My 3rd time here for an hour long foot massage.Price is 40 plus 10 dollar tip. Worth every penny. At first I got a good back, neck and scalp massage for a half hour while soaking my feet in hot water. She then had me sit in a comfy large reclining sofa for another half hour of bliss. My feet were massaged for half an hour I fell asleep while sitting in the chair and woke up feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The skill the masseuse had is like no other. She relaxed my shoulder and neck and got rid of my stiff neck. I am looking fwd to come back again soon!

Was given a Groupon for here and will definitely not be coming back. First off, booking was really hard with one appointment being canceled and when trying to reschedule was told I couldn’t? I was able to book the appointment again using someone else’s phone. The actual massage would have been okay except the girl giving it was very clearly sick. She was coughing & sniffling while walking out a bunch during the massage. I was about to walk out myself before she ended it herself early, maybe getting about 25-30 mins of the massage, but again it’s fine because I was so uncomfortable being worked on by someone sick. I still left a tip, as I assumed they were short staffed and that’s why this woman would be working sick & it still personal felt wrong not to leave something, but apparently it wasn’t enough as she followed me out of the store asking about the tip. Definitely more stressed than I was going in because now I’m worried about getting sick myself.

Oh man… I went in and the person doing my massage was sick. Coughing, sneezing, burping, farting and sniffling and was obviously tired. They kept massaging with their elbow and directly into my spine. I’m so sore in two spots he kept digging his elbow in. I ended it short paid and left. Hands down worst massage I have ever had. Go to a professional establishment people.

The Staff was very friendly, even as a female sometimes we recommend a female masseuse, one was given immediately without interruption. Nice clean relaxing atmosphere and music. Price is not that bad as well. My first experience going with friends and it was worth it!

I had a super massage today. Full body. She was very strong and really took care to work out my various areas of tightness. Very therapeutic and the staff was very nice and accommodating to the three of us having massages. Can’t wait to come back for a foot massage. The facility is nice, calming, clean and relaxing.

#1 concern currently is do they change that bag they put into the foot bucket and do they wash their hands after every customer ??? I have never seen them do this and this is a safety health violation. I admit I didn't think about this before but i have been going here for some time and I realize they need to be cleaner and disinfect all areas including the recliners they use. I only had minor issues a few times; either the massage was too hard or too fast and that's NOT relaxing for me. Yes I spoke up. Also as a lady I only ask for a female to do my 1 hour foot massage. But recently the lady doing my massage picked up the phone literally in the middle of my massage. That's my time, not their time to answer ANY calls. And I don't like them having conversations with other employees or clients even if its brief (this happened before during my massage as well). Once again, I am paying for the time and I am a very generous tipper. Overall, its good here but they need to know that customers want QUIET, SILENCE and RELAXATION the whole 1 hour. The focus should be on the customer. Get someone else to answer the phone and stop being so loud. Tell other loud customers to whisper, at the other location in NY they would always say that before you went inside. ***WASH YOUR HANDS OR AT LEAST LET ME SEE YOU USING HAND SANITIZER AFTER EVERY CUSTOMER! PLEASE BE CLEAN ABOUT EVERYTHING YOU DO.

Very disappointed. Got a 50 min massage and not one minute on my feet. I tried to communicate with my masseuse but there was a language barrier for sure.... I should have spoken up while I was there when I was leaving but I hate being that guy ... But I also hate being the guy with sore feet. When I got home I wasn't happy. The rest of the massage was fine.

No frills sort of place but immaculately clean and a very good value. I've been here a few times and it has always been a good to excellent experience. Hot stone is included at no additional charge. As with most places the staff is on rotation and some are more experienced than others.

Where should I start me and my friend went in because we had a groupon coupon. For starters the place itself doesn’t look very sanitary especially after seeing that none of the masseuse weren’t washing their hands before or after. My friends masseuse was coughing, sneezing, and sniffing the entire time. The man who was doing my massage was talking the entire time with the other masseuse in their native language and laughing very loudly making me feel VERY uncomfortable. After that we felt so stressed and as soon as we were going to tip the lady up front DEMANDED us to tip them $10 each. Horrible experience
