Mixed feelings. Trained there for years, they people and staff were really great, very freindly. They way the manager handled the COVID shut down was atrocious. Total lack of communication and he lost the trust of plenty of ex-members and myself. I will not be going back.

So i paid just under 700 dollars for pool access and gym, pool closes at 11 am every day and opens a 3 pm I get an hour each day to use the services and I can only go at 10 am , most lanes are usually full with disability kids learning to swim or a water aerobics class, so feeling a little ripped off right now and to top it off the pool is usually dirty with leaves and debris in it seriously not happy with my membership so far

i too noticed the water was not clean with leaves in it and to get a spot in a lane was ridiculous with kids classes on at 930 i was told whilst standing in front of the pool theres pleanty of room youll just have to share a lane oh and a swimming lesson is about to start so u only have about ten minutes i also tried in the after noon and was also told youll have to share a lane because i class is about to start BUYER BEWARE IM GLAD I never paid for a membership

I wouldn't even give it one star if I could. The worst childrens swimming instructor I have ever seen. The instructor was on her iPad the whole time (yes in the water), turned her back on my child numerous times and doesn't physically help when needed. The whole term was a waste of money. Advised management and they had a "chat" too her. They need more training at the least!

Great facility, something for everyone! We particularly like the pool! 25m always clean!

Friendly staff, affordable membership prices....bit equipment + facilities could be better. Pool opening hours are not adequate.

a little run down, some of the weights are a little rusty, not a weid range of gym equipment, wanted to join classes but the link doesn't work, tried more than once to cancel my membership and the manager was sooky about it, staff do not answer phones

Great learn to swim program for kids! Excellent facilities. 24hr gym, 2 pools, gymnastics centre etc. They could market better though. I didn't even know they were here for years after moving to the redlands....

Decent range of equipment, free weights are a little dated. Definately not a Crossfit box. Could do with a bit of updating and more bumper plates... Price is good and it has a pool.

I go swimming 3 times a week and I find the pool very clean. A few big leaves hardly an issue. Yes it's busy at 7 to 8 am however I still find I enjoy my swimming.

I really enjoy swimming here but the swim coach is constantly yelling and criticising the swim students, its very upsetting. Maybe try praising the kids occasionally?!?!??

Victoria point YMCA has something for everyone. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. They encourage you to go that little bit further. when your finished you feel, you have achieved your goals. I would recommend this Gym to all levels and age groups.

This Place Is Awesome. I Love It . I Wish There Was A YMCA Gym Like, Victoria Point, Over In Logan. This Gym Has EVERYTHING ALL THE BIG GYMS HAVE‼️‼️‼️ 24/7 Access for $20 AWeek. Actually It Has More Than Some Of The Big Gyms. It Also Has A Pool.

Top place to just get in do your own fitness thing and head out. Awesome venue! Great place with huge verity in equipment to use.

Staff are Friendly and they have some great interactive swimming class for my son. The YMCA is affordable and great for the community.

Was alright going to the gym for a bit but then had a mishap with payment. Got a text saying to call a number to get it sorted. I've called 6 times now and not a single time has the phone been answered. Can't go to the gym now because I can't get my membership back. Edit: they answered on the 7th time.

Fantastic water safe and swimming lessons for youngest to older learners. Heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool. 4yr old moko has and had great tutor's, I won't bore you any more, come on and enjoy the fun 🤪. Sorry no photos of proof...privacy

Great facilities, friendly staff and affordable with 24hr access. Not enough of some machines and recent change to some Synergy branded machines definitely a backward step. Too much shiny 'wow' factor but nowhere near as functional as what they've replaced.
