Bring kids here to take a picture with The COW! Fun place to have breakfast in the weekend. Employees need to wipe tables in between and cleaning floors more frequently. I see many employee sitting at the corner eating while taking break and in and out of restroom. I see many employees more than customers they are loud and laughing while taking break. They ignore dirty tables and floors, out of paper in the restroom although they are occupying the restroom and tables. Change the atmospheres as client centered not employees’s gathering place.

Let's be honest here its Chickfila. Anything less than a 5 star review is nonsensical. They're the kings of fast food, in my honest opinion sorry Burger King but you're trash.

Crazy busy night... Bus load of school kids arrived. But they handled it with compassion and precision. Everyone had a warm happy delicious meal! All smiles!

Once again, I'm getting something to eat that I trust to be good in flavor and quality... that is food and service. I lived in this Fairlakes area for 10+ years and have been many times to this location... the only time that I had an issue with my order I contacted them to let them know and they wanted to offer me a free meal and all... my gesture was more like a token of appreciation for never being disappointed at them. Friendly staff, super clean place, and quick service.

I have been a fan for several years and eat as this location twice a week on average. The curbside takeaway and drive through experiences have worked flawlessly, and eating inside the clean facility has worked well on weekday evenings. Orders come to me on time, warm, correct (almost always), and with smiles and some of the friendliest service. I personally have breakfast favorites of the egg white chicken muffin, egg and sausage muffin, and chicken biscuit. Lunch and dinner favorites include the grilled chicken sandwich, grilled nuggets, side salad and kale (together makes for a large and flavorful low carb alternative), and fries. A great stop for a pre-weekend hike breakfast or drive-up dinner.

Favorite quick service restaurant that calls to my heart. I swear this chicken is heaven sent because every time I get it I see stars. This location in particular is nice because it’s off the main road but you can get in and out very quickly.

I am amazed at how education, friendliness, and excellent service can make a customer feel right at home in a restaurant. I would like to congratulate you on providing such exceptional service that deserves more than just 5 stars. This is a great example for other fast-food restaurants to follow. Thank you for your excellence.

Love this location because it's very convenient & always very fast even on busy days. My only issue is that every single time I go thru the drive-thru, I always end up getting me food after cars that came behind me. It NEVER fails that a car or 2 that are BEHIND me get to move up in front of me to pay first. It happened AGAIN today even though I got the first & even ordered before the other 2 were finished but I had to wait for them to pull forward. Could you imagine standing in line but they take the people behind you before you? Then make you wait for them to order & pay even though you were first. This is the same exact thing except with cars. Not sure what the point of this is but it's very frustrating....

OMG!! I had the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. It was the most delicious food I have ever experienced! I put on the Chick-fil-A sauce and the honey barbecue sauce. This Chick-Fil-a at Fair Lakes is a such a busy location and they always seem to get it right. The food is hot, the food comes out fast, and they are always polite. Most importantly the orders are accurate! The new Pimento sandwich was the best in the area when I had it the other day. Thank you!

The Fair Oaks, Virginia Chik-fil-A was terrific! So far, fastest service at this location! They even had fresh flowers at every table! Outstanding!

Everyone is so pleasant and courteous here. Plus, these are the best chicken sandwiches on Earth, paired perfectly with waffle fries. Sunjoy lemonade/tea is refreshing on a hot Summer day. Their peach or strawberry milkshakes are amazing. I recommend trying a regular chicken sandwich first, and then make your way up to a Spicy Deluxe, which is my favorite.

My mom and dad and sister went through the drive through this morning at the fair lakes location and ordered breakfast on their way back from George Washington hospital and asked me what I wanted so I let them know and when my mom ordered she specifically told the lady in the drive through taking orders 2 four count chicken minis and 3 hash browns. Mom said the lady taking order was more concerned about explaining they don’t do cheese on the chicken mini. She was also more concerned about the other cars behind her than ensuring the order was correct. Don’t get me wrong I love chick fil a. But for her to not get the order correct is kinda what the heck. We got the 3 hash browns and ONE of the chicken minis. The lady did NOT ring in the second chicken mini. So everyone within the family got their food and I only got PARTIAL of my food. Alls I got was the harsh browns and the large sweet tea. The reason I’m writing this is because the drive thru attendants need to be more mindful to get the orders correct. Yes we all make mistakes but that’s also is what leads to reviews like these.
