First time today - and officially hooked! Bridget and her staff are knowledgeable and passionate about healing the body holistically. Did the sauna session and wow, did I feel rejuvenated and detoxified! The package prices are totally worth it. I left feeling indescribable - it was THAT good. I highly recommend. Self care is important, and Bridget made it possible with her place ♥️

CryoSpa is the best cryotherapy/Red light spa you can get in the midwest! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, so I feel completely at ease when I go. I leave feeling energized, refreshed, and ready to take on the day! Everyone should try this out because you will be shocked at the results!

Wow. I feel amazing! Took my girlfriend here and we could not be more impressed with Bridget, the staff, and their services. We have very different ailments and it helped both of us tremendously. An all-around great wellness experience. Facilities are professional & well-maintained, staff is cheerful & helpful. The benefits of the cryo, red light, & relaxation therapies are real for me - I notice that I feel worse when I don’t go regularly.

My daughter plays volleyball and had some knee pain. We did the spot treatments and had great results. Staff is so sweet and would call her by name and talk to her about volleyball. They are also athletes and really care about what they are doing!

Tried the Cryospa and cold plunge. Much needed after a hard week of intense workouts. Definitely would recommend!
