We arrived here on Sunday afternoon just for short walk with a dog. Surprised with spacious parking, toilets and little cafe (open from 10 to dusk). After one hour walk along the river in cold weather we decided to have a look into The Cabin. Unfortunately kitchen was closed (belive 15:30) but take-away drinks and snacks still available. Lovely hot chocolate with cream and marshmallow made my day. There are few tables outside and some inside. Parking cost: first 30 mins free, up to 3hrs - Β£1.5, over 3 hrs - Β£3. Card and cash payment. Parking gate is closing at 6pm after season.

Stopped in here after walking Pendle Hill for a can of pop and an ice cream. Good selection of food and drinks and plenty of outdoor seating. Next to the car park (Β£3 for all day) and public loos. Great location for a pit stop after walking in the local area. Dog friendly too

Lovely little cafe by the car park in Barley. Fantastic hearty food. I had the beef broth with dumplings - regular was a bit too large for my appetite. One of the kids had the burger which looked fabulous and he enjoyed very much.

Wonderful little cafe that was a perfect place to eat before tackling Pendle Hill (and for getting a white chocolate Magnum afterwards). Our group of 7 ate there twice in two days, mainly because the day after our first visit we each wanted to try what the others had the day before. The Lancashire Rarebit, Ramblers breakfast and steak and onion sandwich were particularly delicious. Beautifully cooked and plentiful dishes. Lovely staff and an interesting range of Pendle and witch related goods to buy as well.

Stopped here after we had climbed up Pendle Hill for a light bite and a cup of tea. Place was very busy so we did have a little wait for our food but prices were very good considering were they are located in a prime spot right in the carpark costing only about Β£12 for 2 cheese and ham toasties that came with crisps, salad and coleslaw and 2 teas , toasties very tasty and staff friendly.

Lovely place to grab a bite to eat or coffee before heading out. Large car park and outdoor eating area. No dogs inside unfortunately

Nice little cafe, there were no seats available on our visit but the park has some tables and benches right by the water

A lovely little cafe in Barley village car park used by many climbing Pendle Hill. Excellent home cooked food including meals and snacks. Very friendly service. Gifts available in the cafe reflect the area's historical associations with witchcraft.

Very good team of hardworking staff, all beavering away very efficiently on a hot day. Prompt service. Friendly and helpful. I had a Lancashire cheese cold sandwich platter and a fruit scone. Great sarnie with lots of lovely proper cheese in. Scone was a bit of a small, runt shaped one but it was all good. Gets very busy but it doesn't affect the pleasant service you receive. I wouldn't want to work in a hot cabin on a steamy hot busy day, so all the staff did really well. Also sells consumables, mugs, teatowels etc. Plenty of outdoor seating and there's picnic tables by the stream too. Loo block just opposite. Car park which costs just Β£3 for 3+ hours. I would revisit when in the area as it was good service and food was reasonably priced too.

We parked here to have a walk up Pendle Hill, sunny day warm gentle breeze. Fantastic walk with views to match, until you come to pay for parking. Why not have a simple ticket machine, wouldn't let us pay by card or cash today. Just been online and paid when I have got back home, but looking on the Facebook page and reading some of the comments I'm not to hopeful that it will be recorded and I'll probably still receive a fine.......

The cabin is in Barley a place to set of to walk up Pendle. The cabin is a lovely little Caffè with indoor and outdoor seating. You can have a nice coffee with a cake or a meal. We had a cake, coffee and all served by nice friendly staff.

Nice little Cafe set in a picturesqe park about 1 mile from Pendle Hill and Pendle Sculpture Trail. I situated vy the main car park for both walks and Is a good start finish point. The service was fast and friendly and the food was fresh and well priced. Local ice cream and iced coffees after the walk went down well. Would certainly add a stop here into the schedule.

Great spot for walkers ascending or descending Pendle hill, great food and coffee. Warm atmosphere and friendly staff. The car park on the grounds uses ANPR so you pay when you leave. Contactless available when paying.

Good real coffee and nice home made cakes which seem very popular as we got the last 2 of the day😁 Nice to see a small tucked away place serve oat milk too.

Spacious parking on a Saturday morning. Reasonable parking charges and the Cabin was great for a quick cuppa before our walk up Pendle hill. Menu was also reasonably priced and the staff were friendly. Lots of large picnic tables outside.
