Being female I was a little worried of joining a gym let alone a martial arts gym. But once I had gotten through the door I left all my worries outside of the door and never looked back. I’ve never felt so welcome but also so strictly trained within a gym before and the equipment and staff is all above standards. I usually review things once I have had the full extent of it and I have been here for a few months now. Not a single bad vibe here, wish I’d have found this place sooner thank you so much for giving me more confidence, to the staff and other members here!!

Absolutley fantastic very welcoming gym coaches are very knowledgable and full of experience wether for fitness, sport or self defence which they are only to happy to help with. If your thinking of trying i would definitley recommend giving it a go even if its for one session youll only regret you didnt go sooner one of the best lifetime investments ive made in myself aswell the skills ive learned from this club i will keep and can pass it on to my kids all learned from very high level experienced fighters and coaches which will give you the best progress in a short time youll make new friendships also as the atmosphere is very warm and inviting my one regret is not joining sooner from stepping outside my comfort zone as i would like to think id be alot further along but with the coaching from this gym i have progressed alot sooner then i would have thought

Rob and the team are first class. They really know how to coach you from complete novice to professional fighter. I have trained with these guys for a few years now and I can't speak highly enough of them. If you want to get fit, learn martial arts, train for competitions or even have ambitions of getting in the UFC Octagon then they can help you reach your full potential. The club is stacked with experience and extremely welcoming to all. Get involved!

Cannot fault Combat Performance. Its professional, clean training room and amazing for all ages and levels. Very pleased i have found this place. Great teacher too, to the point and knows what he is teaching. Everyone is very friendly too and you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the doors. Its great !!! 5* on everything x

A great gym with great facilities, as a young female I’ve always felt comfortable coming to training. I’ve been welcomed by the head coach Rob and all the lads that train. The training is comprehensive and encompasses a whole range of MMA, with differing classes based on skill level and targeted skills.

Amazing club for any ages and abilities, such a welcoming atmosphere for newcomers, Rob is a brilliant coach with a wealth of knowledge to bring on anyone from new to expert. Rob puts his previous experience as a teacher to great effect and teaches brilliantly
