Bawa Dentistry changed my life! I can give a thousand reasons why my teeth became so terrible, and horror stories of dental mishaps I have had, but it was too the point of not being able to smile and i was absolutely terrified. And I use to smile all the time. I didn't have a dentist, so I started searching. I called several places with the same mono-toned bored receptionists. But then I called Bawa initially I saw it was a husband and wife run office which was a plus. But the real reason I chose Bawa was Terry. Terry answered my initial call with this beautiful personality, she actually listened to my reasons and need to find a dentist. She didn't make me feel ashamed or judged. She said " Kirstie, I need to see you smile again, let us help you." She immediately made me feel like someone else cared. The day of my first visit I was so nervous, But, I walked in there She was, waiting to great me. Terry had these fabulous glasses on and a spirit to match. She immediately made me feel like I was important, my smile would one day come back. As Terry introduced me to everyone that would support me through this, I felt part of something, like I was entering into a home of this great family. My fears were starting to lessen. I met the assistant that would be working with the Dentist, I felt like she already knew me, she knew i was anxious and she knew just how to ease my nerves. She explained everything step by step. Then I met Dr. Bawa (The husband) He was kind, understanding, knowledgeable and patient. Terry had obviously filled them in on my fears and concerns. Dr. Bawa and the assistant were both very understanding, and checked to make sure I was OK through the whole visit. We made a plan. A plan to get my smile back. When I was getting ready to leave, the assistant wanted to make sure I met everyone, she went and grabbed Mrs. Bawa and introduced me to her, I was totally feeling the Family friendly vibe. Then my visit closed out with Terry and I going over the plan and making sure I knew what to expect, how much everything would cost, and a time line until I would smile again. Within 3 months I was SMILING and I haven't stopped. Each visit got better and better. All the receptionist, assistant, my dental hygienists continued to exude this family friendly customer service. Dr. Bawa provided me with the best care and respect, and a new beautiful smile. I want to thank the entire Bawa family and company for my new smile. But I want to thank Terry most of all for that first phone call that changed my life, and for every interaction since the warm and friendly personality that really encompasses how being part of Bawa Dentistry truly feels. I had a lot of pain from an old root canal and was so pleased that they were able to fit me in on short notice… The Dr. was extremely nice, communicative and very good. The whole team made it a great experience… 👍👍

I'm so thankful we found Bawa Dentistry. Dr. Bawa is very thorough and took extra care to make our children feel comfortable. My daughter has a lot of anxiety and he was so patient with her. The hygienist is very kind and made our family feel like part of their community.

Been going here for a few years now and am always a satisfied patient. I've never waited more than 5 minutes before I'm brought back. Staff is friendly and is happy to answer my many questions about my teeth. Love this local, family owned practice!

Took my brother and I here and were situated on time and in a very orderly manner. Been to other dentists in the past but this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Shout out to Dieu and Jhoselin for their work and Dr Bawa for updating us on our oral health. Do recommend!!!!!

Fairly new to the area (from the west coast) and happened to run into this gem .. Dr. Bawa and the staffs are very friendly, and did an outstanding job on the cleaning for my dental visit. Will definitely staying with them until next move.

Bawa dentistry is the most professional group of people anyone would ever want to work with. The entire staff make you feel like family. They greet you with caring words and make you feel at ease when you just enter the office. They are always on time and always ready to listen to any comments or questions. The staff informs with any important information before the exams and checks back in to inform you when they are nearing the end of the exam. Then the doctor comes out with a smile and a more detailed explanation of what transpired. We will recommend Bawa dentistry to anyone and everyone. They are 5 star professionals and they go far beyond that rating because of their cating and personal touch. They make us feel as if we are the only ones they treat in the practice!

An amazing dentist office! They’re very accessible and accommodating. I have severe anxiety around dentists and I never feel unsafe here! They do amazing work and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Updated: the doctor called me in the afternoon as a follow up with an attempt to clarify and understand my earlier comments. I was impressed with that- that showed me that there is an attempt to provide good service. The doctor kept saying you have this and that problem - but I am not your dentist. Doctor - once I am in the dentist chair in your office I am your patient. I felt a little disgruntled.

I would highly recommend choosing Dr. Bawa as your dentist, she has amazing bedside manners and is very thorough with answering any questions, explaining each process, listening to her patients and providing the utmost best care possible.
