First time eating there service was a little slow but they where busy still fun had a great night still the same

Food taste bad, I order pollo a la canasta it was not cook well. It still had red spots inside. The silver ware had dirty spots. I don't recommend this place. You'll just spend your money for bad food

Service was not good as I asked vegetarian omelette but they gave me with sausage. So I asked the waitress that I asked for vegetarian and I didn't want sausage. The waitress told me that will do again without problem. But in 5 minutes she brought the same omelette and removed the chopped sausage which I could flavour plus the omelette had some water around which was unpleasant. The chef didn't do again as I asked the waitress at the beginning and it was disapointed.

Excellent place to come with kids. Menu very extensive. Food and beverage quality pretty standard. Price excellent

Came here to make my kid play and they told me to wait until 4pm to go to the third floor (playground) I've been waiting for more than 30min (still waiting) and they are keeping saying '' the personal hasn't come yet'' they are supposed to work at 4pm WTH! Lazy people! We are like more than 3 families here waiting! Just because of that we came on the first place!

Rating it on a Bolivian scale... It's pretty good. A little noisier than I would like, and service isn't really quick, but good ice cream, good selection, and prices are okay.

It was one of the landmarks many years ago. But now, the service, conditions, ambiance and client attention has worsen. But there is a good ice cream, good selection, and prices are affordable.

Slow service and mediocre food. Stop by one of the other places just down the street.

I ordered The same kids Chicken soup on different days. The second time I ordered it. The soup was bItter. They had covered the soup’s bad taste with lemon. How can they serve that to a child. Very disappointed. Please check your food!!!!

Ordered the breakfast and they brought the coffee. Waited 30 minutes and asked for the breakfast and was told I never ordered it. Poor service.

The kids loved it.

Great location, clean, staff very attentive, and offered promotions to upsell. Great choice of pastries, ice cream, and drinks. Great place to bring the family.

Multi level restaurant with play area on all levels, popular with young families, too noisy with kids running around, good food and good for people with sweet tooth

We came here a few times. Set menu with something to suit most tastes although somewhat limited for me( vegan ). Pleasant location , staff were friendly although service was fairly slow. Main meals , snacks , ice creams , juices , salads - lots of fancy cakes. Definitely a family friendly place.
