Stopped by Cheesecake Factory for Happy hour. The appetizers are under $10. We ordered the sliders (4) , Mac and cheese balls (4) and the crab wontons . All three were delicious and service was prompt and friendly. . Thank you !!!

The experience here was awesome! The service was excellent and the food was great. The menu has a long list of dishes and dessert 😋 that I wanna try, so I will definitely be coming back!

First of all I don’t like leaving one star review. I went in to the dessert bar to place a order. I said I wanted the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and Broccoli. She said sure no problem. I have ordered this before and they just add the broccoli. I then went and sat at the bar to order a drink. The guy passed me several times before even saying hello. I understand it was busy, but all you have to do is say I’ll be right with you. Five minutes later I attended to and I ordered a drink. I still left a tip. I picked up my food and didn’t think to check it. When I got home and opened my bag I saw what I had was not what I ordered. Chick and broccoli pasta. Very disappointed. I’ll be happy to change my review if I’m taken care of, as I’ve been going to the Cheesecake Factory for years.

We've been coming here for years, and this place never disappoints. Here are some pictures of what we had this past Mother's Day weekend. We enjoy their selection of food which has a variety of options and is affordable. The service has been great as well where the staff has been attentive and accommodating. And the venue is spacious and has a good ambience for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. The take out service is good, too.. quick and easy ordering online and timely pickup when ready.

I never doubt Cheesecake Factory for its excellence and quality. I come inside, get a table and was greeted with such nice staff who are attentive and helpful. I got the food and wow! I gotta say that it was pasta I’ve have not had before. The seasoning and the taste of it was just spectacular. Something I would definitely order again. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cool! The music and the lighting really felt like a really expensive restaurant. The design of it always makes it feel like you’re at an Italian restaurant someone in LA or New York. This is a restaurant I would recommend to coming to and to have some really good food, I would recommend for a dinner, not really for a lunch though.

Finally had brunch and it does not disappoint. I Recommend the strawberries after your meal. All of the food came out with an excellent presentation. Servers are really consistent and polite. They also have the famous bread and butter for brunch.

I really enjoy visiting this Cheesecake Factory because there's a mall around it. I guess I've been here at least five times just this year. Overall, I do enjoy both the food and cheesecake, but I think the service can be improved. The waitresses there do not seem or sound friendly. Thus, I'm giving it 4 stars My friend particularly enjoyed Strawberry lemonade. So you might give it a try.

Large menu and portion sizes. We came here for dinner and even around 5 PM it was already crowded. Good assortment of apps including fried shrimp. Entrees were decent but everyone comes for the multitudes of cheesecakes.

The food over all was not great. Thr pizza just tasted like bread and cheese because they didnt put enough sauce. The chips and dip were very bland and the organization of the whole food plate was bad. The cheese cake was hard and felt like it was frozen. The only thing good about this place was its servers who wholeheartedly took take of my party even though nobody was enjoying the food.

Dined with my bf on a Tuesday night. The service was fast. The food was excellent. They give you bread after you are greeted at the table. They have a lot of options on their menu. The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars was because we were sat at a very small table. Our orders could barely fit on the table. It is a bit noisy in here as well.

This was my second time coming this year & I have to say both times was a great experience. The waitress was attentive and made sure we was good. I had the grilled salmon & my friend had the jerk chicken & shrimp and both dishes was sooooo good. I also had the Linda’s fudge chocolate which was amazing. I went an hour before closing.

No wait when we arrived for lunch at 130pm. Andre, our waiter was attentive and our food came out quickly. The portion sizes were large. My pasta was good and my friend enjoyed the chicken vegetable soup and house salad. The peach lemonade was super sweet. The classic basque cheesecake was the best part of the meal. It was so good, we forgot to take pictures of it. I got a lemon meringue cheesecake to go. I sampled it at home and its not my favorite. Typically, I really like lemon meringue, this cheesecake is not my favorite. I don't like the texture of the meringue and the cheesecake has a slight after taste. When I lived in the area, this was my go to lunch spot at least once a week. Since I moved, I haven't been to this location in years and it was as good as I remembered. I'll be back soon.

I and the family recently had the pleasure of dining at The Cheesecake Factory, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. Large and tasty menu portions and delectable cheesecakes were devoured. The restaurant lived up to its reputation.

