Amazing chicken and rice combo!!! I came here because of the high score on Google map, and this place absolutely deserves 5 stars. The flavor of NYC!!!

Best halal food in NYC hands down. I came here based off the 4.9 Star rating which lived up to its reputation. It’s a bit of walk for me, but I still do it because of the great quality food. it’s worth every dollar!

I had to stop here because I couldn't believe it. That high a rating for a halal cart... Preposterous! But it definitely lived up to it's rating. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh not smelling like its been out for too long. The lamb and rice were flavorful. I could taste the species used to season them. My only compliant is I wish the spicy sauce was a little hotter and I had it drenched on there too. The guys behind the counter were super nice as well. This place is far better by light years than the Halal Guys.

Yeah you should believe the reviews. Gives you so many fresh veg including corn and jalapenos that other halal carts don't. Even get a bit of fries and a pita too all with onions and spicy rice and lots of sauce and all for $9 too. Cmon. Best halal in the city hands down. And the cart boss is class

The chicken over rice was incredible. The chicken was so flavorful and pretty big portion of good. The best part was a few surprise fries topping the he platter.

He FLOODED my bowl. And it tasted bomb. Each ingredient compliment each other. Plus, the customer service was stellar. He actually made it feel like I was family or something haha. This is the cart you want to go to.

Good food, nice service, sauce is on point. Lamb too salted to me, but overall pretty good. Next time will ask for less rice and extra veggie!

My first time trying Sharif’s but it’s amazing. It’s 11:30PM and they’ve kept the food extremely fresh. The best part is that they’ve got a lot more vegetables on their plates than most trucks. Nice guys too!

The food is very good. I think their chicken is the one to get, very tasty. The lamb is good but closer to sweet than salty. Some people might like that flavor but I like salty. The white sauce and hot sauce are both good and everything seems fresh. Sharif is also really friendly and you feel like he cares about you. Cool guy

This place is the best shawarma I’ve ever ate. The chicken / lamb on rice comes with fries and salad. Every ingredient is incredibly rich and flavorful and it all comes together like a grand symphony. The shawarma was nestled on a bed of fluffy, seasoned rice that had absorbed the juices of the meat, making every spoonful a delightful mix of textures and tastes.

Super delicious! Ask for mix over rice, a little rice (cuz they overfill), with more salad. Have them remove the pita before they apply sauce (white sauce, hot sauce, green sauce). That’s my go to and I love it.
