If you're from the area, you probably already know about Swensons. If not though, and you visit the area, stop at Swenson's! It's a drive in restaurant with curbside dining. Their homemade milkshakes are so delicious you will not be disappointed. They are worth the extra calories, if you're counting. Especially for just a small one. ;) All of the food is good here, but I prefer the stuff that you can't get in most restaurants. Hence, today I ordered the fried bologna sandwich. It takes me back to my childhood every time. It's a delicacy I rarely get these days. The potato teezers are delicious and the shake of the day for me is another lifelong favorite, cherry! Why don't more places have cherry shakes? So good! If you are looking for quality food and a very reasonable price, Swenson's is the place. I also had the vegetable beef soup today and it was fabulous!

Brian and Lindsey were amazing! She came rite over to our car before we even were parked! Brian served us and was very kind! The mint whips were awsome! Thank you guys! Keep up the amazing work!!! Ps... they deserve raises!!!

I like the drive up and how they come to your car ready to assist and take your order. That's why the 5 star was given for service. 3 star for food because it was just okay. The bread was so flat and greasy that I couldn't enjoy the balance of meat to bread ratio. The shakes were amazing, though. The sides were okay. I'd go back for the shake, but I can live without the food.

I so wish that we had Swenson’s in North Carolina. Every time we are in Cleveland it is a must. I agree with Forbes on claiming this as the best burger, at least in the realm of fast food burgers I would say so. The burger is incredibly flavorful. I think it’s a combination of the sauce and coleslaw that makes it so good. Fried mushrooms are bangin. Service is fast and friendly. No complaints whatsoever.

This is the second time in a row my order was messed up. Because it was takeaway, I didn't notice that the buns were actually burned (charcoal black burned) & that they jipped me out of a patty until I got home. The female server I spoke to couldn't care less. Never again.

I gave this place a bad review 4 months ago. Last night we tried it to see if they've improved and YES THEY HAVE! We were really impressed! Everything was hot, cooked well and we had great service! 👍

A classic North East Ohio drive in. The galley boy never disappoints. This time I also tried the potato teezers which a little fried bites of potato, jalapeno, and cheese. The place is fairly inexpensive for what you get. Definitely a place to stop if you are in the area and like a good hamburger.

My server, Jay, was outstanding! His personality and smile are contagious! He realized I wanted onion rings, but the ones at Swenson's are breaded not battered, so I was passing bc the breaded hurt my mouth to eat (I know, big baby) but he told me I could get them “broken” and then not cut my mouth! They were absolutely delicious! Jay is a HUGE asset to your company! Keep up the good work, Jay!

After a busy day of meetings in the area, I happened upon this Swenson’s location and decided to grab a quick bite. I was quickly greeted by Logan & my order was taken by Tahir, both very friendly & knowledgeable servers! My food arrived promptly and was delicious (two guilty Galley Boys & fries!) I would wholeheartedly recommend this place and it gets five stars in my book for service and food quality! Thank you everyone at this awesome location.

Food’s what you’d expect from Swensons, but the serving staff is subpar at best. They’re usually all fraternizing with each other when cars are waiting to be served. This location consistently doesn’t pick up their phone either. Definitely unlike other Swensons I frequent - in the worst of ways.

I have great experiences when dining here, My two favorite servers are Tahir and Eric they have great knowledge about the food and have a smile on their faces everytime . They always make me smile and the food is always Good and Hot .

ERIC W IS AMAZING!!! So personable and kind. Went above and beyond for our group. All our food was amazing as well! Can never go wrong with an Ohio drink and a galley boy.

I only gave it three stars because the burger still taste like their burger. However, I arrived at 10:50 before they open. They took my order at 11am when my food came out my fries were overcooked and warm not hot like they just opened. My sandwich was thrown together & smashed when I received it. I ate swensons the day before from another location and it was amazing this location isn’t the best unfortunately. I won’t be returning.

Always a good time going to Swenson’s. What a unique experience that you can’t get anywhere else. The server, John, was really top-notch tonight. He was on top of everything; made the experience that much better. Swenson’s could use more servers like him.

I've been to this one since multiple times and it's always been great normally I don't write bad reviews but this last experience was kind of a nightmare. There were only two runners working there on a Sunday and the busiest time and two plain hot dogs took 35 minutes to get to. I have my lights on and nobody came to my car and there was nobody watching other cars lights so they just sat there. I saw multiple people not waited on. Really disappointing.

Dan was my server and he did an excellent job of getting our big order of 7 people right. Without any mistakes. He was friendly, professional, and respectful!!! Highly recommend swensons!

First time here and boy am I glad someone recommended it. The food is awesome, fresh and delicious. You must get the sloppy joe sandwich and the fish sandwich. Both are delicious. I'm going today...3rd time....I think I am going to try the bologna sandwich. The fries are so good!!! Highly recommend!

The food is pretty good but what was even better was the service. This young man named Rondae was very charismatic and greeted me with a smile. He was always willing to accommodate and help me through my order. I hope to see him again next time I come here. Wish him all the best!

Went to Swenson’s for the first time tonight and they didn’t disappoint.! The service was fantastic and quick. Jay, who took our order, was very kind and came out the second he saw us pulling in. Our food came out in a timely manner and tasted great. Will definitely come back in the future.

I have been to this stand multiple times & love it each & every time! Dan & Nicole are my favorite staff- they are always professional, kind & have a great sense of humor! They are always on the move, running to the next car! Plus they are always friendly with my dogs 🐾💕

I have to tell you I was just in to your University Hts location. My server was named Jay. He was really good and recommended some items when we got stuck on deciding what we wanted to eat. He was right! The Florida is really good. He was quick to the car and was quick with our order. Thanks, Jay!
