I came across A K A Bespoke Jewellers as I needed to get a ring reshaped. From the minute I spoke to Kiran I knew he was the right person for the job. He talked me through my different options and what they could / couldn’t do clearly which I appreciated since I don’t have much experience with this type of thing. Absolutely fantastic service from Kiaran and his team. He made my wife a new ring from her own jewellery, the results were stunning. Kiaran kept us updated throughout the process and sent photographs of the different stages of making the ring. I contacted Kiran months before the engagement ring was designed. There was a complication in that I was working abroad. Kiran guided us both, designed and crafted a piece of art. Yvonne screamed “I love it, I love it …”with delight when she saw the engagement ring and wedding bands. On a trip to Australia we saw a ring in a high class Jewellers. I asked if she wanted to try it on. She replied “why would I want to do that when Kiran can design a unique ring”. Enough said. I would score 10 out of 5 but I cant. We certainly will not go anywhere else and I would recommend Kiran to all.
