Can I just make a point of how refreshing it was to have real customer service from a very attentive very professional on site team.. attended Burnley depot and told the puncture I had on my car couldn’t be repaired and new tyre required…pondering over the quote given in Burnley which was a real eye opener I decided to go to Accrington for a second opinion. Why not! The team was amazing, couldn’t do enough and very informative. Repaired my tyre no problem. Amazing young team which have attention to detail when it comes to customer service.. 👏👏

I spoke to the lad at Accrington who served me today a while ago after he sorted a puncture for me. I decided then to come back when I needed new tyres. No messing. Quick, simple and decent value. Will be back when the rear tyres need sorting. See if you can get rid of the premium slot fee by then. 😊

I recently had 2 new tyres fitted, the third time I'd visited in a little over a year, and got the same fantastic service from Jack and Julian. I turned up mid Friday afternoon and they took the job even though they were busy. I explained the problem and the staff told me what needed doing and how much it would cost. They balanced the front wheels and re set the alignment. Completed in an hour. Very happy with the service at Accrington.

Rang Friday morning to check for a certain tyre size in stock, they could order one and it would be there between 2/4pm or we do a repair service, so covered two ways, rang at 3pm tyre was there, arrived at 3.30pm they took over with there professional service checked the tyre out and only needed a repair, which turned out only to be a new valve. Credit to Julian. I said you could have just put the new tyre on and I would have not known the old tyre was OK, Julian said we’re not here to rip you off we encourage you to come back. Full marks to you.

Good service every thing was explained to me what was going on and what it should be set at and thay looked at my exhaust rubbers for me cos I asked if they could to make sure thay was ok

Had a puncture repaired on Saturday had to go back on Tuesday as warning light was on. This was reset, I was back 4 days later with same tyre flat, to be told they are closing in 5 minutes and he can't look at it. I had to ask for air to be put in so that I could go else where to get it fixed. I went to Kwick Fit who repaired the tyre free of charge. I can't thank them enough for sorting this out for me.
