Ive heard from other people that this location is terrible but thought I would give it a chance. I walked in to get a simple order of guac and chips and they still managed to ruin my experience . This is a new location so I was expecting it to be a nice experience but in the 15 minutes it took me to get home the guacamole was already black (which is a huge sign it is old). It had no cilantro and no onion in it and looked absolutely disgusting. I also had a really hard time ordering it in the first place; I ordered a large and they gave me a small and I had to wait again for it to be remade and explain to them over and over how I wanted a large and not a small even after they charged me for the large. For this to be a new location they should pay attention to what they are doing. I will never go back to this location after such a terrible experience. I included a photo and as gross as the picture looks it still manages to look somewhat better than what it looked like In person. Don’t waste your time.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Order ahead, no such thing here. Expect 30-45 minutes to be added to your pickup time. Let’s not forget everyone ignoring you at the “pickup window”. That “doorbell” doesn’t do anything… Oh! What about your drink that you ordered? They don’t know what you ordered, you need to tell them but at least they can grab a empty cup and come to the window and ask what you ordered!

This place is horrible. First they filled half of the bowls. It looked like a kids meal even if that. Then after reading them an order for my family they didn’t add chicken to one of the bowls. I will never go there again and do not recommend for anyone to go there. One of the issues that I also had was that chipotle is known to support veterans and military in general and the person who was picking up the order is a veteran. So disappointed. It already costs a lot just to get half for what you are paying for. Never again.

Ordered a bowl and when I opened it up it was only half full. Disappointing dinner.

Placed an order via web/app. I was given 12 minutes, no problem. I showed up, ran the bell, and waited outside for about 20 before any1 approached. Meanwhile 3 other workers looked at the window, made eye contact and kept walking. By the time I got my burrito it was cold, wet, and soggy. It fell apart as soon as I attempted to unwrap it. 1 star.

This place is ran by teenagers that don’t care about their jobs. The place is disgusting, garbage all over the floor, overflowing out of the trash bins, someone spilled a sizeable pile of beans on the floor and it sat there the entire time I was inside the establishment. Everytime I come here I’m left beyond aggravated. no one knows what’s going on they need atleast one actual adult in there at all times to actually MANAGE. The manager on shift today had “no idea” the place was a disaster. How is that possible.

Nice. It seemed like valet only. Not sure. I hate that. I gave the guy a few bucks and he let me park it.

Went during lunch with my grandmother. The food was great and very fresh. Mikai helped us and he was so patient and kind with my grandmother. He listened and accommodated her questions even though they seemed to be a bit busy. He offered exemplary service and the rest of the team was just and friendly

Chipotle has AWESOME spicy chicken burritos! You pick your rice, meats, add ons and toppings and you've got yourself a giant burrito, enough for lunch for two days! If you like spicy foods, ask for the spicy salsa... It's got some serious heat!!! 🌶️🥵😋

Filthy. My husband and I went there for the first time to eat in. The workers were obviously short staffed. There was one person serving the food, the cashier doubled to help him. Never saw a manager.Two others were doing take out orders. There was food leftover on every table so we found one semi-clean near the door. As I sat down my feet were swimming in spilled soda which also got on my bag. Although the food was very good, when we left to empty our garbage, the bin was overflowing and it was hard to throw anything out.

I walked in and waited online, which wasn’t very long and now I know why after hearing about how horrible this place is I certainly miss Friendly’s. There was two elderly people in front of me and they were trying to order simple items on the menu not one person behind the counter, taking orders, spoke English I had to translate in Spanish, which is very broken, but they understood it. They both thanked me as customers the employees could care less. Everyone was rude and all their meats looked disgusting, dry and old been in town my whole life I was looking forward to another food restaurant unfortunately chipotle has so many locations and they are all very inconsistent very similar to Dunkin’ Donuts .

Employee Yousof has reclaimed my hope for humanity after patiently waiting for the customer before me who was making a scene Yousof had made sure everything was ok with the gentleman and even went above and beyond to assist opening a door for an elderly women. When I asked after he made my order if there was anyone I can talk to to commend him he denied the compliment and just told me to pass the good energy forward. Thank you Yousof
