    Let me tell you Nick is great. He is one of the most experienced personal trainers around and I couldn't be happier with my results. If you want to be pushed and want to see your body change then Nick is your best option. thanks again Nick

    I have been speaking with Nick @ Lep Fitness for a few months before taking up his 8 Weeks Xmas Challenge. Now, I've been sceptical about online PT's, due to throwing money at rubbish ones and getting nowhere, with barely any help along the way. With Nick, it's like having him here with me. If I don't contact Nick, he contacts me, checks in asking if I need him or anything. It's brilliant. I'm so far 6 weeks into the 8 weeks challenge, being a stone lighter on the scales, feeling mentally & physically better in myself. Looking in the mirror isn't as scary anymore, I can see the work i've put in from Nicks workouts & nutrition plans are paying off. Now, don't get me wrong, I have slipped now and then, knowing if i'd have been 100% every week, I would have lost a lot more weight. But Nick is there to hold me accountable for falling off plan if it's with the meals or workouts. Meals are easy and simple to cook, no spending loads in the shops to make a single meal, it's so budget friendly. The workouts are simple and very effective, I actually feel like i've done a workout when completed. Honestly, I started the challenge being scepital just by tarring nick with the same brush of bad experiences, to now having absolute total faith in Nick, he knows exactly what's needed to get the results you want. I cannot at all recommend Nick enough! He's set me on a journey, the Gym is back being a habit and something I enjoy again! Thanks so much matey! I appreciate all your positivity and thought sharing and especially all the help you've given me during this challenge!

    I have been coached by Nick for 4 months now and have had an amazing experience. He took the time to get to know me and asked what I struggle with and what my goals are. I was in a bad place mentally and had plateaued in my strength training and fitness. Nick's coaching has supported me to push myself and become stronger, my clothes fit me better (or are even too big now!) and I'm feeling more confident in my workouts and how I look day to day. Nick is friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging, and respectful. Signing up to be coached by him was one of the best decisions I made in 2023 and I am looking forward to working with him in 2024 and seeing what more I can achieve!

    Having worked with nick over the past 3 months has been hard, but he's always been there to help me through whatever needed. He's a fantastic coach and a good friend always encouraging and motivating you every week. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend nick to anyone he's a great chap with plenty of knowledge to help anyone get the body they want.

    I have been working with Nick for the last 7 weeks and he has been nothing but supportive in helping me work towards my personal fitness goals. He is friendly, knowledgable and incredibly motivating. I would definitely recommend Nick and am looking forward to seeing what I can achieve with his encouragement over the coming months.

    Nick was able to make me feel great again with what he provide for my workouts. The only regret you'll have with Nick would be that you didn't sign up earlier to his program. I truly believe in that fact that being health just overall makes you live a better life.

    Nick has been training me for the past 5 week, and for the 10 sessions together, he has already helped me tremendously in improving my general fitness. He is very motivated and helps you to be motivated throughout each and every single session. I may not have had my best day ever before I went into a training session but I always feel great after one! Nick not only pushes you to be better and stronger during each session, he also encourages you to be the best of yourself outside the sessions. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a personal trainer :)

    Nick has given me the confidence I need to get back into training, he's very passionate on what he does. He will motivate you and get the best version of you. He's made my training and nutrition plan sustainable to my lifestyle, I like knowing I have plan to follow and the best thing is... It doesn't require being in the gym for long periods of time. Nick has been my online PT now for 12 weeks. I feel stronger, mentally aswell as physically. My training intestinty has improved massively and all the hard work is starting to show. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Never thought I’d have a PT, but after many attempts of loosing weight by myself and, usually I end up loosing motivation and after a year weight was back on. But after seeing some of the results of clients at LEP I thought it’s time to get help, to get me back on track. Nick has been really supportive, motivated to help me reach my goals. I’ve completed Phase 1, I’ve lost over a stone in weight, toned up, a lot more motivated to do better and feel better in general. Anyone looking for a PT i highly recommend Nick.

