Very friendly staff and highly professional dentistry. Based upon my experiences at this clinic and the extensive dental work I’ve had done there, I can recommend Dr. Sachdeva and Media Family Dentistry without any hesitation. Dr. Sachdeva provided me with excellent care and a friendly manner. He even checked on me in the early evening via text after the more serious procedures I had done. Those personal follow-ups were very helpful and most appreciated. I can’t imagine better dental care than that. My highest recommendations!

I love Media Family Dentistry!! They are always making sure you are comfortable they do not yell at you to open your mouth. I don't like going to the dentist as it is but they make you feel welcome and don't over bare you. 10/10 would recommend going here especially if they accept your insurance!

My family and I are relatively new to the area and went to a local dentist office in Aston at first but didn’t have a great experience so I began looking for another. My 8 year old son has a phobia of the dentist office- as most kids do. Andrea, Enid and Dr S at Media Family Dentistry went above and beyond to make both my son and I feel comfortable during our visit, even allowing me to remain with him which helped him get through his appointment with ease. He was so afraid and has had anxiety leading up to his appointment but the staff was extremely gentle with him, taking the time out to explain what they were doing and why. Even putting on his favorite show on Netflix while we were there to calm him down. Enid at the front desk is amazing as well. She was my initial contact when making our appointments and was so pleasant over the phone and even more welcoming in person. I would highly recommend them for families with smaller children as my son felt safe and was extremely pleased and that isn’t an easy feat. We will most definitely be returning and referring others. Thanks to all the staff here for creating a chill environment while also maintaining professionalism, it’s very much appreciated!

I have tmj and autism and have a big fear of the dentist. This office was very accommodating, they allowed me to text them, they explained everything, listened to my worries. And really helped the process go smoothly. I put off the dentist for 3 years and after decaying tooth and the pain being unbearable I found this dental office. Enid the front desk lady was very kind and patient. The dentists and dental assistants are also very calming and explained everything thoroughly and really made it a not so scary experience.

I had a great experience at this office yesterday. I have had bad dental experiences in the past and was nervous since I knew I had some issues with my teeth that needed to be addressed. I chose this office after reading the reviews, and I am so glad I did! The dentist and dental hygienist both took the time to answer all my questions and explain their recommendations. I was definitely nervous, but they were thorough and kind which helped me relax. The office staff were great as well. I have future appointments scheduled, and from first impression, I'm pretty sure I'm in good hands.

I love it here!! I had an emergency and needed same day service! Enid scheduled my appointment; she was beyond accommodating and friendly. Not only did they give me a same day appt but they removed the tooth the same day!

This is a friendly office. Enid and Darrion were welcoming and informative. Kristen the Dental Hygienist did an awesome job on my teeth cleaning and did a great job explaining the options available to maintain healthy teeth and gums.

This is my third time going to Media Dentistry. I’ve been a regular patient of there’s for about 2 years. It’s always a pleasant experience & they make sure you’re comfortable. I worked with the dentist by the name of Monica this time she did a great job!

Very welcoming ! The hygienist was very gentle but still got the job done great. Super happy I spent my money with them. Definitely worth it! I highly recommend. Btw they have a TV above you and they give you sunglasses to wear !

To be honest, going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do and I have had some pretty extensive dental work. However, Media Family Dentistry is the only place I go even though they are not part of my preferred dental insurance and that is because they are wonderful. They are patient and accomodating and top notch. They literally hold my hand through every step and do everything they can to ease my anxiety. Dr. Sachdeva and every single member of his staff operate with grace and excellence and I truly appreciate them all. Dr. Sachdeva always answers his calls, is invested in each patient individually and is a true partner in maintaining my wellness and healthy smile.

The dentist and hygienists were super friendly and willing to answer all my questions (I had a lot). I’d never had oral surgery before and the procedure was fast and pain free. They walked me through each step as they went and made me feel super comfortable. Honesty shocked at how quickly it went.

I’ve been a patient with Dr.S for two years. He is a great dentist. What I like the most is that he tells you up front what work needs to completed now and what should be done in the future. He explains the situation and u decide when and what u want done. I was with my previous dentist for over 20 years. I do not miss him at all!!!!!

The office is always very welcoming. I have been coming here for a few years now, and it has certainly just been getting better. Not only is Dr. S very knowledgeable and informative, he takes great care of my teeth and the hygienist is very thorough. I’m very pleased with their service.

Most folks probably hate visiting their dentist. MFD takes the practice to a whole new level! Not only are they thorough and honest with their work and expertise, but they will go out of their way to help you understand exactly what is going on in your mouth. I had a crown put in and that sucker looks and feels like it has always been there. Top notch work. I bring both my kids to MFD as well. The staff is great, and very patient as we book all three of us at the same time and take the office by storm! Highly recommend this dentist practice to anyone looking for top notch service and honest pricing.
