I don't usually post reviews but now, we just have a terrible experience with this spa. My husband and I booked an appointment for a couple massage but it was not even a satisfying service for us. They seem to be in a hurry while doing the massage and even the time we are changing our clothes that woman kept checking us if we are done! so annoying! The lady who had me showered my body with a lot of oil and did not clean me properly with the towel after and also she went out the room 3 times while having me. However we were still willing to give them tips despite of the bad services but!!! The worst part, that woman forced us to give them their desired amount of tips they said that amount should be given to them how rude! We were expecting to have a wonderful time together after a stressful work, that we can be relaxed by going there but unfortunately! everything turned to be a horror experience. Not recommended!

Great massages at a great affordable price. I’ve been here 3 times now every time they do a great job. I went last week last minute cause my shoulders and back were killing me and they made me feel like a new person. Every time has been great, they check in multiple times to make sure the pressure is good. They even use hot stones and hot towels most places charge extra for that. I like that they wipe off the lotion so your not greasy at the end. The place is very clean and everyone is friendly. Love it here will definitely be back soon.

Been here many times, yet they asked if I've ever been there the other day, and asked if I had their punch card, which was never offered prior. Massage isn't terribly expensive or bad, but each time I go, I leave a more than generous tip in the room, but when I go to pay and tell them I left tip in the room, they ALWAYS seem paranoid; like they don't believe it...lol. I sometimes think that one of them may go check before I walk to far away after leaving...just in case. I may go back to the Quitopia in the mall, because their customer service is better. Kindness and a smile can go a long way in attracting repeat business.

The massage was fine. My issue is that on the website it says a 30 mini massage is $30. After it was done I was told $40. I showed her the website and was told that was old (so update your website!). So I have her a $50 bill and asked for $5 back. She told me no that a tip is $10. She’s telling me what I need to tip her. I told her that’s a 25% tip. She wouldn’t give me back my change. I’m not rich but I’m not hard up for money either so I just let it go, but that didn’t sit well with me.

The worst experience, the massage girls spend their time talking and taking calls, apart from that, they leave more than 5 times while they are giving you the massages, and the worst thing about this is when you are going to pay, they want you to force them to tip more than $20 dollars. Even one of the people who was with me was offended and they said bad words just because they want to give them the tips they want, the worst experience, not recommended

Came here in the end of the year for a stress relief massage, got the simple 1 hour section and coming out as new for the new year. I communicate with the massage therapist so she knows where to put extra pressure and work. Place is clean and quiet. Price is fair and skill is decent.

I just went to this spa and they changed owners. I was also worried at first about the inexperience of the new owners. but! She gave me a completely different experience from the old owner! I went in in pain and came out feeling 10 pounds lighter!! She did a great job. Better than ever! ! I really love it!

The worst massage I have EVER had. I told her 2 times to do it harder… didn’t even do my feet. SHE LITERALLY RUBBED OIL DOWN MY BACK. Pink top on Saturday Feb 26.

The massage techniques here are excellent. It's quiet and warm, and I'll come back next time.

Amazing service and very professional. I went in with a lot of back and shoulder pain and left feeling fantastic. The prices are unbeatable and I will definitely be back again!
