectly adequate for the price paid and was clean with kitchen facilities and bathroom amenities.

For a last minute deal, it was well worth it. Lovely clean room and great kitchenette set up. Nice comfy beds and close to shops and food places. Situated in a quiet street.

Got in late past checkout, no issues. The beds are reasonable and it’s overall pretty quiet for being near a main road. I would visit here again without doubt.

Exactly what we expected. A family run motel which was cleaner and more cosy than a recent hotel stay for us. My only suggestion is to pop something at end if beds so you don’t roll easily 😉 Thanks!!

Service and understanding of what was necessary for our stay was perfect. If your a regional family travelling down for kids sport in the area, the Cleveland Motor Inn is a great spot. Pool, shared BBQ area and basic facilities. Will book next time.

The folks at Cleveland Motor Inn are just lovely. The rooms are a delight and the shady spots around the swimming pool are perfect. I'd give seven stars if I could!

On first arrival owners dog growled and barked before we even got out of car. We had our own dogs so i parked out front. Owner said we could have car parked at room but no dogs inside which we understood. Room was dirty had to clean down benches, Microwave, fidge and bathroom. The bathroom had a nest of bugs, flying ants a massive infestation contacted owners he cane sprayed said leave it for 10 minutes he'd come back. Microwave had food from previous people all through same with freezer. We decided not to stay would much prefer to stay in my car will not return. Have had many of our family stay here over the years not no more. Would not recommend

Clean, comfortable well equipped rooms. The excellent quality bed linen was better than we have experienced in top hotels. The manager, Ergys was extremely friendly and helpful

This is one of the, if not the, best motel we have stayed in. The staff are friendly and thoughtful. All the facilities, rooms, bedding, pool and BBQ area are excellent. The area is quiet and very convenient. We will return.
