Food is always great, unfortunately the experience is what's making this place go bad. Waiting for the food is horrible, about 30 minutes to order and 40 minuest to wait to get your food, management will either hire more staff because you will loose customers this way. Is it just me or its expensive.

Food great. Never have an issue with food. Service is the problem. Waiting over 30 min to get our food. Looks like they have enough employees, but the urgency isn't there. Definitely not coming back to eat here. Also much pricier than normal chick FIL a and with a bad experience

Worst experience ever. I do NOT recommend dining here. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my food, while they were giving everyone else behind me their food. After not getting my food for 1 hour and 30 minutes, I ask for a refund. Then they took another 30 minutes just to give me a refund. Then it gets worst… I get home and read the refund receipt, and then I find out I got refunded by cash, when I paid by card. So now I have to call the bank to dispute the charge.

To my surprise they have the peach milkshake here despite this chick fil a being in a travel plaza, and my sandwich and fries were still hot when I got home. Definitely a pleasant surprise, it does take a long time to make a milkshake but considering the line & crowd levels that’s understandable. EDIT: food quality has gone downhill very BAD Raw spots in the chicken watch what you are eating 🙄 this place will not get my business anymore I’m better off just going to the chick fil a in Connecticut for now, it’s disgusting here. Place went downhill fast.

Few things. Last time they were closed still. Now there are open!!!! Great for them. I love Chick-fil-A, but are you kidding me. It took me 30 minutes plus to get my order. Managers are you seeing your employees? They walk like having a walk in the park. On top of all, No Chick-Fil-A sources. When you been call for your order, well… you have to be on top of other. You can’t hear. Recommendation: get a digital screen or some that is standing by the counter calling out name. Only one register was working. What happened with people at the line with iPads taking orders? Honestly, you picked the smallest space in the location for such a successful business. Oh yeah by the way, my nuggets were burned. I got to see when I got to my destination. So I expect a replacement.

The Good: I did get my order quickly. The Bad: None of the normal Chick Fil A ambience or manners. Absolute teenage mayhem behind the counter. Gave us like 10 polynesian sauce when we asked for BBQ sauce. Badly oversalted fries. And to top it off the nuggets were fried to an absolute crisp - they were dark brown and SUPER tough. We ended up throwing them away. Left feeling disappointed and stomachaches from the salt. If this were my first time trying Chick Fil A I would never come back.

Today is their opening day and super busy. The rating is based on their fist day experience. If things improve, I’ll update my ratings. All the staff are nice and friendly, no doubt. But they got my order wrong. I found out when I got home. But there isn’t any way to contact them for correction. About the food, they don’t taste much like other chic fil a I had in the past. The chicken r over fired with bitter tastes. I ordered 12 nuggets but they give me 8. Not a big problem, honest mistake considering how busy they are. But the nuggets vary a lot in size. One of them is as small as a pinky tip. The majority of the rest are smaller than what I’m used to get from chic fil a too. I will go back for more tries. But I do hope the quality of food and service will improve as they gain more experience managing this place. And I will update reviews with honesty.

I know they just opened the food is amazing as expected just like when I I was in danbury the lines move slow as they first opened but just as sexy as aways ❤️❤️

Always pleasant service. Wait time was surprisingly not as long as I’m used to. I ordered a wrap, was charged then told they don’t have those at that location. They kindly replaced it with another meal. Got an extra free fries for the disappointed in the wrap, but got home to have my nuggets missing. That was sad.

Overall rating a 1 star Food is a 3 b/c they don’t have a full menu. Service is closer to a 0, takes forever to order and even longer to get food, better check your bag and hopefully your order is correct. 1 star on the atmosphere b/c it’s actually nicer than most service stops. They really should just recruit the Burger King employees, especially since they are never busy. They really need more help here.

Two stars because I'm happy chick-fil-a is in Westchester. However, they need way more staff and it was a big miss not having a drive thru. Also, food was cold when I was finally served and the staff seemed incompetent. Also, is it just me or is expensive here compared to other locations?

Ordering food was great. The workers taking the order were pleasant. Waited 39 minutes for the food. Personnel at pick up were not pleasant. Food was cold. Ordered $75 of take out. I asked for a carry out for the shakes & the person got annoyed & walked away.

Food was cold. Only 2 cashiers who have no customer service. 30 min wait in line and additional 40 min for food. Service was trash don’t waste your time coming here.

Not the Chik-fil-A I’ve come to know and love. Definitely tell it is not owner operated! From slow service (they are the drive through expert, how can they not open enough registers?), untrained employees, lack of the respect, good attitude Chik-fil-A is known for, food not cooked to meet standard. This Georgia girl will continue to wait till I’m home for a treat. This location makes it worse.
