Hole in the wall. Thai people trying to cook Vietnamese pho = not good. Pretty much self-service. Order at the counter and they will bring food to the table. But you have to get your own water, utensils etc. Then you also have to clean up after yourself. Spring rolls are a joke. All the utensils, bowls and cups are flimsy plastic. They do have wooden chopsticks. Would avoid this place if you want authentic Vietnamese food. They also serve Thai and Japanese food. I would wager they are not good at cooking Japanese food either.

I ordered from this place on doordash and it was overall NOT a good experience. First the good things were the food tasted good, the broth for the noodle soup was good. However I have serious questions on how they decided to pack the rice noodles for the noodle soup in a sandwich bag type of plastic bag. Is it even safe to pack the hot noodles in a plastic bag?! The noodle was like a bar of soap, like a brick. I let it sit in the soup hoping it'd help loosen the noodles. It really did not work. I used my chopsticks and a lot of patience to loosen the noodles to the best of my ability. There were still some chucks of noodles as you can see in the pictures. Also the noodles I was able to loosen were mostly broken little pieces even though I took time to slowly, gently loosen the noodles. I will never order any noodle soup to go from this place as they do not know how to probably pack for to go. Also I ordered a Thai tea bubble tea and it came in a dome lid even though the drink wasn't a frozen drink. I was shocked to see the nickel size hole on the lid was not sealed/covered in any way when now every restaurants are putting in effort to ensure their foods are probably sealed. They also did not give me a bubble tea straw (bigger than normal straw for the tapioca pearls). The sauces for the apps were in tiny sauce containers which made dipping difficult. Response to the restaurant's comment: I guess it's okay for you to stand by your choice of how you pack the noodles and defend yourself just like I have a choice to not give you my business. I have ordered pho to go from another restaurant and they packed their noodles with the sliced onions and herbs in a styrofoam bowl container and guess what? The foam did not melt and the noodles weren't stuck together like a brick.

The food was great! Service excellent! It's a small and cozy restaurant with authentic pho, ramen and udon. The portions were far from skimpy! Definitely will return!

July 2022: Stopped during the Conventry Festival. Had not had a good Pad Thai in a while and I figured to get the closest and best Pad Thai (with chicken) in the area. Pros: * Clean restaurant with public restrooms for customers. * Good food. I don't even know if the chef speaks English, but she sure can cook. I heard some Vietnamese and Thai being spoken in the kitchen area. IDK, but I felt like I was getting some real deal authentic Thai food. * Cash and major credit cards are accepted. Not sure if they have Applepay. *Friendly staff. Cons: * None Conclusion: I will return to try the pho. It may be a good place to bring my fiancée, who is also a good Vietnamese chef.

A truly no frills dining experience here. If you dine in, it will feel more like a food court than a sit down restaurant, but the food is plentiful, cheap, and so so tasty! Outside of Sweet Mango, probably the best Thai I’ve found in the Cleveland area.

Gam was wonderful in helping me decide what I wanted and told me to try a tea which was amazing . Normally I would’ve asked for sauce but it was already so flavorful and well seasoned I didn’t need any. Amazing service from Gam.

Crab Rangoon was the best crab Rangoon We’ve ever had. The curry was decent, there was no spiciness to it at all but still tasted good. My husband got the drunken noodles and enjoyed it!

First and last time customer. Ordered drunken noodles with chicken tonight 5/10, delivered by Uber Eats. The noodles were way overcooked, looked like mush or crushed rice. Underneath were clumps of noodles. I can't believe they didn't make new noodles, it would take but a few minutes.

This place has the best gra pow (chicken and basil) in Cleveland. I recommend getting it with ground chicken and spicy as they would normally make it. Don’t let the name fool you - the owners are thai. As someone who loves thai food I can’t believe it took me so long to try their gra pow.

As a Vietnamese, I can't say their food is authentic, but it's decent. It seems they have Thai chef. Too much noodle and not enough meat. Price is not cheap too. It's just ok. A solid 3 out of 5.

I spent $60 on food here when I got home and opened the bag and found out all my containers were only filled half way. I will not be going back!

The place is small but very clean. The young lady behind the counter was very informative. And very helpful. The beef stew noodle soup I got was very good. The meat was very tender. The broth was amazing. Highly recommend going there.

Love the pho and the entrées and appetizers, but whoever answers the phones tells the person to wait for 20 mins and then when you try and call beck you can’t get though bc the phone line is busy bc they haven’t hung up the phone, they can lose a lot of business this way especially for regulars that come here.

Not the best Pho you will have, a bit bland but tastey and fresh and reasonably priced. Very fast and convenient, takes 15 min from your phone call. I think the pho would be much better while dining in because the noodles will be very fresh.

Been wanted to come here for a while and finally made it down. The Pho is great and the bubble tea is the best I've had, a lot of flavor and not watered down like other places. I will definitely be going back

First time eating here and loved it. The pho is great, the restaurant is clean and welcoming. Marisol is a sweetheart.

I have been going here for years. I am a firm believer that they have the best pho in Cleveland! Yes, I have tried the other places and even new ones when they pop up, Pho and Rice wins every time!

Very good food, self service dining. Great spot to stop in Coventry area for inexpensive and filling meal. Carry out options better.

At Pho and Rice the food is the star attraction. If you're fearful of trying new things, Pho and Rice isn't for you. But I found their Vietnamese cuisine to be very good and unique. The restaurant aesthetics could be better and there was some cultural clash. But overall, I give them a thumbs up and quoting Arnold Schwarzenegger, "I'll be back!"

Tables were all kind of sticky, my drunken noodles weren’t very flavorful until I got most of the way through them, then there was a little flavor at the bottom. They were served in a paper bowl, which was disintegrating a bit on the bottom. My wife’s pho was a lot yummier, but only had 4-5 small pieces of meat in it so she had to order extra meat. They were fast in bringing the food out

Great little place with awesome food definitely worth checking out if you've never had Pho (Vietnamese soup)

The best vegetarian broth I have tasted at one of these places and they give you plenty of noodles don't let the bowl size fool you. I think other places use Gigantic bowl to make it seem better. This is the real deal and as the sign says "made with love"

Fresh, delicious, authentic food! I took my senior mom - we had a few special requests and they were very accommodating. If my mom was happy, you know it’s good!

Ok, so after a 2 year hiatus and not stopping on to Pho and rice, it's taken a step back. I went in for lunch, and they pointed to a to go menu. I ordered, and they took payment before eating and brought me a to go bowl, yet I was dining in? It was odd. The next issue was a foul odor, and the chicken in my hot and sour soup tasted off. it was still good, just something wasn't right. It used to be one of my favorite spots for pho, but unfortunately, it's gotten off kilt, so I will think twice before returning.

Very rude, the lady did not talk to me at all. I asked questions about the food she just act as if she didn’t hear me ( I had to ask the young lady working there if the lady understood English, and she did.) when the lady came with my food the young lady told her that was my food, she walked past me and took my food to another customer who had just placed an order. Food is not worth the hassle 😩