    Having had a lifetime in sport, including at elite level, I had a good knowledge of exercise and I thought I knew what good would look like for me with regards to body composition/weight. But in the last 12 months since working with Nick, he has shifted my perspective on this and taken me to a place that was never on the radar. I must admit to privately thinking "yeah right" when he said I should target 10kg weight loss. At 57kg it wasn't that I had masses to lose. Or so I thought. A little over 8kg's later and I am converted!. Achieving this has been hard work yes, but not at the expense of still having a life. Nick's locker contains a multitude of additional support. Whether that's nutrition, diet, recipes, supplements, tools and recovery tips for niggles, interesting reading or just a good Netflix series to pick up! One of my biggest take away's other than the physical transformation, has been his rounded approach to diet and exercise, both the mental and physical. Having a stressful day job, for me Nick has provided a lot of support during our sessions to shift engrained mindsets. He has always maintained that working better with my energy and getting boundaries in place, would be my biggest transformation and game changer to producing physical results. It's still w.i.p but I am looking forward to the next phase and where this takes me. 5* from me. Nick is the full package as a PT and also, just a really nice guy.

    I started working with LEP having decent fitness as a runner and footballer but without ever being able to enjoy or stick to a weight training plan. Over our sessions together Nick has built a plan around my other commitments and developed my confidence with weight training. Incorporating this into training along with running has helped me lose 6kg and build up muscle & functional strength. As a coach Nick is incredibly supportive and gives really simple straightforward pointers to focus on during workouts

    It has been an absolute pleasure working with Nick over the past 3 months. He genuinely listens to what you want from your programme, and then designs a plan that is demanding but can fit around hectic lifestyles. The results have been fantastic, which is the main measure, but the process of working with Nick has also been really great and fundamental to any success I've had. I'd strongly recommend LEP Fitness to bring the expertise and knowledge to your commitment and motivation and improve your performance, especially if you feel stuck in a rut with your current training approach.

    Nick is a fantastic coach and great person. He has got me quick and excellent results with his summer challenge program and as a result, I am continuing my fitness journey with Nick once I complete the program. Nick is down to earth and very easy to talk to and confide with. One of the first things I realised with Nick as my coach is that he doesn’t only want to help improve my fitness, but also my general wellbeing - his coaching doesn’t just stop at training and nutrition. I look forward to continuing my progress with Nick and highly recommend him.

    Nick has been amazing, I have been with him around 15 months now and already signed up for the next 6 and will carry on beyond. Nick is always on hand for any advice and help not only physically but mentally as well which is very important as we all know how work and life in general can affect your focus when trying to lose weight and improve your physique. I used to yo yo up and down but since being with Nick I have steadily continued to lose weight and receive so many compliments. I can honestly say he is the best coach I have used.

    Had the pleasure of working with Nick over a 12 week period resulting in a staggering 10 kg weight loss. He definitely knows his stuff and was very prompt with replying as well as providing me with solid feedback at the weekly check in sessions. Answered any questions that I had in a manner that was easy to comprehend and did not overcomplicate things. I feel this program has helped me develop the foundations required to help me achieve my long term fitness goals. Would definitely recommend.

    Just completed my first 12 weeks with nick and it has been an amazing experience. I’ve gotten a lot stronger every week and I’ve lost just over 5kg which is unbelievable from where I was to where I am now, this included 2 weeks off at Christmas to enjoy myself. He’s given me the information and knowledge of what it takes to lose weight gain muscle and create good routines that are going to be handy for the rest of my life. I would recommend nick to anyone for changing their life around an amazing coach and even more amazing person! Can’t wait for the next 12 weeks

    After 12 weeks with Nick, I feel completely transformed mentally and physically. I have lost about a stone in weight, have so much more energy thanks to the diet and with his help and guidance, I have become stronger and stronger.     I started my plan with Nick 12 weeks ago as I had gotten myself into a rut during lockdown and wanted to get fitter, and feel better within myself for my up and coming wedding. Nick tailored a home fitness plan which slotted into my weekly routine and the recipe books also gave me some great options to pick from. Both making it very easy for me to stick to and keeping me motivated throughout the program! I’m so pleased with the results and what I’ve achieved! I’m looking forward to us working together again over the next 12 weeks towards the next set of goals!