Standard Cheesecake Factory atmosphere. What really stood out was the efficiency of seating, courses being brought out in succession, drinks being refilled without long wait times, and the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. Our waiter was so friendly and welcoming with the kids and understood that this Momma was outnumbered. Food was good, although my teenager did not like the pasta al dente. We all had different cheesecakes, which were amazing, as usual.

Last night my partner and I wanted to give this location and a try & it wasn’t the best experience… my partner had the cauliflower tacos which she enjoyed , BUT I had the orange chicken and brown rice and it was so dry , my chicken was over fried, no sauce came with my chicken and I also bit into a piece of bone while eating my chicken which turned me off from finishing my meal, what a waste of money. I will probably never return back to this location. Although my waiter was nice , otherwise 1/10 would not recommend. We were actually sat all the way outside of the restaurant instead of inside, I also suggest getting more lightening the restaurant is way too dark. I’ve added my personal photo of my meal on the left VS what is supposed to look like… smh…. My meal look nothing like what it’s supposed to appear…

Went for graduation lunch. Used to love this spot but lately it's just crowded and the food is mediocre at best. If cheesecake is the only thing I have to eat would pick it up. Otherwise bland underseasoned food. Its eatable. But the customer service is good. They are attentive and are quick.

Put our names in 645 was told 20 minutes. I walked up to the counter after 30 minutes and she said yes we’re ready. I said I didn’t get a text message. No big deal we sat down. It did take 40 minutes to get any water or bread that wasn’t hot and the butter was a brick cold Our service was great. Her name was Hannah. I ordered a drink it came out tasting like pure sugar and pineapple juice, with no vodka called the dirty martini was terrible and tasted like cheap vodka when we asked for Belvedere in our dinners, however were absolutely incredible although I got the pot roast it was served called/lukewarm. It was still absolutely incredible. I would get it all over again. I asked for a side of gravy they brought it out. It was perfect. They really made a dish. I highly recommend it. It’s a great portion and taste is incredible.edit: the pot roast dish was incredible.

Utensils were filthy. Before meal bread was nice and soft but this time was hard as a rock. Honestly, you can tell the sangria is straight from the box not homemade the night before. Overall the food is MID, cheese cake was good, the service was okay, not sure if we’re coming back

BEWARE! HAIR IN FOOD!!!! We came to this location for dinner on 1/25 to celebrate our daughter's 7th birthday. We were seated immediately and anticipated what we thought would be a good time...WRONG! Our meals were delayed coming out so my family began eating before me. By the time my meal came out it wasn't piping hot (the ac was turned up like it was a summer day outside) but I began eating because I was starving. To my surprise with the first fork full of mashed potatoes I also had a LONG BLACK HAIR intertwined in them in my mouth. I immediately spit it out, took out my phone and sure enough it was hair. I asked for the mgr who came over but didn't seem overly shocked or surprised, only offered to replace the meal & free dessert as if that would ease my level of disgust. We love the cheesecake factory but this location is horrible and needs to be shut down. They'll NEVER get my business here again.

Dominik was such a sweetheart! He greeted me, brought me food in a timely manner, and brought me refills even without me needing to ask. When I prepared to pay for my dinner, I informed Dominik I’d be taking my leftovers home. He saw I had hot sauce and brought me a take-home ramekin so I’d be able to take home the hot sauce too!! It’s truly the little things that count. His coworker, (who I don’t recall the name of), was also very helpful while Dom was gone. Honestly forget the food here, the name is called “CHEESECAKE”, factory after all. But boy, do the servers go out of their way to make you feel at home. Dominque truly made my rough day!! 😊 Editor’s note: I deducted a star because the restroom was quite nasty. Other than that, loved my dinnertime at CF.

Never a disappointment at The Cheesecake Factory in Hackensack! Excellent and prompt service, and I really enjoyed the Macaroni & Cheese Burger with Sweet Potato Fries. For dessert, I tried the Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake, and it was one of the best cheesecakes I've tasted, and I was absolutely blown away. I will definitely be visiting again!

The front had a minor confusion when trying to get seated, looks like the table I was supposed to be in wasn't cleaned on time. However, my party got placed in a better seat. Food-wise, I got the chicken parm and it was amazing. It was also a big serving, so be ready to take leftovers. The spaghetti on top of the parm tasted bland, but honestly, the chicken by itself is worth it. The cheesecake was delicious, can't go wrong with any cheesecake that has chocolate in it.

