There is a lot of room for improvement over here. The staff at the hotel behaved a bit rudely to us. They were not cooperative at all. The breakfast provided was good but most of it contained only bread items. The rooms were too small (no space to put your luggage in the room). On the other hand, cleanliness of rooms was quite good.

Overall, it was deemed unsuitable. They were more helpful than the two Receptionist ladies. I was dissatisfied with the hotel management's attitude. The duty manager has the authority to decide whether or not to provide breakfast, to remove breakfast major parts such as scrumbled eggs, and to tell you: wasted yesterday. There is no egg today. This is not acceptable!

There isn't even a single star. Bossy attitude is displayed by management. Two men struck me as racist! There was no greeting for any passers-by. The admin lady was fine. The parking door is jammed, and we have to wait a long time for someone to come and open it for us. Many animals around the hotel!!! Never gonna visit again. Someone should reminde these two men that we are the client, not a employee of your hotel.

I was booked in Novetel but as they were overbooked I was sent to IBIS. I was given a room immediately BUT the moment I entered the room DISASTER, a lady in bathrobe came out of the bathroom. it seems like a scene right out of a movie but it was real and shokings. The worst was that the girl at the reception didn't even apologised. Very unprofessional. Be careful ladies and gentlemen.

The hotel has free parking. The location is in Zone 4.

Nothing to like about this place, just a hotel where you can sleep if you need to be around this area Nothing really bad, but: - There is no amenities in the rooms and toilets - The manger is not that warm and welcoming - The breakfast is so poor - expensive for what they offer

Proximity to Le Bourget is good. Rooms are OK, not great. Need a deep clean. Fusty smell around the hall ways which also needs a deep clean.

When my colleague recommended the Ibis I had ask which one as there are so many Ibis around. It is alright but not great. The room was small pretty clean, but the bathroom was not well designed. Breakfast not super, but there is tea and coffee. There is an interesting smell that comes from the black boxes in the hallways. It might be to disinfect the air. Overall good for one night.

No room amenities. Room very small . Breakfast is very poor and no variety. No staff to help you drop off your bags.