    I started a virtual coaching program with Nick four months ago from across the pond in Boston. It's been life changing.     It’s been an amazing journey training with Nick. I’m an international student living in Sheffield and when I first moved my eating habits changed and I gained 20kgs and lost my self esteem which led to social anxiety. I found lep fitness on google and contacted . It’s the best decision ever because I have made an amazing progress at the gym . I have improved my physical and mental health. I’m confident and I never knew my potential until now. To anyone out there who needs to make their life much better , contact nick . Being a university student , it’s so hard to eat healthy and there are many obstacles , nick considers all that and makes the plan flexible. I rep my past max now and I did my first ever push ups . Truly amazing trainer ! Forever grateful and I will not stop training . I’m sure my future self will thank me .

    After just 8 weeks of working with Nick I have lost 2 Stone, totally changed my body shape and am fitter and healthier than I have been in years. I have tried countless diets and plans without sticking to any and though I’ve never had a face to face session with Nick the weekly check-ins and accountability are working for me. My food and exercise plan are both tailored to me, my likes and dislikes, current fitness level and injuries. I am eating huge portions of food that I love which has made it easy to stick to. The exercises are challenging, but I am thoroughly enjoying my daily walks and seeing myself get stronger every week!

    PT with Nick has exceeded my hopes and expectations. I wanted to get fitter, to feel more confident in my wedding dress, after 2 years of invasive hospital treatment which had dented my self esteem and body image. Nick was incredibly supportive, and encouraging. I was also under immense stress due to personal circumstances within my family, and training with Nick not only helped me get fitter, stronger (and look amazing in my wedding dress) - but the emotional strength I gained from the sessions, really helped me through this difficult time. Training has been the best thing I have done for my recovery, and outweighs anything else I have done to support my recovery. Training has helped me develop confidence, and belief in my own health and ability, which after a life threatening illness, is one of the toughest things to psychologically overcome. Nick is such a genuine, and sincere guy, I would recommend him as a personal trainer to anyone.

    I've been working with Nick for about 10 months and I couldn't be happier! He listened carefully to my goals and set about creating an action plan specific to me. Nick has also paid close attention to my injuries and niggles and has adapted sessions to help me build back my strength and target problem areas.     Nick could not show any more dedication and enthusiasm in my personal journey and helping me reach my goals. He is with you every step of the way. Everything on the programme is easy to follow, from the exercises to the nutrition plan. When you do have questions Nick explains things in a clear and helpful manner. He pushes me each week and holds me accountable and that’s what I’d been missing for so long. Since working with Nick I feel like I have a clear sense of direction and purpose when I walk into a gym, rather than just aimlessly turning up.     Nick is an excellent personal trainer: not only is he knowledgeable, but he's able to communicate his knowledge with clarity and enthusiasm.     In the 12 weeks since I started working with Nick, I have gone from 84Kg down to 76, and the results have been visibly noticeable. Nick tailors each fitness programme to suit the client's needs and to acheive their desired goals. His wealth of resources and knowledge include bespoke recipe books, youtube videos demonstrating how to perform each exercise, and regular contact to check in with you and answer any questions.     Have been with LEP fitness three months now and am more confident, have a routine, and am just happier overall. The results are great and Nick has supported me in understanding that results are gradual and consistency is key. The diet plans were really good and easy to do, and Nick is always there to message and give advice he never makes you feel like you are pestering him. Before Nick I tried a couple of other PT’s and they had great reviews but I just never felt comfortable with them like I do with Nick, even little things like sending progress pictures were an issue before but not with Nick and he is very understanding. Would definitely recommend him and looking forward to continuing my journey!

    I can’t not recommend LEP sports massages enough! Sally was really great she asked me lots of questions before the massage to make sure she was focusing on the areas I was suffering with. After the massage I feel great and lost about an inch of tension from my shoulders, I had so much more mobility and the pain I’d been experienced went completely! Sally offered great aftercare and explained everything I needed to post massage at home. Sally was lovely to deal with and made me feel so welcomed and relaxed, I couldn’t recommend her more!