Yummy cheesecake and the coffee was also very good. I came here for a nice dessert and was satisfied. The ambiance is also great. I can’t give 5 stars because my utensils were really dirty with old food. I asked for a new set and was given a clean one so that’s good but it kinda grossed me out. I would come back for dinner AND dessert next time!

This is my first time in the last 10 years visiting The Cheesecake Factory and it would not have been my first, second or even third pick of a restaurant but I must say everything was quite good - food, drinks, service and overall dining experience and I can see why people call The Cheesecake Factory their favorite. Expect a short wait during busy times and weekends. Regarding reservations, You can make reservations online for parties of six or more but for larger parties you can only show up and wait. We had a party of seven and did not have a long wait. The menu is enormous, like two times as much reading when compared to a diner menu and there is no comparison. If possible I would even recommend glancing at the menu before your visit. You do not need to commit it to memory as this would be near impossible but it will give you a sense of what is available and what you might like to order without reading through the menu when you arrive. Servers seem very experienced and calm and handled service flawlessly. All the food was very good, no complaints. Portions are quite large (at least for me) and we had left overs we took home for every dish. Deserts are a specialty here, you will think you have no room left for dessert but you will so go ahead and order it. I was surprised to find the desserts quite light and not over sweet - perfect in my book. I went for a birthday party and one of the slices of cake came out with Happy Birthday written in chocolate sauce on the plate - what a nice touch to make our visit memorable. I also observed an actual chef - complete in his whites with temperature gauges and other devices in his pocket helping and guiding other staff to quickly clear and set tables. A sign of a well run restaurant even if it is a chain. This is a pretty enormous place, I think it is meant to feel like a large industrial factory with large columns. It's quite glittery with ceiling lamps and warm and somewhat dimmish lighting but I think it helps to make it feel both cozy and glitzy at the same time.

The server was awesome and the entree was great. I’m giving 2 stars for the take home dessert. The slice of cake was in pieces and looks to have just been thrown in a to go box. I paid $9.50 for something that I ended up just throwing away. I didn’t feel comfortable eating it in the condition that it was given to me. Would love for someone at Cheesecake to let me know how they can make this right

Very nice restaurant, hug place with a big selection, good food and service. I had chicken sandwich with avocado and fries. On my opinion the restaurant should be a bit brighter. 😎

Today was my spouse B-day. We treated him to a very delicious fillet Mignon dinner! He absolutely love it. Our compliments to the chef. Every meal on the table, impossible burger, angle hair pasta with shrimp was delicious!!

Love the place. Food is consistent and great quality. We have been going to The Cheese cake Factory for over 10 years and the food always exceeds expectations

*********** WARNING: BE VIGILANT AT ALL TIMES *********** On the evening of February 17th, my husband and I decided to celebrate Valentine’s Day at our favorite restaurant (Cheesecake Factory) located in Hackensack New Jersey. We had four other restaurants in mind but decided we’d play it safe and to guarantee enjoyment we stuck to what we thought would be a favorable experience. For starters, my husband and I ordered our usual water instead of sugar drinks or alcoholic beverages. As we dined sipping our water and exchanging conversation, I began stirring my now-then half cup of water with my straw to notice something I had never experienced before. Inside mixed within the ice was a clear FILTHY acrylic outer packaging that six sets of crayons come in. Dismay immediately came upon me, and I requested to speak with a Manager. Conversations with the FIRST Manager was apologetic and stated our dinner bill would be 100% taken care of. Minutes later a SECOND Manager approached our dining table to be told that we would only receive complimentary cheesecakes and not our entire meal. Even more insulting, the Manager excluded my husband’s meal and ONLY offered to care for my entree. He also mentioned that they do not provide packaged crayons for children and unsure how this could have happened from their kitchen. It went as far up as a final THIRD restaurant Manager arriving at our dining table with an immediate apology for any misunderstandings and stated at the expense of the restaurant our entire bill would be taken care of. This ordeal took place the entire evening ruining what was supposed to be a special and exciting Valentine’s Day celebration for my husband and I. The restaurant handled this very poorly with superficial apologies and disregarding the unsanitary principle and health issues that may come.
