Nova is a great dental practice conveniently located across from George Mason University, University Mall, and off of Braddock Road. It is clean, modern, and the staff is professional and definitely customer service oriented. As one who gets a bit anxious going to the dentist they made me feel totally at ease. Hailey was my hygienist and she knows what’s she’s doing and is very friendly and personable. The front desk staff helped me out and found me an appointment that matched my ever changing schedule. The office is located on the first floor so no need to climb any stairs and there are plenty of parking spaces directly directly in front of the building door. I also felt the staff was very good about letting me know what work was needed, what could be put off, and what was optional.

This was my first time coming to this dentist since my dental coverage changed. I had a great experience with all the people working on my teeth. Everyone was very helpful when I asked questions and had concerns in regards to my teeth. After speaking to Joseline at the front desk she was very helpful in explaining stuff in regards to my medical and dental insurance and when I inquired about TMJ botox, night guard coverage, and home teeth whitening. I choose this dentist after reading the reviews and I was very happy I did.Thank you agsin for a great experience today. Its not easy to find a good dentist or doctor, so Im very glad I choose this dentist.

The facility is pretty big in size compares to others I have been to in the past. The doctors are super nice and soft spoken, and they definitely make my experience less stressful. They are very patient with my questions too and they often initiate the explanations without me asking. For some questions require more services like Invisalign, they have the machines/ professionals onsite to help me instead of referring me out. This is great! The scan and consultation for Invisalign is totally free. And they sometime have promotion☺️

My son Gabriel receives service from this location. He has being going to this location for many years. He enjoys coming to this location. He looks forward to attending all his appointments. The entire staff is always so friendly to him. If you’re looking for a practice to meet all your dental meds, this is the place for you.

Wonderful dental office. Everyone is friendly, happy, and the office is clean. Little wait times (if any at all) and very knowledgeable dentists. If you’re a veteran they understand the ins and outs of working with the VA and Optum very well. I definitely recommend this office! They are helping me take better care of my mouth after years of neglect due to my military service and the lack of care I received. Awesome staff all around.

Impressive professional services from the moment you step inside and are greeted by friendly staff to check you in. Then hygienist takes over with very thorough and gentle cleaning, polishing, and x-rays as needed. Followed by the dentist who performs a thorough examination and carefully explains everything to your upmost satisfaction.