    I’ve known Nick since LEP’s inception, and always thought I knew all about fitness and nutrition, so I never reached out. During lockdown, I recognised I had no accountability to eat well/ go to the gym or be healthy in general. Nick has provided that accountability for me which has not only opened my eyes to better nutrition, but I have lost weight, increased muscle mass, QUIT SMOKING after 12 years; and cut out sugar from my copious brews. LEP really is a Life Enrichment Programme that Nick supports you in every aspect of your health goals. Cannot recommend Nick highly enough

    Having been with Nick over the last 12 weeks I've manage to lose nearly 2 stone and have never felt healthier. My training has improved dramatically and so has my physique and recovery rate. Nick set plans out that would benefit me and has remained in constant contact with me throughtout my journey. He's extremely knowledgeable, a great motivator and makes you feel like a mate more than just a client.     Working with Nick over the last 12 weeks has been amazing. It’s taken me a long time to admit that I needed help to lose weight and regain my fitness. I’ve tried all sorts of things before and always got the same result. I was nervous in reaching out to Nick, but from the first call I was out at ease. We spoke for what felt like hours, about how I felt and what I wanted to get from the program. The program is easy to follow, and includes all the support (and more importantly, the accountability) that you need. Nick is always at the end of the phone if I’ve needed guidance, or just to check that I’m on the right track. I will admit that I didn’t think having an online trainer would work, but Nick has demonstrated that he can get results with his plan and methods, all I had to do was commit and show up. After 12 weeks I’m 10kg down and loving the challenge of improving my health & fitness. Looking forward to phase 2 and more progress.

    I’ve been working with Nick for the past three months. The workout and nutrition plans he has developed for me have been clear and easy to follow. While I ran quite a lot before I began working with Nick, I was keen to develop my overall fitness and build upper body strength. Nick helped me to develop a clear set of goals and then developed a plan to achieve them over time through consistent action. This initial work has been followed by regular check-in’s and advice. I have already seen great physical improvement, as well as a change in my overall approach to health. I’m greatly looking forwarding to continuing to work with Nick, and to seeing this progress continue - I would definitely recommend!

    I surprised myself with actually being able to stick to a plan for longer than a week! Couldn’t recommend Nick enough. The plan is tailored very much to you, what you want to achieve and what is realistic for you and your life. The check-ins every week hold you accountable and Nick is always on hand if you have any ad hoc questions at any point. I had a very minor operation on my arm during my time working with Nick, so he created something different that I could do for a couple of weeks while I was still recovering; enabling me to keep my training routine and still feel like I was progressing. I feel better and fitter than I ever have done before and I have developed some excellent habits that I have been able to stick to now that I have stopped working with Nick. 10/10.

    I cannot give Nick a high enough recommendation! When I first contacted him, I was feeling really quite low, and at a loss of what I could do to improve my fitness after years of failed attempts to regain it following the birth of my child. I was feeling doughy and feeble, and craved the strength and energy I once had. Using commercial gyms always ended up with the same result, doing the same old thing and getting stuck after a few months. I was frustrated with my situation and lack of knowledge/motivation. What I wanted was to not only regain my fitness but take it beyond the place I had before. (not super women but close, lol) In the past I have used a couple of PT's with varying success, though I was in the mind set something had to change to get me out of this rut. I did quite a bit of research and I kept coming back to Nick @ LEP. After a few discussions on my past experiences and future goals I started training with Nick. It didn't take long to realise that his approach to training was like nothing I'd experienced before. It was completely refreshing and just what I had been looking for all these years. I feel like I have been given a special peek into what it is like to train as a professional athlete. I wasn't getting beasted like I had in the past (and thought that was what it was meant to be like), no, he was very conscious of pushing me just to where I needed to be to see improvements but not breaking me. Nicks attention to detail and tailored individual support towards his training programs is amazing. In the past I became bored if I had to repeat sets of the same exercises, but Nick knew just how to keep me and my body guessing which created an excitement before each session. Not only does he support you through your physical improvement journey, he is also like a wise old owl (sorry Nick for the old!). I have learnt more about myself and ways to stay motivated than I ever thought possible, which has been brilliant for rebuilding my confidence. Over the last 3 months I have been training with Nick, I have seen my physical appearance change for the better and my self esteem elevated so much I have just signed up for my first half marathon! I never believed I would take up a challenge like this, and I feel this has only been possible with Nicks help. I am so impressed with how far I have come, I have decided to stay with Nick for another few months to see where my journey will take me next. Thank you for all your support Nick! ;0)

