It's nice (lovely salt and pepper chips). Just such a shame there has been no seaweed for such a long time. Not a lot of choice for vegetarians - I do wish you would consider expanding your menu and do some tofu dishes.

We've been regular customers for 14yrs and very disappointed in them this weekend. They got my order wrong and had a terrible attitude about it. Quality of food has gone downhill too. We will go to another Chinese takeaway from now on!!

Food was ok but a wait of over 20 mins for fish and chips and it wasnt even busy

Ordered Salt and Pepper chips and ended up with a tray of chips and onions. And what looked like grated peppers. Went back to ask why my tray was full of onions as I didn't like onions and that wasn't what I ordered. Got laughed at and told no to a refund.

Excellent food, fish and chips my wife's favourite, their curry too notch. Staff friendly. My regular stop . 5 star rating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love this place, fantastic food been going for years, don't live in the area anymore but when I do visit I always get Chinese from here

Recently moved to Evergreen from my go to Chinese after a couple of bad experiences and have been really impressed by the quality of food, value and service. Had five take outs on the bounce now and consistency of quality is good too.

Food can be brilliant one day and dry the next, ordered last night, got home and they had forgot to put the rice in! So not brilliant all the time but when they get it right it's amazing.

I avoid it like the plague! The meat is so awfully over tendeised with enzymes. The only thing I like from there is the made-to-order chop suey roll. I suppose I'm spoiled by my liking for China Town in Mcr where I used to live.

My husband prefers this Chinese to all the others. Most of the other takeaways when you spend a certain amount throw in the prawn crackers which cost pennies to buy and make!!! We spent £25 and had to pay £2.10 for a bag of prawn crackers 😡😡. I think the food is average but annoys me that they charge for them when spending so much.

Been going for years . food now bland and tasteless with cheap meats used won't go again

My cousin and I recently bought lightly battered fish, it was divine! And only took minutes to prepare.

I have been coming to Evergreen for years but the last time I visited I saw that there were cooked battered fish in a cold “hot cupboard” whilst I waited for my usual order the phone rang and the lady behind the counter took an order for fish and chips a few minutes later one of the cold battered fish got refried, now I’m not a chef but I’m sure that cannot be safe! I will be staying clear from now on.
