Ever since this location reopened its only gone downhill. They’ve gotten my order wrong multiple times, not only that but the fries aren’t even enjoyable anymore. They are tasteless and stale each time. I ordered through the drive thru last night and there was screws in my bag. Not cool at all and super unsafe for anyone who has children

I have always had good experience in all of their locations, and this was not an exception. Staff super helpful and friendly.

I've always had a great experience at this Chick-fil-A and the sandwiches have always been very fresh with a very juicy thick chicken patty & fresh vegetables. Whether I've ordered the deluxe or the regular sandwich the Patty has always been thick and juicy. The drive-through employees are nice and friendly, especially the ones at the window that hands you the food. I’ve never been inside. So I don’t have any comment on that experience. This location does have a long line during lunch and dinner hours but they get us along promptly, & also if you go before then it's pretty quick because the lines are shorter of course .

Update: PLEASE train your employees not to take wrong order. I order diet coke with my meal and you gave me COKE. I went to your location 3 times in last 2 week and you got my order wrong TWICE. Food is great atmosphere is g e at and technically service is great but they give wrong orders way too many times. I told drive through order no pickles in my son's sandwich 3 times because he is allergic then said I want GRILLED deluxe clum twice just to confirm. They at least got the no pickle right but gave me deep fried chicken sandwich. This happens way too often how hard is it to distinguish "GRILLED" from regular? Everything else is great but taking wrong order too many times deserve 1star

Employees are always polite and friendly. Went to the recently renovated Chick-fil-A on Liberia Avenue. Scanner had a problem reading my code but eventually got it after 3 tries so my got backed up! Food is hot and fresh but the bun was a little beaten up. Sandwich was still tasty! Overall a good visit.

Messed up our order completely. We ordered two boxes of chicken tenders two sandwiches and a 12ct nugget box. They forgot 1 sandwhich and both chicken tenders. I should have checked at the drive through.

This location is so bad. They consistently mess up my order. The service has gone down hill this past year. Line takes forever as well, seems disorganized, employees working the drive thru consistently confused/seem new to the job. Beware.

I really love this location. Whenever I’ve had issues, I would write a review in the app and they would create a solution to avoid said problem again (like they used to forget to give me a straw, but now they tape it or make sure to hand it at the same time as the drink). The workers are always polite and efficient as well. I’m glad to have this as the Chick-fil-a closest to me.

Why have bags of ice on in the mobile app if you don't sell it? I have gone ordered several times just to be told when I get there that they are out of bags of ice yet there is ice in my drink that I ordered. Usually I would let this go but today when I ordered, thru my mobile app and paid for in full, got to the window and the guy rudely says we don't have ice (yet again there was ice in my drink), I said ok but had a hard time getting my money returned to me. I will not be returning to this location and instead will drive the extra 5 miles to another restaurant.

All Chick-fil-A to me consistently provides top-notch service. They seriously get the drive-thru line going every single time. Great service, as lalways.

Classic chick fil a W, great place, yummy food and its just good. Quick service as always and friendly staff. I only say it's a tight fit with the parking and driving. Getting out of the parking lot is a bit hectic with multiple places closey around and the place having narrow roads

One of most under-appreciated foods at this place. Very tasty chicken noodle soup.

We've eaten at this location for quite a few years but in the last month, the food was so bad I think we won't return. I have never had bad food at Chick Fil A anywhere, but at the last 2 visits at this store, we've thrown our food away as it was inedible. The first time, the chicken strips were overcooked, with chicken dry as a bone and breading that was black in some places. In contrast, the fries were undercooked, and of the 3 ranch dressings we got, 2 were spoiled and had completely liquified. We had already gotten on the road by the time we realized it, otherwise I would have requested my money back for the entire meal. We figured it was just an anomaly, as we've never had a problem with this restaurant before. So we tried it again last week. Ordered the same meal, and this time the chicken tenders had a weird texture and were flavorless. I don't know what is going on there, but the food is NOT Chick--Fil-A quality. Would recommend trying another location until this store figures out how to get back on track.

Food and service was nice. But the customers were unhinged. If I were to come back it's not without a group and in my car nice and safe.

We came here after a long drive in the car to allow the kids to take a break and play. They closed the play area an hour before closing to clean. We were not expecting this and made made a special trip here just to let the kids get some energy out. It was a terrible let down for the kids, and despite talking to the employees, the kids were not able to play. Worst decision ever.