    Nick is an outstanding coach who has always been on top form with every session and interaction since the initial consultation. He has a clear passion to deliver top quality training (both physically and mentally) to anyone that he works with. I hadn't stepped foot in a gym at the start of the programme and I requested that I would like to focus solely on weight-training. Over the past 4 months, Nick has developed my confidence massively and the results so far have been as clear as day in my sprint orienteering competitions. My well-being has dramatically improved since starting sessions with him. He is a really down to earth coach and he has excellent awareness as to know where my max capacity is with my body, without overburning. I've not had a personal trainer before and I'm really lucky to have found him since recently moving into Sheffield. I would strongly recommend Nick as a coach for all levels of fitness - you will certainly see lots of progress!

    I’ve been doing the virtual sessions with Nick, they’re great - he gives detailed feedback on the correct technique for each exercise and is very encouraging. He keeps the sessions interesting by varying the exercises often and sets programmes to follow for the rest of the week based on the session. He keeps in contact and answers any questions quickly, would recommend highly to anyone 👍

    I have now had two sports massages with Sally, specifically for pregnancy related aches and pains. I was really impressed with Sally’s professionalism both with the massage and with the current Covid guidelines - I felt completely safe and reassured by her attention to detail. After discussing the hip and lower back pain I had been suffering with over the last few weeks, Sally helped to ease some of my problem areas whilst checking in with me throughout and working on other areas that may be contributing to my discomfort. Sally also gave me some simple stretches to try at home which really helped. The room where I had my massage was warm, comfortable and inviting resulting in me feeling instantly relaxed. Both massages have really helped with my discomfort, mobility and overall well-being. Most importantly they’ve helped me to enjoy my pregnancy a little more, as I am now not in as much pain! I will definitely be booking in again.

    I worked with Nick for 8 weeks and was aiming to lose some weight and body fat. I ended up losing 5kg and looking a million times better than I did at the start. I had spent months and months in a gym but was not getting any results Nick made me a custom meal plan with the foods that I enjoy and the workouts were tailored to me I only have 1 set of dumbells so combined this with some body weight exercise e.g press ups I checked in with Nick every week and he was always quick to come back to me when making any changes to the diet or answering any questions. I found him incredibly knowledgeable and professional when interacting with him I would highly recommend the 8 week fat loss programme and it is great he can accommodate working out from home and limited or no equipment

There are many trainers and influencers who succumb to marketing gimmicks that least provide a client-centred service and progress for their clientele but Nick and his team put all their passion, sincerity into their business and service and it shows both on a personal and professional scale.     After seeing a review left by a friend and having suffered from back and hip pain throughout the last 12 weeks of my pregnancy, I contacted Sally to arrange a massage. From the moment I arrived at LEP Fitness Sally was welcoming and friendly. She asked questions about my pregnancy and about the pains I had been getting. I took my own pillows but Sally provided towels to keep me covered during the massage. From start to finish I felt very comfortable and relaxed and can honestly say the difference from when I arrived was instant! I haven’t felt this pain free for weeks. Throughout the massage Sally checked I was ok and that I was comfortable. If you’re in need of a massage don’t hesitate to book in with Sally! Would definitely recommend! Thanks again!

    Having one session a week with Nick and its worth every penny. I feel so much better physically but more importantly mentally. He's easy to talk to and supportive throughout the workouts. One of the best things I've ever done. If you're thinking about joining up, I definitely recommend it, if you're going to invest in anything, invest in yourself, you wont regret it :)

    I had a sports massage with Sally yesterday after suffering with back pain for a long period of time. Sally was welcoming and so lovely. She was really professional, asked me about my issues and found where my pain was. After the massage which felt amazing she advised me on what I could do to help it at home. I feel so much better for going already!! The studio that Sally works from was also very well looked after and clean. I would definitely 100% recommend!!! Thank you Sally!!

