Came in for a last minute wash and blow dry - Staff were incredibly friendly and gave me sooo much information on how to care for my natural hair and braids. My second time visiting and the service is always top tier. I really felt like my hair was treated with love and genuine care, which is what every black girl needs ❤️

I'd almost given up on loc maintenance. I could not find any service in Manchester and beyond London that could tighten my locs to a very good standard. I have tried many salons and private individuals. I've had my locs smeared with tubs of vaseline or front done well and back where I can't see left. I found Denise at JT2. My lucky day. She knows hair, HAIR no discrimination!! She understands customer care! She understands maintenance. Thank you Denise for taking the time to do a very good job. You were my last trial. If your service hadn't gone so well, the next stage was chop and wig.

I had my hair done by Elise and when I left it was soo shiny and soft and my hair was flowing. She trimmed just the perfect amount and the staff are soo polite and lovely. Will definitely recommend to go here!!

Denise did an excellent job with my hair. She explained how to keep it healthy. I had the keratin treatment.

I've been a customer of JT2 for 30years, yes from the start, it has evolved with the trends, but still maintaining the traditions for mature customers, effectively giving a holistic service. They are very attentive the customers (any gender, race, age etc) needs and are honest through the consultation process, they won't just do your hair just for money, the advice is very customer haircare focused. With this type of ethics and their ethos of hair care in the community and beyond has kept them going through recessions and pandemic. Asked for a trim and my hair was hacked off. It is now three inches shorter on my right side and looks absolutely terrible. It's a huge blow to my self-esteem. I went back today to try and book in with a different hairstylist and I was told that it was my own fault... I left at that point and I will not be going back.

This has to be the best hairdressers I've been to yet. The service was spectacular and Omgsh my hair was just stunning when I left. I had colour red on my natural hair, trim and flat ironed. When it comes to dying your hair and trimming, only specialist should handle it.They use organic products and they are so attentive to your requirements. Absolutely amazing. Honestly look no further. I just wish I could post pictures to show you the results.
