Very good, when it's open, but why bother putting opening times on website if you are not going to adhere to them. I have many times been , only to find its closed early.... today it was just after 3:30 and it was all shut up and gone and they dont open till late....very annoying when you travel a couple of miles. If you are closing early take your opening times down. RIDICULOUS

I never ever write reviews, but I just wanted to give some praise to the guy that served me today. This guy was the most polite person, he was prompt and made my day better, this guy needs a raise seriously, so positive and cheerful! And the food was great as always

Quite possibly one of the most expensive subways I've ever bought. £6.50 for a 6-in a packet of crisps and a drink. Ridiculous. Don't have this, don't have that... Bottles only 🙄 Do yourself a favour, there are some great little takeaways just down the road and it will only cost you a pound or two more.

No problems here. Good service. Nice coffee. A member of staff admonished two customers who kept touching the counter tops and hadn't used the antibacterial hand cleanser provided. Full marks for that.

Terrible service. Asked for an emergency services discount. I've obtained this previously at this branch as I live locally. Allows the recipient a foot long for the price of a normal so saves a couple of quid at most. This has been honoured at every Subway I've ever used, except once they denied it because I wasn't in uniform. This time I was (under a fleece). Member of staff basically accused me of lying - stating that in six years she had never given that specific discount and that they didn't support it. Even though I had obtained it previously on more than one occasion at this very shop! I don't expect a discount but I don't enjoy being talked to like that either. If you work for the military/emergency services/NHS don't use

Been here twice in the last two weeks as I deliver to clitheroe from Manchester and it’s great to pick up some lunch and a coffee on my way back. The first time the lady who served me was very friendly, informed me of an offer that made my order cheaper and added a cookie! The second time was another lady who served me and she made a cracking salad and she too was very friendly. Nice little place, very clean and well kept.

Never had a subway before. Won't be having another. Took 5 min just to choose the bread...asked for salad...ended up with all sorts on in the name if salad...tons of olives..and peppers...on bacon and cheese! Was just the most awful sandwich full of odd things I wouldn't dream of putting on a bacon cheese sandwich...never again.

Lovely staff..always so friendly and chatty even though they are mostly run off their feet. I would highly recommend 👌

Nice fresh sandwiches. It is my regular coffee shop, great value. Very polite and friendly staff environment is always kept clean and tidy by the staff.

Saturday staff Poor customer service. Unfriendly staff. Used same knife to cut a plain ham and cheese that was just used to cut a sandwich that had chili sauce on. So chili sauce on plain sandwich and all over wrapping as didnt change gloves. Staff never smiled. Never said thank you or please. One of staff huffed at a customer as he forgot to order something

Sandwich was excellent….eventually.!! Chose beef but wasn’t told it had peppers in.! I have an allergy. Felt very rushed even though I was the only person in the shop. Not a good experience.!! Won’t bother going to the clitheroe subway again.

Its five stars for the decent priced coffee every time.. good service and clean tables

Very good service Very efficient young lady servicing .counter display was very clean and all meats salads ext looked well maintained ...impressed .

I simply asked for some salad on my nachos and the manager said I wasn't allowed it. I told her that I had it before and she said "not here" and I said I had and asked if she was calling me a liar, to which she answered "yes, you are lying". I said I not longer wanted the nachos and carried on with the sandwich order. She said I was allowed the salad this one time, I said I wasn't interested now and she could have them. She gave me such attitude and ended up chucking my sandwich across the shop at her staff and told me to get out. Utter disgusting behaviour from a so called manager. I think subway should think hard about having such a disgusting person running this shop and I've heard that she is rude to other customers too. Utterly ridiculous and I will not be using this shop again, especially when there was wonderful staff at the subway at barrowbrook only just down the road, they couldn't have been more opposite to this woman. I felt sorry for her staff as she obviously treats them like dirt on the bottom of her shoe. I think she needs to get a job that isn't customer facing as its obviously not for her. All this because she wanted to, what, save on a tiny bit of salad - how sad!