    After receiving a pregnancy sports massage from Sally yesterday I felt so relaxed and extremely loose, the feeling of tension and knots had disappeared. She worked specifically on a troublesome area of my Glutes which I can feel had started to help the area. The experience was wonderful from start to finish - I would highly recommend LEP Fitness for any one requiring a sports massage! I have booked back in for 5 weeks time 😊 thank you Sally!!

    I started personal training with Ollie at LEP Fitness five weeks ago. Until then I had felt so lost. My biggest problem was not being able to motivate myself. I thought that I was beyond help. Ollie is fantastic at motivating me. He's always bright and full of energy and I've come to love our early-morning sessions. On the days I'm not at LEP I find that I really miss it. I'm amazed at the progress I've made in a little over a month. I'm fast approaching losing my first 14lbs but that's hardly the biggest change: my fitness and mobility levels are improving by the week, and every week brings a new personal best. I'm writing this on a weekend. Before I found LEP I'd have spent this weekend eating crisps and feeling bad. Instead I'll be eating healthily and cycling 20 miles. I'm already looking forward to my next session!

    I’ve been trained by Ollie from LEP fitness for the past 5 weeks. The progress in both my physical and mental health is noticeable, and I couldn’t have done it without Ollie, or without Nick’s fantastic self-help emails and recipe guides. I know that this is only the beginning for me, but I’ve now built a solid foundation with which to change my mindset and physical appearance long into the future. Couldn’t have done it without either of them.     Thank you sooo much Nick! The change in my physical and mental well being has been mind-blowing. I feel as if with other trainers, they had not gone deep enough on my actual diet in terms of something I can stick too in the long term, but Nick gets it.     I started training with Ollie from LEP fitness around 7 weeks ago with the aim of getting back into shape and lose some weight. The impact training with Ollie has already had on me has exceeded my expectations; my fitness has improved massively, I've started to get into my clothes again, I've rediscovered my love of running outside of our training sessions, my mental well-being is much improved and am learning everyday about diet and nutrition. I've got so much out of the first 7 weeks of training. The support and motivation that Ollie (and Nick) give me during and outside the training sessions is also second to none and keeping me honest and determined I'm looking forward to continuing training with LEP fitness as so far it has made a huge difference to my life

    I started training with Ollie a couple of months ago. I absolutely love coming to the sessions and with Ollie's help I have lost weight and improved my fitness so much. He has given me back my motivation to run on a regular basis and look after my health more. The sessions go so quickly and I literally bounce out of the gym.     I started training with Nick just over a month ago to help build my strength after injuries. I only used to train on the treadmill before and wasn't really sure what else I could do to improve my fitness. In a short space of time I have built up my strength and can now manage my injuries a lot easier, whilst doing exercises I never thought I could do.     I'm midway through a ten week training plan with Nick and Ollie. From the initial consultation, it was clear that Nick was very knowledgeable and capable of devising the right plan to suit my specific needs. It was great to have a set of goals to work towards even before the training; on top of this, Nick and Ollie have reviewed the outcome of each session and modified the plan to lead to a continual improvement in my overall fitness. Nick is also very encouraging about the need to continue training outside of the sessions in order to reap the maximum benefit. I would highly recommend LEP fitness for the supportive, motivational and goal-orientated personal training.

    Training with LEP has and continues to be a fantastic experience. Ollie has always taken the time to listen to me and then tailor each session with my own goals in mind, whilst simultaneously pushing me on to aim for new and greater goals.     8 weeks into training with Nick and I've achieved much more than I could have imagined! I can talk from experience, I felt nervous about getting a PT due to body confidence but at the initial consultation, I felt at ease talking with Nick about where I was and what I wanted to achieve - since then the results have been amazing! In just over 2 months, not only have I lost 2 stone, drastically increased my strength and confidence, but I also feel so much better and fitter on a day to day basis! Nick really is an expert in the field - his passion for getting the best out of his clients really comes across in the sessions, not settling for the easy or comfortable, but also pushing for the next best thing!     I get married in May and needed to make some lifestyle changes for the big day but also in general to improve my fitness and wellbeing. I always struggled with diets and personal trainers from the gym and always ended up taking one step forward and three back. I read a review of LEP Fitness and arranged to meet Nick. Immediately his attention to detail and knowledge helped me take steps towards my goals. He taught me exactly how to train correctly and smash new limits I never knew I had, whilst sharing his many personal recipe books which have helped enormously - you can eat good tasting food and still lose weight! What stands Nick and LEP Fitness out from the rest is he gets to know you and builds a rapport which was so important for me and for the training to work - somebody who actually wants to help you and equally strives for new heights within your sessions. From here we could set ambitious, but achievable targets - two stone down later, a body I never thought I could have, much more confidence, and a more healthier outlook on day to day life. Apart from having to buy new clothes...I really cannot recommend LEP Fitness enough!

