    Easily the worst kfc I’ve visited. Always waiting 15-20 minutes at least. Always understaffed. Staff that are present couldn’t care less how long you’re waiting. The whole point of fast food, especially the drive thru, is that you’re in and out quickly. Never been through this place quickly, really don’t know why I continue to put myself through this. If you’re thinking of visiting, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

    Great but it takes ages to get your FAST FOOD! Been there for 40 mins in the queue before, if not more. Gotta go, left my chicken in the oven

    Feeling hungry we decided to go to KFC.. We looked on our phone and decided what we were ordering. You can't order that without having the KFC app on your phone she said.. The mobile data is very weak round there so after 20 minutes we still couldn't download it. I said it won't download and she just said sorry.. I went somewhere else to eat.. somewhere that didn't put obstacles in the way.. Won't be going back..

    Very nice, new KFC. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a chilli wrap, it should've have been slightly hotter, but all in all a pleasant visit.

    Although the food is the same and alright! The queue for waiting for the drive thru is totally unacceptable. Honestly I've been here a fair few times and I simply don't learn my lesson. Anyone would. E lucky if they are able to go through the drive thru within 40mins.

    The seasoning they are now putting on the chips is awful. Ordered a wrap and it had more very acidic coleslaw than chicken. Couldnt eat it and threw it away

    Went through the drive through and they missed a meal off but were good enough to offer a full replacement code for when I went again. I went again and gave the code along with more food I was ordering. GUESS WHAT they messed up again. Absolutely useless staff no idea how to check an order. Will not be going back and would not recommend to anyone. Head office will be getting an email as this is basic human error twice in a row now.

    Both myself and my wife had the mighty box for one x 2 it was really good not greasy just really good and top notch service as a young lady helped my wife with her blue card app. Thanks KFC Barrow Brook .. excellent 👍

    The drive through window had a sign asking people to wait for an attendent, but no attendent came, then a voice came through the speaker which was totally unconprehencible. The food was cold.

    Really slow service despite there being loads of staff. Food was cold as the order wasn't put together at the same time. Then the order was wrong. No atmosphere felt quite eerie.

    We live within a 3 mile radius of 2 other KFC but always visit this one because the service is always spot on and food cooked well and order accurate. What happened?! Ridiculous wait in the drive thru lane. The order kiosk looks like someone is packing up and moving home with all the boxes on show which gives an air of company which doesn’t care about presentation. Gone is the person taking orders and instead we have a speaker. There is no way to check if your order has been recorded correctly. It was a Sat eve and there were only 3 very young men on shift. Needless to say the order was incorrect. An item missing. An item ordered but not recorded. The salt was damp in its wrappers. We are on the car park where we sat and watched one young man put in his air pods and mess with his phone as he cleaned the tables with a blue cloth and no spray. He merely wiped from one table to the next spreading whatever germs there were present to the next table. Sad to say we won’t be returning.

    Just a KFC, food usual standard, staff are only what you'd expect from a KFC. Place was clean, food was quick. There's a McDonald's, a Greggs, and a Starbucks here too. Only complaint is that when sitting in it felt very cold but it is winter, the place was empty, we sat near the window and I was tired. It's on my list of places that's worth a stop when travelling this way

    They overcharged me and then said they couldn’t authorise a refund. Then they said they could and did to be fair. Then I 20 minutes for food whilst they prioritised drive-thrus. Once I finally got my food, they told me that despite having already paid for corn, they don’t have any. They said they couldn’t do a second refund, so I had to have a substitute I didn’t want - baked beans. The lad I dealt with was friendly enough and apologetic about it. But, they seemed so disorganised in there, the place was also filthy to sit down on anything. I went go again - McDonald’s next door is much better organised. Only gave 2 and not 1 because the chicken was good and at least the lad was apologetic about the situation

    Drive thru is incredibly slow, if there’s any more than 5 cars in the queue expect to wait no less than 20 minutes

    The digital menu behind the counter didn't work so had to guess what I could order....was told by staff it been off for a week.. everyone in que scratching their heads as to what food was available to order.. food came cold... burgers thrown together with all salad loose in box... avoid this place !!!

    The drive though waiting times are an absolute joke we literally were the only car there and waited nearly 20 minutes at the window for our food which was a basic meal I have. I complaints about the food however but come on kfc. Sort it out 😠

    Literally just been and said while ordering, please get it right as it’s usually wrong as was re-assured, so got the food and took home thinking surely it’s right, got a Gravy Box, get home, open it, NO GRAVY!!! Not rocket science and it’s in the name, employ some people who can do basic things! Service is bad every single time, not bothering again, it’s annoying, incompetent and just not good enough for a place like this.

    I really dislike chicken legs and until the last few months the staff have been good at leaving out any chicken legs in my meals. Now all I seem to get are chicken legs no matter what meal I order, despite my asking for no legs!! I would rather they just say that is all they have, so I can go somewhere else and not keep wasting my money. It's a shame because the staff, although young, are always polite and friendly. Tonight I bought a 6-piece bucket, 4 pieces were legs, I think they have now lost a customer 😔

    Great food again here now . Customer service is fantastic at the drive through, can't remember all their names but , Liz ,Scarlet and Tom have been absolutely lovely at the times we've called .

    Cant score a star or anything as spent 50 mins in drive thru 10 mins at a window with no one speaking at all or acknowledging your there ended up just driving away without food will never visit again worst kfc I've ever been to

    Food can be hit and miss even for a KFC. Staff are nice enough when spoken to otherwise mostly seem miserable. Don't expect Michelin star service but it could be better.

    Was 2nd in the queue and took 45 mins to even place an order. The member of staff who took the order had to go prep the food which left no-one to take any more orders. The drive through was on loud speaker so the entire building heard every drive through order. Staff were pleasant just not enough of them it seems. 3-4 on a Saturday tea time is ludicrous

    Ordered through the app, went to pick uo the food and waited ages for sombody to come to the drive through window. Nobody ever did. Ended up having to go around to the collection point to order it there. The lad at the window was lovely and sorted it all out. But could just do with better organisation or more staff maybe

    Filthiest resturant I have ever been in, food all over the floor, tables not cleared, disgusting to have to sit in and look at the mess, clearly understaffed as we waited 15 minutes before we even got served inside, staff too busy with drive thru customers, will never be back ever, shocking for a big chain like KFC.