    I signed up to an 8 week programme with Nick. I lost one stone before the end of the programme and was slimmer with improved muscle definition. The programme was very clear and easy to use. Nick is extremely helpful, professional and positive. His communication is fast and clear. This programme gave me the confidence to use areas of the gym I hadn't used before. A very good experience, I would recommend you give it a go if you want to know you are making the most of your time to get the best results possible.

    Nick is a fantastic coach and even better guy! Worked with me well during the 12 week period. I found the plan a good fit for me as it allowed flexibility with my unusual and difficult work/life balance. Am very happy with my results, I lost over 6kgs and can definitely see a difference in my body shape and definition. This was a huge achievement for me as I’ve always struggled to stick with fitness but Nick made it fun/supportive and easier than I’ve ever found it. Would highly recommend Nick so people should seek him out and get started if your goal this year is to improve your fitness/body/eating habits!

    I recently completed an 8 week challenge with Nick. I had put on a bit of weight and was not in the best place mentally. Nick took the time to get to know me, my personal circumstances and my goals. After completing the challenge, I am now much happier with my appearance and have greatly improved my mental health. I would 100% recommend taking that step and getting in touch with Nick, he is a fantastic coach, a ‘normal’ guy and will be there to help at any time 👍🏻

    I completed Nicks 8 week summer challenge and couldn’t be more happy with my results. The plan was easy to follow and Nick gave me all the info I needed to succeed - workout plans, nutrition plans and weekly check-ins to give a healthy amount of accountability to keep me on track and answer any questions I had. I was really impressed with my results - lost weight, lowered body fat, improved strength and learnt a lot to know what I’d need to keep working on. I’d definitely recommend Nick to anyone looking for great results and a great personal service from someone who is genuinely interested in helping you achieve your goals.

    I’ve been working with Nick for the last 8 weeks on the summer challenge. My aim was to lose my gut which I did, losing just over a stone in the process. The whole experience was brilliant, really enjoyed the workout program which was well structured and very clear instructions on nutrition. Nick was great, very helpful with any questions that I had and the feedback from the weekly check ins were very detailed and helpful. Really pleased I came across Nick, he clearly enjoys what he does and puts 100% into ensuring you get the results you want, I’ve already signed up to continue working with him for the next 3 months and hopefully beyond that.

    I first signed up with nick for his 8week challenge, my aim was to get back into decent shape and feel better within myself. Nick couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful, with his help I lost around 8kg and was the lightest I had been in years. I am now signed up to another 8weeks with nick to further my progress. You won’t find someone more helpful and his eagerness to see you be the best version of yourself you’ll not find anywhere else

    When I first starting working with Nick 6 months ago I severely lacked confidence and wanted to feel comfortable in my own skin and proud of my physical appearance. Nicks patient, understanding and committed approach has allowed me to improve my physical appearance but more importantly build my confidence. I’m hugely impressed with the results achieved so far, gaining and building muscle and improving my overall strength. Nick has not only inspired me, but has given me the confidence and knowledge I now need to continue my fitness journey and reach my full potential. Nicks genuine passion for helping people reach their fitness goals is inspiring and his high energy and expertise have allowed me to really shift my mind set when it comes to fitness. I have been able to build healthy habits which have allowed fitness to become part of my daily routine and a real lifestyle choice. Nick ensured that I felt comfortable and at ease from the outset and I have really enjoyed my sessions with him, we’ve had some great conversations and his positive energy is infectious. I couldn’t recommend him enough and hope to work with him again in the future.
